Remembrance I (P, Kai)

Kyofu had taken Stark's words into consideration. Having removed the headband from his head long before he had entered the village. He slowly take his time to digest all of the destruction around him. Truth be told, Kyofu could care less about Sunagakure and the people and ninja who lived in it... Or once lived in it. His only reason for joining the village in the first place was because he needed some place to lay low. It seemed like his motive had come out to be quite good. Though, he couldn't say the same for everyone else. Here and there villagers, or missing-ninja roamed the streets of the once glorified village. However, in each of their eyes he could see pain and hunger. Although it wasn't the hunger for food in their eyes. They craved bloodshed... How did he know that? The answer was he craved it himself. Not for the person Kenshin Uzumaki who destroyed the village, but because of the illness that had taken him since a wee little boy.
He had learned how to control it, but even now he wanted to destroy the peasants in front of him. His anger was already swelling due to the little girl he had met at the 'Village Gates'. Kyofu still didn't see how the girl thought he was rude. He was really being himself. Was he did that crazy? Shaking his head, Kyofu would let out a whisper. "I can't let that get to me. I need to find out what happened." As if a sign from the heavens above had came. Kyofu would come pass to walk by a large piece of broken glass that was half melted. In the glass he could see the appearance of a man that looked familiar to himself, but older, and more taller. This man had eyes that was void of all life and silver hair that reached down to his shoulders. His clothes looked as if they had been burned, and ripped to shreads. "Is that me?" said Kyofu as he let out a faint sound.
He would raise his hand and saw the figure into the glass do the same. He stared into the face of the man, or into the face of himself. He had aged considerably. He looked years older than what he had previously been. If his mind was accurate... He looked as if he was twenty-three, or even older. The realization would cause him to stumble backwards a little bit. Could it have been true? Did years really pass? Was he really laying in that fetal position miles away for five years? His hand would move towards his chest. There was a feeling deep inside. Anger? No. Sadness? No. This was a feeling he never had before. Pain... Not physical pain. The pain he felt ached deep within his heart. If all was true, then he was only a man lost through time. How did he get to this point? What events transpired that allowed him to get to this point? Did he even travel through time? Or did his abnormal body allow him to survive in a comatose state for that long of a time?
Chakra would begin to swell in his leg. A wave of anger would envelop him. Making him stomp the ground, causing a miniature crater to appear where he stood. He could feel and see the raw chakra oozing from out of his body. It wasn't any ordinary chakra though, it was the chakra of the Senju deep inside of him. A power that was so dormant who could only awaken it in times of stress. Slowly, he would walk towards the glass. Putting his forearm up against it. Kyofu would balance his weight on the glass. He could feel the old headband in his kimono pocket rubbing against his torso. The man that was Kyofu was no more. That was an ordinary man who had failed to overcome many trials. "Kyoki..." whispered the angered man. "Insanity..." said the man with disgust rolling off his tongue. He would punch the mirror causing a thousand shards of glass to burst everywhere. Some had even come to pierce his skin, but he couldn't feel anything. He wasn't human. A human simply couldn't survive as he did. He was something else... A monster... A monster that needed to be put down.
