The Manipulator (Hunter)

(Actions from my previous post were null due to the invalidation of Raleth's heavy weight rock tecnhique)

Having been in a birds eye position the entirety of their interaction Zaine was able to carefully watch how it was unfolding movement by movement- he made sure to keep a solid focus on their enemy as he went to make the Ram handseal and focus chakra through his body to undoubtedly utilize the body flicker jutsu. This was a technique that he was more than familiar with and seeing as how there was only one way out of the alley, it was clear which path the thief would take. Zaine's eyes would begin to glow bright red as the tomoe in his sharingan would spin violently around his pupil and before the thief would have the time to finish making the ram handseal Zaine would begin to fly through handseals of his own at a speed of 185 [Snake-Tiger-Horse-Monkey-Dragon-Snake] would take place as the thief began to body flicker. Thankfully, their enemy took a moment to analyze Raleth's position before using the techique and he had a fair distance to travel before he would be able to make it out of the alley way, precisely 10 meters of distance. Once his handseals were completed, four walls made entirely of earth would rise from the ground at a speed of 105. The first two walls would connect to the two walls that made the perimeter of the alley, while the other two walls would join the two first earth walls together, effectively closing off the escape route of the thief. This would be accomplished mainly due to the fact that the walls were 30  meters wide and given this fact, the thief would find himself having to body flicker an extra 30 meters on top of the 10 to get out of the alley and past the walls that were created by Zaine. 


With their opponent locked into a chakra maneuver such as the body flicker he would find it difficult to react to these walls rising at a speed nearly equal to his speed once he activated body flicker (105 vs 115). If the walls were effective in trapping their foe, this would give his partner an excellent opportunity to take a direct attack on him- given the fact that he would not be able to scale the walls with chakra climbing. The rock clone of Zaine would leap from the building next to Zaine and land atop the earthen wall that would face the thief and the opposite end of the alley, waiting and watching his every move in case of a counter attack.

The Manipulator had no time to examine the forming earth walls made by the Uchiha, nor had he time to mull over his options and weigh the outcomes. As soon as he stopped his body flicker, the hovering Raleth Sarutobi, who had flown down from the roof and would be waiting for the missing ninja, releases a furious right jab to the bridge of his nose at 145 speed and 35 strength, and bring his left arm up to guard himself. Because the missing-ninja did not acknowledge the assault from the ashen-haired Sarutobi, the furious jab would connect. 

The manipulators head would snap back, the bone of his nose would crack from the strength of the blow, his vision would daze and blur. And, as Raleth's fist makes contact with the missing ninja's face, chakra would surge through the Sarutobi and spark over the body of the Manipulator. The air surrounding the missing ninja would be bent, molecules would be forced and changed, and the effect of gravity on the Manipulator would increase. His feet would sink into the ground before he could recover from the jab, the weight of his own hands would be too much for him. And, he would be unable to defend himself from Raleth's simple combo.

Raleth would bring his right arm back in guard, duck, twist, and release a destructive left hook in the manipulators ribs, cracking the bone and rattling his body. Raleth would use press against the ground with his legs and use the momentum to unleash a devastating uppercut to the missing ninja. The blow would crack the Manipulator's jaw, his vision would go dark, and he would be made unconscious. 

The sudden increase in pressure would wind the air from his lungs, the missing ninja plummets to the ground in an instant. He would gasp, and reel from the slam, his own weight would cause him to sink into the earth. If he tried to move his fingers, limbs, lips, or head, he would find that he did not possess the strength to move himself: as would be restrained by the effects of the Heavy Weight Boulder Technique would be too much for the missing ninja to handle.
 
The immense silhouette of Raleth would hover above him, the stone-faced shinobi's eyes would blaze with fury and rage. Before the missing ninja-could plead for mercy, Raleth would snap his arm forward and clock the missing-ninja in the jaw, cracking a tooth and knocking the Manipulator out. 

Raleth sighs as his feet float back to the earth, he claps his hands and releases the Ultra-Lightweight Boulder Technique. He looks to the walls made by Zaine, and marvels at the power that courses through him. 

He's always been quick on his feet.

He looks up to the Uchiha standing on the roof, the expression of his friend shows that he is not amused. Raleth rubs the back of his head, and turns away from the stare of the red-eyed jounin. The shadow clone that ran down the alleyway poofs into smoke, the shame the clone felt from seeing Raleth fail their initial assault comes over the Sarutobi, feeling like a blow that sends him reeling. He shakes it away, and looks back to the jounin, Zaine.

It shouldn't have taken two tries...

Raleth shrugs, and grabs the unconscious missing-ninja

It appeared that the earthen walls had done their job in halting the efforts of their missing ninja foe- he stopped his momentum in totality, turning around to face Raleth as he began to speak, seemingly surrendering? This cry out for a truce whether genuine or a farce would fall on deaf ears as the sizeable Sarutobi warrior was not in the mood for negotiations- no, maybe he would have been if the man hadnt tried to evade him at first but now the time for talking had passed and the ashen haired shinobi had every intention of ensuring that this little game ended. Zaine watched on as he felt slightly bad for their opponent as he received the full brunt of the Sarutobi's Taijutsu onslaught- he had seen his partner fight in this way on many occasion however, it was only during times that he wished to make quick work of an opponent rather than draw out a battle to truly experience the strength of his adversary. 

The thief now laid on the ground, his body weight increased to levels that prevented him from moving- the earthen chakra that had been transferred and manipulated from Raleth onto his opponent was clearly visible to Zaine via his sharingan and its density was oppressive to say the least. At this point there wasnt much else to be done and it was good fortune that they would be able to bring the culprit in alive- Raleth would look to Zaine and ascertain as to what their next step should be, a question that had a simple enough answer. "Well for starters, even though your heavy weight technique seems to be working we should take some extra measures to ensure he doesnt give us any trouble." He said as he reached into one of his weapons pouches and grabbed a 4 meter roll of ninja wire- he would then toss it to Raleth assuming he understood to begin tying up the culprit. "I think its best if you lug him over your shoulder and head out while I follow close behind just incase anything should happen. My clone can help you out but ill stay up here and keep watch on him and you." Zaine's rock clone would leap from the top of the earth wall and land 2 meters from Raleth and the thief and begin helping him to tie the arms and legs of their enemy. Once this was done it would be assumed that the two would make their way to the appropriate facility to drop him off to authorities for questioning. If any resistance was met that would alter the prementioned actions/plans, Zaine would alter his strategy and act accordingly.

And so it ended. The Manipulator Gen would fall unconscious by the enormous blow he was just hit to his face. His body going limp at the contact from the hit. There was for sure things that the evil man could do to get out of his predicament but he figured that the best course of action was to let himself get captured. Perhaps one day he could plan his escape when they didn’t suspect it and he’d rather not be considered an evil criminal he tried to kill or injure his captors.

The next thing Gen knew after falling unconscious was his body secure in a jail cell. Although the evil of the mist would be defeated today he knew that he would be out of here in no time.
