zaled mused to himself. A lull of simplicity came over him post the induviduals whom recently took liberties to apprehending the village for unknown means. All that he could think of was finding a root to the hunger of these people. jealousy? perhaps despite what the world posessed their greed was to much. Or An over ambitious look to the world. unfortunate in his seeking of this. He felt the tragic truth was that these people did not care for a common folk, or the will others had. Despite their name only being a temporary blimp in existance.

the older man thought as he grimly cleaned his puppet of old blood with a white wet rag.It was like the puppet he cleaned. At the moment it was nothing but the ideal tool for him, and only after a few hundred years its part used will probably be nothing but parts for the next home, or scrap. Zaled softly hummed as these thoughts went through his head, but it was futile.

still the point is the future. Well an hopeful future that is not to be forgotten, or lost in the spiraling vortex of time

the grim thought went to the life taken and then it only confirmed his thought. pawns of fate really never look up above, and wonder why they move somewhere. His duty was family, and knew if the village he helped bring up was to exist still. they too had to fight for it. They needed a reason besides peace to stand. for they will still be walked over. Zaleds gaze now moved from the nice clean puppet blades. The rag now a crusty brown from blood. He tossed the rag down towards the side of the wall and gazed at the leveled forest from his last fight. Another weary sigh.

building purpose was not easy. It was one that took some a lifetime to discover. While others never inherently noticed they blindly walked the path. But some could simply just will it into existance. And yet others never grabbed a hold of it despite the methods and means used. To a genin perhaps it was no diffrent then a squire in his younger days. They only seeked a way up, and like many showcase talent, youth, and other qualities merely to impress. In zaleds eyes more seasoned, and wiser he knew this was more a front of appeal.

He could as leader simply plant a rank and watch a child squirm realizing the gravity of power, and authority was not easy to bear, and was heavier. The child never would know or understand what each thing meant. Despite what is written in a scroll, or spoken by word. they wouldnt know by experience.

The sight of the forest cut down made him curious. what would the current generation do. Like the treez. Would they get back up or call it quits.

well lets see what a young man, or girl will do to deal with an enemy of unknown nature, and purpose do. Will they be gullible, kr take a stand.

The clueless shinobi wandering down the parts of the village as his intentions were merely to seek growth and wisdom. Yet, in his mind, he pursued such dreams that required time and worked to put into. No doubt, the young man had to worry nor be so extreme. All good things were coming as the day felt good. He needed to do something eventually and lay down somewhere to gather his thoughts and mind together. He had time to capitalize himself, knowing the greater good was yet to appear. And whatever the case was, he wouldn't allow himself to get cocky either. 

Not even noticing as he was in his state of mind, something undoubtedly hit his head. He didn't know what it was or who it came from, but his smile somehow turned into an expression of slight anger. He would gather his thoughts for a moment, knowing his shiny bold head of his was hit.  He would keep his eyes open, trying to spot anything that would come in his way. Whoever this pesky person was would soon fall into his hands; he admired his shiny bold head. And wasn't going to allow some fool do this to him. He would take his fighting stance, looking around for any possible threats.

A boy approached and left, but zaled in his quiet isolation kept at cleaning the puppet with a new rag. A small thought came to him amid his work that while threats were still a problem out there. What would force an target to merely attack a peaceful establishment? perhaps peace was seen as weakness to the untamed, and unwise alike,or it was merely trying to take advantage of the kindness of others.

A sad thought indeed, as eventually like any peaceful person they too tire,but after an entity runs out of steam. Instead of blind vengeance which he learned from years earlier lead only to a torturous complacity. Zaled instead kept like time did, and moved on. A petty mortal like himself knew that like the blood he cleaned off of his puppet.The life was short and fleeting, useless to harbor some grudge that will be useless upon death. So why entertain it?

"eh i guess thats why systems fall short. they entertain a temporary solution only to fall apart when someone inflicts harm. Even old men realize such a folly is useless after awhile. But perhaps thats why i remain here. to exclude myself from the noise of tzhe world But likewise it seems people only see a big village, and their ego leads to some humorous attempt to ruling someone or something."

his voice was more to himself and for it kept it that way.

"its sad is'nt it. At least the girls and rest have left here to more peaceful ventures. I suppose i too should just head off to look around once more. As to guard a gate is to only see in a limited direction."

zaled with a final wipe gazed at his reflection in the bladed edge of his puppet. More grey hairs lined his beard.A true delicacy of living as a shinobi is simply realizing that if you see grey in hair, either stress, or lucky to have made all of the nessccary stops in life and stayed to the shadows.

the man chuckled at the thought and walked off towards the black cage with a smile. It was time to prepare. The chambers having most of his stuff needed, and then an easy need to appoint someone to do the greeting for the village. As creator he was sure to if nessccary to reduce effective value of the village as a whole he simply needed to leave a morsel to the curious in their hunger for power.

If anything deception was the need now. Reducing the use of a target, so even a person merely grabs land, and well nothing else really.
