Task:
Somewhere deep within the land of Iron is said to be a mysterious grove. This eden appears to be an oasis in the snow with fresh water and stunning beautiful animals. Walk through the forests in the land of iron and find this hidden grove.


Snow. Snow. AND MORE SNOW!!!! The climb to the peak was amazingly long but he met some interesting people that made some good impressions on him. These Hollykage missions were definitely a good way to spread cheer and let people meet but...Where was he now? He wasn't familiar with any of the topography and the snow was more in abundance than usual. If he looked down he would see a note with some scrawling on it," Find the mystery grove and there you will find a sight beyond sight. Its even better with other people," signed the Hollykage. Ishi was really interested in meeting this Hollykage person, but for now he was trying to figure out which way was which. He of course didn't expect to do this alone, but if anyone did come he would definitely wait. In the meantime he pulled his jacket up a little more, zipping it up before putting his hood on. For everything going on he was definitely invest in a better winter coat. The crushing of snow in the area caused him to turn around and smile to whoever showed up," Hello there. Did the Hollykage send you here as well? I'm Ishimaru, but everyone usually calls me Ishi. How are you?," would be the first thing he'd say before smiling to them.

The Hollykage was quite the interesting individual. Sending out all types of people on all kinds of quests, it seemed like he always kept coming up with new things for them to do. Goto, the young Konohagakure Senju, almost felt like he was one of Santa's little helpers, the elves. Making his way through the cold snow, well obviously, one could hardly expect the Land of Iron to be full of palm trees, coconuts and a sandy beach with view on the ocean. The silver haired youngster continued his walk, the sound of crunching snow underneath his feet giving him goosebumps all over. There was something about that particular sound that made the hair on his arms stand up. 

A couple of minutes had passed before Goto could see two figures not that far from him, perhaps they knew more about what they were supposed to do in the Land of Iron, which is why the Senju decided to head to their location. As he closed the distance between them, Goto noticed the two individuals looked rather familiar, not taking him all that long before realizing who they were and where he knew them from. "So we meet again. Ishi, Specter. Fancy to see you guys here. I hope you're all well?" The young Senju expected the three of them to have a brief talk before setting out on their mission. And what could go wrong with the future Hokage amongst them?

"Oh things have been going quite well. I've been doing some training so that I could continue to get stronger. How have you guys been doing?," his smile never wavered as he asked the question to the two of them. He'd wait for their conversation to die down before looking around for a sign or a path to find their destination," Alright so...We have to find this secret area, but even still I am not seeing any path or sign...Do either of you have any idea of how we can find what we are looking for without walking around in circles?," his mind went back to the note as he scanned it in earnest, his mind trying to rack around the idea that it would show them where to go. Ishi wasn't exactly sure where to start, but where he lacked in that he had hoped either Gojo or Spectre had that kind of thought process to find the path. He'd wait a few minutes of course as he looked around the area to gauge the surroundings. Mountains littered the background as well as snow, so that didn't help but if an oasis was to be found...maybe it would be in the mountains itself? Snapping his fingers he had found the perfect start as he looked at the two of them if they hadn't thought of anything yet," Why don't we try looking toward the mountains here? If you were going to put a secret oasis somewhere it would definitely be there right?," he would hope he had been right about this or else he might've gotten the group lost.

The young Senju would listen attentively to his two companions, paying attention as they talked about how they had been doing in the time they were apart. Whereas Ishi shared he had been doing some training to get stronger, Specter channeled his inner Mr. Olympia in an attempt at flexing his muscles. Goto clearly was in awe, almost about to give a round of applause if it wasn't for the fact that his partner pulled a muscle before showing off. "Looks like the demonstration will be another time" the silver haired commented on the not so successful display. Nevertheless, Goto was glad to hear both of them were doing well. "Love to hear it boys, same for me. Just working on honing my craft I suppose". Of course he was talking about mastering his clan's element, but for now he figured there would be not much use sharing that part, even more so since they were supposed to forget everything that happened anyway.

Goto listened as Ishi inquired if any of them figured out a way to approach the mission. The Senju would look at Specter who tried his best to shed some light on the matter at hand, mentioning something about footprints. Speechless for a moment, Goto was relieved when Ishi came up with an actual idea, one to which Specter had something to say about yet again. "Glad to know you can read buddy". In all honesty Goto was rather pleased when Specter focused on Ishi as he started to talk about the Hollow and Flat Earth, cause at that point he would have no clue how to respond. Agreeing with the idea of his companion, he'd nod in approval. "Sounds like a plan, let's move shall we?" As usual Goto would wait before following behind.

Melt the snow huh? A small chuckle escaped his lips as he shook his head at Specters exclamation. If he could do that then this would go by a lot faster since they didn't have to dredge through all of this snow which sort of slowed them down. Though if he had been serious about that claim then...maybe it would have been a better idea if he kept it to himself. The next thing from Ishi was a small laugh as the male pulled a muscle, it would seem that their "future" Hokage was full of jokes as well, but that was neither here nor there. The notion of a hollow Earth caused Ishi's head to tilt to the right a bit, it was definitely something new to hum but apparently his own inquiry was enough to spark an idea in the other Genin. When asked did he know about Hollow Earth, he looked over toward Gojo for any indication of what to do before just shrugging and smiling," Juuuust a bit." Well that was sort of a fib, but hey at least he knew about it....now at least. With that the group would begin moving toward the mountains in search of this "Hollow" Earth thing, whether Specter was right or not was yet to be seen.

Their journey was heroic, battling the gruesome enemy called snow. With the crunching sound beneath their feet, the three of them continued tracking, hoping to reach their destination eventually. As he was walking, following behind the other two, Goto started to wonder if there was really no way that he would remember anything of this adventure. The more he thought about it, the more he felt like it would make for a great story, one he could tell later to his friends and family. And if it wasn't for that, then at least for the fact that it was a lot more interesting than the missions they completed so far. The Senju saw the importance of lower ranked missions, but one couldn't deny that cutting some grass or looking for a missing cat didn't exactly sound that thrilling. 

It was at that point Specter felt the need to share something with them. "Don't tell me you have to take a shit". Goto remembered all the cookies that his companion ate, so he was hoping whatever he was about to say wasn't a warning and they had to find him a tree to get behind. "I can already smell the danger approaching" the silver haired thought out loud. Lucky for them Specter simply wanted to form a statement. Whether or not it was one to be true would be left open for discussion and interpretation, but nevertheless, perhaps the future hokage would be about to blow their minds. Goto watched as his companion picked up pace, a sign for the young Senju to follow suit and run after him. As they approached the spot, the boy could feel it getting warmer, perhaps an indiciation they stumbled upon a hidden oasis of some sort.

Entering the cave Goto immediately noticed the sound of fresh water which complemented the scenery marvelously. Making his way further into the hidden grove, wondering what else he could lay his eyes on, the Senju took another couple of steps into the cave. Hearing the sound of what could be the same animals the Hollykage mentioned in the report, Goto proceeded with his approach of carefully and silently walking towards whatever would be waiting for hem. When he finally arrived at the scene, the silver haired boy was in complete awe. "Stunning indeed". He wasn't sure what to expect, what he did know was the fact that there wouldn't be a unicorn or some other mythical creatures waiting for him. What he did saw, was a family of deer. Eating together, enjoying their time in peace. If anything, it made sense given the time of year and the theme of holiday missions. "Beautiful". Completely speechless, only able to utter one single word Goto kept watch.

Of course Specter had to be extra again, kneeling almost as if God himself had appeared before them. "Stand up, this isn't how the future hokage should be behaving" Goto jokingly said while looking in the direction of Ishi, expecting his friend to be impressed by the scenery as well.

Slowly taking a couple of steps, making sure not to alarm or scare the animals, he'd walk towards the fresh water. Sticking out his hands in order to enjoy the touch on his arms and hands, the boy would clean his face, almost as if he wanted to make sure he wasn't dreaming the entire time they were there. Expecting to wake up anytime now, if it wasn't for the fact that Specter still sat on his knees, almost praying and thanking the gods for allowing him to see this stunning sight. At that time the family of deer had noticed his presence, fortunately they didn't feel endangered and carried on. Goto took this as a signal that they wouldn't mind if he got a little bit closer. Carefully taking another couple of steps, until he was only a few meters away from the beautiful animals. 

The silver haired didn't plan on trying to pet them, he simply wanted a closer and better look. Even more so since he would forget what happened anyway. So might as well enjoy it to the fullest, regardless of losing his memories of this day. Picking out a nice spot Goto would sit down on the grass and close his eyes, taking in the moment.

Lost.

That was the feeling the young shinkou currently had. Though they had been walking for what seemed like ages, they had been getting nowhere. At least for him it felt that way. While ordinarily Ishi was the most optimistic person you could ever meet, for some reason or another he was feeling a little blue. Both of his hands would come to his face in a brief, but awakening slap as he brought himself back to reality and knew he had to press on. He saw that specter had something he wanted to say, but quickly stopped and ran forward.

Trailing along the others he ran into the cave where the rushing of water caused him to stop in his tracks. Beauty. This is what the young male saw as he saw all of the animals and fauna...was this what Tranquillity looked like? As the others took a spot to enjoy the peace, Ishi walked deeper into it, settling down where the animals could come and sit with him. Something about this felt....right....perfect even. Whatever the Hollykage meant for them to do here....he didn't want to leave. For now he'd sit there in silence.
