The battle between Zeo Kamigawa and Enishi Kurosawa was in the midst of its zenith - the absolute peak. Everyone in the stands nearly stood up to see what was next in store for the fight, tightly holding their breaths for what was next to come. In an instant, Zeo's unique Kekkei Genkai and erudite knowledge in chakra easily countered Enishi's offensive finesse. Yet, the understudy remained one step ahead of the Kamigawa - as while he was in the air, he summoned countless amounts of water needles to pierce through Zeo and that "God of Rivers." Enishi also threw a Fuma Shuriken with a Proximity Explosive Tag attached to it to further secure his victory once it detonated upon sensing a foreign chakra signature. Landing safely on the ground with the Surface Walking technique still active, the understudy hoped that all of these attacks would land on Zeo and also destroyed that Persona. As the water needles rushed and the Explosive Tag burst in a blast of chakra - violently enveloping the zone Zeo was in. A single groan of pain escaped from the area, signaling that He-Bo: The God of Rivers was finally dramatically vanquished from reality. "I'm not sure whether or not I should be proud that I killed a god..." The understudy thought absentmindedly once he landed, but now was not the time for such random ruminations. Watching closely for the explosion to clear up to reveal the unconscious body of Zeo, the silver-haired boy's eyes widened once...nothing was shown. The sound of steaming water proliferating through the air from the explosion and the thunder-like sounds of the water needles striking nothing but water filled the environment.
Once again, Enishi couldn't land a decisive blow on Zeo.
"Dumb bastard, you killed him!" A person from the audience stands jeered in irritation. From the eyes of the audience, it seemed like the understudy had obliterated the Kamigawa from existence. The water needles, the explosion from the explosive tag, and the Fuma Shuriken were all attacks that could kill someone, but Enishi knew that someone was amiss. "You won't die that easily." A few words escaped from the Jugo's mouth with sheer certainly in his voice - as if he was stating an absolute fact of the matter. Even the raucous boos and hecklings from the audience thinking that Enishi killed Zeo did not dissuade the Genin. That was how much faith he held in Zeo. Enishi could sense a faint and wavering chakra signature near him - that was no doubt his opponent he held so much respect towards, so all he needed to do was wait. He already burnt through nearly half of his chakra reserves, he needed this time to rest. But suddenly,
He emerged.
Escaping from the depths of the water, Zeo slowly dragged himself out from the water's surface. He hungrily gasped for air, yet his eyes were ravenous for something else - victory. Glaring straight at the understudy, Enishi responded likewise. It was taking every little bit of determination in Enishi's body to not succumb to the effects of his bloodline and "eliminate" his opponent. The pills bought from Akabayashi eased the mental deterioration from his "curse" yet they didn't erase the physical symptoms. His heart was on fire and his body felt like it was torn apart by barbed wire each second. It would be easier to give up and let hell break loose...but atonement would never be earned if that was the case. Zeo - by sheer miracle - survived Enishi's attack, so by sheer miracle, Enishi would fight through the pain and defeat the opponent standing before him!
As if their minds were connected at that moment, Enishi and Zeo both formed handseals. Dragon, Tiger, Hare, and Ram were the handseals formed in the understudy's case. "Water Trumpet!" Quickly, a giant stream of water merely an inch in diameter would burst out into a 5-meter wide cone of water that burst like a dam out of Enishi's mouth towards Zeo. At the same time, the Kamigawa burst out a similar mass of water in the name of Water Style: Raging Waves directly from his mouth. However, it was flatter when comparing itself to the Water Trumpet that Enishi launched at the same time. Upon clashing with each other immediately, the Water Trumpet would overpower Zeo's Raging Waves, destroying it and continuing to impact the Kamigawa with large amounts of water pressure - enough to sweep him off his feet. The sheer speed of the Water Trumpet and the lack of speed from Zeo would prove to be extremely difficult to dodge for the Kamigawa...if he could even react appropriately. The jet stream of water would continue to carry Zeo up to 15 meters away from Enishi before dispersing, inflicting its blunt damage throughout.
At the same time that Enishi unleashed his close-ranged Water Trumpet, he would also pull out three Kunai to hold in his left hand directly from his right Ninja Sealing Band. One of the Kunai had a Promixity Explosive tag attached to it and another Kunai had a Flash Paper attached to it. The last one was a generic Kunai just in case the others couldn't be used effectively. They would function as powerful deterrents to gain even more distance from Zeo just in case he recovered early from the Water Trumpet blow if it connected or if the Kamigawa was hiding somewhere else...
Additionally, Enishi would keep his Chakra Sensory effect active, being able to sense any foreign signature within five meters of him instantly. The Water Trumpet was transparent, which would allow Enishi to see through it properly as well. This would prevent him from being snuck up against and would allow him to react accordingly to any more of Zeo's surprises. Seriously, the understudy was getting quite fed up with all of the sudden lead changes!

Re: Match 1: Zeo vs. Enishi

The two jutsu collided. Even with the force of the jutsu, Zeo was no match from Enishi. The Water Trumpet tore through his Raging Waves and smacked into Zeo with overpowering force. The trumpet blasted Zeo into the wall against the watery depths of the lake. Now Zeo truly looked like a drowned rat. Despite it, with sheer willpower, he kept afloat and his starry eyes shining bright with determination. He gripped his shoulder, now wounded and looking pathetic. Despite it all, he wouldn't surrender.
It was then that Enishi would draw his Kunai, preparing to attack with his clever trick--- however it was too late for that.
Water Dragon BULLET!!
It was right from below Enishi! The water would form right under his feet, taking the shape of the same vicious water dragon as before! The result was clear-- Zeo, the real one, had hid inside the water!
(Moments earlier)
Zeo felt the water give as he dropped into the water. He fell and heard the churning clash of the water spears above him. He soon swam down as deep as he could in the water, he observed his surroundings. He could hold his breath for a bit, but not for long. With one last idea in mind, he formed hand signs. From the water beside him, it bubbled and churned, to produce one of his clones.
As the clone began to swim up, Zeo got ready for one last attack to end this fight. This time, it was all or nothing! Even with He-Bo gone, he felt his presence all the same, as part of his mysterious eyes. Even from under the water, he could see Enishi's aura all too clearly.
(Back in present)
The Dragon would roar with rabid intent and rage with the water, intending to crush Enishi with all the might it would possess. At that range, that fast, Enishi wouldn't be able to properly defend and even his tags wouldn't dissolve the dragon. It was just as terrifying as the river god He-Bo himself.
The clone of Zeo, now at the edge of the arena's wall, smirked as he saw Enishi face the too close Dragon's maw from below. Still, should he find a way to evade, the dragon would turn after its attack, and try to start winding around in an effort to attack again.

Re: Match 1: Zeo vs. Enishi

Like fire and ice, the two eruptions of water collided. The sheer force of Enishi's Water Trumpet and Zeo's Raging Waves were enough to splatter the violent bursts of water all throughout the area, nearly tearing the lake that they fluttered on asunder. But even with the environment being shaken up in such a sudden manner, the Water Trumpet eventually overpowered the Raging Waves, destroying them and smashing the Kamigawa against the arena wall once again. All while this was happening, the understudy observed the situation with vigilant eyes - reaching his right hand to grasp the assortment of Kunais sealed in his Ninja Sealing Bands. However...before he could finish, something stopped him.
Chakra.
Immediately picked up by his Chakra Sensory, the understudy instantly recognized two sources of chakra within five meters of him. One felt potent and mystical, yet had a sense of exhaustion to it, but the other one - which was most alarming, felt like its potency was increasing by the very second. The lake was only five meters deep and the two sources of chakra were located at the deepest point, so that meant the sources of chakra were five meters directly under Enishi. Additionally, both of the chakra signatures were eerily similar to Zeo's, which only meant... "ANOTHER CLONE?!" Enishi thought in utter exasperation; seriously, the sudden lead changes in the fight were getting more and more annoying for the Jugo to deal with! Yet, was the Zeo underwater even another clone? Perhaps the clone was the one the understudy just attacked with his Water Trumpet, and the real Zeo was underwater, preparing to unleash a powerful jutsu. Either way, Enishi needed to think quickly. It was clear that another Zeo was directly five meters below him, launching a vertical jutsu at high velocity that would surely defeat the Jugo should he be hit by it.
Stopping just shy of pulling out his weapons, the understudy would swiftly change his plans and instead shove his hands into his pockets, making it extremely hard for the clone fifteen meters in front of him to see what was happening. What seemed like a simple gesture was in actuality, Enishi forming handseals in his pockets without anyone noticing that he actually was! With the fluidity of a flowing river, the Jugo simultaneously weaved the handseals of Ox and Snake with his left hand as well as the handseals of Snake, Bird, and Monkey with his right. Abruptly, a replica of Enishi layered directly on him, fusing with his body. Crafted directly from the shadow of water from the lake's surface, the replica wasn't a clone - not even close, but it was a replica that would effectively fool both Zeos. This was the Water Replacement technique that Enishi expertly weaved the handseals for with his left hand, creating an intangible replica of himself that would seek to "replace" him. In reality, Enishi wanted to substitute his position with that replica so he could continue his plans as well as trick the opponents. But after forming the substitution, the jutsu that Zeo launched was only three meters away from him at this point, so the understudy didn't have much time left. Moving back and allowing the substitution to "replace" him by standing in his position, Enishi would dash six meters backward with his newly gained reflex speed, just narrowly avoiding the maw of death. The Zeos wouldn't be able to realize that the understudy moved back, as the substitution replaced him, making the clone and the Zeo underwater unable to see the real Enishi for the time being. As Enishi finished his dash, he would slam his right hand directly in the water's surface, molding chakra to activate his next jutsu, but something happened at that exact moment.
A dragon burst out from underwater.
Right under Enishi's substitution's feet, the jutsu that Zeo unleashed in the shape of aexploded from underwater, instantly swallowing the substitution whole which replaced the understudy's position. As the Water Dragon rose, the substitution would feint injury, yeling out in "pain" which would distract the two Zeo's. In reality, it was a setup for Enishi's plan. Now being only a three meters away from the Dragon, Enishi would fully unleash the jutsu he weaved handseals for with his right hand while the Dragon was preoccupied swallowing the substitution whole. "Five Feeding Sharks!" He yelled internally, with that, streams of water from the lake would form into five sharks, four meters in length and a meter wide right in front of the Jugo. Without wasting any time, the sharks formed from the lake would charge. The first shark would rush directly towards the Water Dragon through swimming in the lake; due to their equal power, they would cancel each other out and disperse immediately. Only four sharks remained.
At the same time that Enishi commanded the first shark, the second, third, and fourth shark would rush to encircle the Zeo currently Hiding in the Water, like a shiver of sharks. They would encircle Zeo in a five meter radius, creating a high speed vortex that would pin Zeo down due to the sheer force of it, making him unable to move and would set up any future attacks that Enishi desired. All the while the three sharks created a vortex around the underwater Zeo, the fifth and final shark would rush towards the clone against the wall at high speeds, planning to ram into the clone and smash it apart. All of these actions the sharks performed, would occur at the same time, making it extremely difficult for Zeo to react. However, Enishi was not done just yet. This fight had gone on for too long.
As the sharks swimming on the surface would perform their movements, the understudy would pull out four Kunai from his Sealing Bands with his left hand that currently wasn't touching the water; however, each and every Kunai had a Proximity Explosive Tag attached to it. Immediately after pulling out the weapons, Enishi would throw them in a downwards angle towards the underwater Zeo that was currently stuck in a raging vortex a mere meter in front of him. Due to range and speed of the Kunai, Zeo would have a difficult time dodging it. The Kamigawa was five meters below ground, so the Kunai would need to only travel five meters to strike Zeo who was paralyzed by the vortex. Within reaching a meter of the Kamigawa, a small smirk would appear on Enishi... "Release." The Kunai that were underwater would explode in a violent vortex of explosive rain- the Proximity Explosive Tags would set off and deal consecutive explosive damage towards the hiding Kamigawa, tearing the lake apart and additionally encompassing a four meter underwater radius of explosives. If Zeo were hit by this, which was very likely to occur, he would be down for the count.
Enishi would remain vigilant at all times, waiting to see how Zeo would react.

Re: Match 1: Zeo vs. Enishi
Sat Jun 05, 2021 11:26 pm
Enishi was quick with both his speed and sensory skill. While Zeo had the same skill, he was maximizing its use for short-range. Enough to tell that Zeo's attack was below the surface of the water as the dragon formed. The dragon erupted, but the understudy was quick as he too used a jutsu of his own. From where Zeo was, he could 'see' the flow of the chakra, and soon was able to see the result.
The dragon swallowed up the 'facade' of Enishi, to reveal the illusion of the substitution jutsu. Disappointing. However, the Dragon continued to chase the enemy, till the understudy sprung his next jutsu. Five Feeding Frenzy shark. Enishi touched the water to launch his jutsu at both the dragon, and the targets on and below the water.
Zeo's first clone was indeed gone, distroyed by the ravenous shark as he was reduced to water and disappeared. The Water Dragon met with the dragon. The full force of both jutsu impacted and caused them both to be cancelled out. However, Zeo was indeed under the water as the sharks encirled and trapped him, and then in that moment of Enishi held his hands, he threw the Kunai into the water, determined to blast Zeo to oblvion under t he water.
The sound of a scream echoed as the water erupted from the simultaneous attacks...
... however,--
The Zeo underwater was dissolved into water, a result of a mere duplicate. Another Water clone.
Zeo didn't just make one, but two from the start! He used it to add one last decoy, to cover the true place where his true self hid...
Between the explosion and destroyed water dragon, it was now gone all in a spray of crazy water. However in that instant, Zeo emerged! Enishi would sense it, but Zeo saw it, even by the veil of water that came from his destroyed water dragon-- and charged right for Enishi. With his hand connected to the water, he had no where to go and couldn't dodge unless he cancelled his former Jutsu.
Zeo charged in wtih all his might for one last attempt. It was now or never.

"Water PRISON!!" Zeo roared as he lunged with an extended hand, his jutsu already cast.
With so much water and Enishi on its surface, and surrounding him from the dispelled watery eruptions, he had nowhere to escape. The water would trap him, attempting one more catch of him with the Water Prison and with luck-- lock him up tight. That fast, and from the surprise of hiding inside his Water Dragon, he hoped this would indeed finish the fight once and for all.
Enishi would see Zeo's starry black eyes, gleaming with determination as he lunged with every last bit of his spirit! He would not accept defeat willingly!

WC: 471

Re: Match 1: Zeo vs. Enishi

It appeared that this everlasting duel was coming to its long-expected denouement. The audience was at the edge of their seats once again, desiring to see how things would turn out - and hopefully, that the person they bet on to win would come out victorious. However, with the sudden lead changes as well as the unexpected advantages and disadvantages in the match, neither Enishi were Zeo was favored to win. Whatever Zeo threw at Enishi, he countered. Whatever Enishi threw at Zeo, he also countered. Surely, this would be a fitting finals match-up; alas, it was only the first round. Both competitors craved victory and definitely showed so with their erudite strategies and prowess, so the only thing the audience could do was appreciate greatness while it lasted.
Vigilant to everything, the understudy observed the environment with hawk-like eyes. Zeo possessed arcane and unknown techniques that would be difficult to counter, so Enishi was confident that he couldn't simply outpower his opponent with sharks. All he could do is force Zeo Kamigawa's hand so he could slip up, and when he did...the understudy would make sure to capitalize. As he launched his explosive projectiles underwater while his sharks swam around to assault Zeo from all angles, Enishi would be perplexed when the explosions didn't burn any skin...only water. Similar to the deactivating splash of the water clone that the fifth shark assaulted towards the wall, the Zeo that was underwater carried that same sound with an additional yell that failed at convincing the understudy. That only meant...
"Damn it!" The understudy spontaneously thought as the Proximity Tag explosions resounded underwater. He didn't even need to see it was a clone below surface level, the splashing sound gave it away. He wasted all of that energy...just to kill another doppelganger. Immediately taking his right hand off the water as the explosions occurred - which in turn dispelled all of the sharks, Enishi would use his wet right hand to weave three more handseals with that sole hand at full speed. But, after he began to form his first two handseals, Zeo emerged from the destroyed Water Dragon, a mere three meters away from the understudy. "He hid inside the dragon?" The Jugo thought with fear as he peered into the starry abyss that was Zeo Kamigawa's eyes. Chakra Sensory also detected it. Enishi hated it, but Zeo was too close to him. Three meters, ten feet, three hundred centimeters; for a mid-ranged fighter that was Enishi, this was too close. However, the amount of water within the area from the remains of the water dragon, sharks, and the lake volume as well as Zeo's thrusting motion that sought to get within one meter of Enishi...it was clear that he wanted to use that Water Prison to entrap the Jugo. But, Zeo, who was slower than Enishi needed to move two meters to activate his Water Prison...
Enishi only needed an inch.
Steel in his veins, Enishi weaved the final Ox handseal in a flash once Zeo moved and began his thrust three meters away. "Water PRISON!!" The Kamigawa roared with his extended hand, only two meters away from Enishi and one meter away to activate his Water Prison. But in that moment...
"Kanashibari."
An invisible aura of chakra emerging from the scarred boy's body burst out at astronomical rates, easily covering three meters of conical radius, and would touch Zeo before the Kamigawa could reach one meter away from Enishi to activate his Water Prison. It would only take a split second for the invisible chakra aura to expand, leaving little to no time to move out of the way nor form a single seal. Even if Zeo tried to move horizontally, the aura would swallow him whole. There was no escape. Upon likely touching the Kamigawa that was two meters in front of Enishi, it would wrap around and bind him as if he was being held down by steel ropes that would force him to rescind his thrust. This was Kanashibari - or more universally known as Temporary Paralysis. A simple technique that paralyzes targets within a small range, preventing them from moving or performing jutsu. Should Zeo be caught by Temporary Paralysis which was very likely, Enishi would let out an exhale of relief.
"I have paralyzed you from top to down. You cannot perform any jutsu nor weave a single handseal in this state." Enishi explained in a listless tone, walking towards Zeo while weaving five handseals with both hands. A glow of green would appear on his hand that would soon morph into a purple flaming aura on his right hand. It was harmless but looked aesthetically cool at the very least. "Sage Art: Mystical Palm." Enishi would tap Zeo's chest with that hand, which would paralyze the Kamigawa harmlessly. "I further debilitated your body by putting your cells to sleep and applying something called Nature Energy to hamper your chakra gathering skills. It is safe to say that you won't be able to move an inch until you are healed."
Using this opportunity to mimic exactly what Zeo said to him when he was trapped in the Water Prison, the understudy would smirk a bit, "And I believe, this is checkmate." Walking back from the paralyzed Zeo bound by chakra rope and paralyzed, a smile appeared on the understudy. Akin to the smile he released earlier just at the beginning of the fight, it would be one of genuine kindness. "...Zeo...you're really strong. You're a better shinobi than me, from strategies to skill. The way you fought reminded me of the will and decisiveness needed to defeat opponents. " The Jugo looked away with a hint of pensivity, "I only won out of luck. If this were a fight to the death or a spar without any constraints of the exams, then this would have been an easy victory for you. I'm still impossibly weak, but I think...I understand what it means to fight." Looking back at Zeo, Enishi's serene smile would appear once again,
"Thank you for an amazing fight, Zeo Kamigawa."

Re: Match 1: Zeo vs. Enishi

The lunge forward would have been the best way to trigger the jutsu. The water would surround and trap him, ending the match...
... but that was Zeo's fatal mistake. Getting that close got him right in the line of the invisible jutsu. The paralysis jutsu quickly grasped hold of him. His face cringed as he suddenly felt the force of his body stop as if it had been turned to stone. His eyes strained, the shiny starry chakra wafting from the tear ducts as he tried to move but he couldn't. He was trapped and forced to look at Enishi's smug face as he explained it.
As he spoke, he made contact with Zeo and it was over. "Grrh!" Zachary grunted as the blow was delivered. While no pain, exhaustion and sleep quickly took his mind. He tried to remain conscious but it was too late. He already felt himself fading and his exhaustion from the battle did not help! Enishi's words were probably the worst part to hear him prattle on to gloat his victory to Zeo as his vision started to blurr.
He was done. The black starry night faded from his eyes, returning them to their normal blue eyes. Unable to hold it together, his world faded to black. His mind went blank as all he could do was try to reach to continue, but his world went black and everything faded.
Zeo collapsed onto the water's surface with a splash, almost out of it as all his chakra died down. He was done. Despite everything he gave to fight such a superior foe-- he lost. Upon awaking he would probably feel ashamed and beat himself up for failing....
... but now something new had happened to him. He had awakend an unknown power, to himself and the shinobi world. And worse, everyone in the arena had witnessed it. No doubt the word would spread of the power he unleashed, but that power would likely be coveted by many. The world now knew such an eye existed and the power it held.
End.

Stats Change: Replace 15 from Strength to Vigor. 5 from chakra to vigor.
So that would be 1500 to remove 15 from strength and 1500 to place into vigor. then 500 to take away from chakra and 500 to put into vigor. So all together you'd be using 4000 wc on sta reallocation first.
So you are looking at 15,812 wc total.

So retraining stats takes wc just like using it for jutsu. So all together you'd need to make sure they have enough.
but your math now checks out so you are good.
