If one defeated another in a duel, then the victorious one should be filled with pride and joy, correct? Unfortunately, this was not the case for Enishi. Despite narrowly defeating Zeo Kamigawa in their clash of prowess, the silver-haired understudy arbored nothing but a harrowing void that slowly grew more and more unbearable as the realization of his victory set in. The respect gained from his superiors and peers watching the fight, the sounds of the crowd going wild, and even the happiness of his guardian: Suguru Kurosawa whom was standing up - clapping in parental pride for his adoptive son, were all not enough to subjugate the lingering void in Enishi. Even if he didn't want to crush Zeo's dreams and his pride, the understudy actively did so in their battle. He crushed the dreams of his own peer - the only person he could call a true friend so he could progress further in the Exams. Heh. How cruel. A soft dejected chuckle came out of Enishi. "Who am I to be calling other people monsters, the true monster - ever since the beginning...is me." He thought emotionlessly. There were no tears to be wept, it was simply the truth.
Not even daring to look at the audience, the silver-haired boy kept an unreadable expression as he carried Zeo - who was just about to fall in the water from exhaustion until Enishi caught and carried him to land. Once reaching the center of Wedge One, multiple emergency medical personnel with stretchers already flooded the area. Giving the unconscious body of Zeo to the medical personnel, Enishi would make sure that they gave the Kamigawa the best treatment possible, "Obdormition in all limbs with some minor fractures in the ribs and shoulders. Please do your best." Enishi's emerald eyes would peer at the medics whilst walking out of the wedge, but he was stopped by the words of one other medic. "Kurosawa, you don't desire medical attention? You have serious gashes all over your body." Confused, the understudy would look at his body that was mangled with blood and deep lacerations. It was most likely due to the cutting winds of the Wind Wall. "Ah, I guess I do," Enishi said with an impassive tone, utterly bewildering the medics. "Well it's not like these injuries are anything new to me; I'll live." The understudy concluded, ignoring the stunned and concerned healers before walking out of the arena for the time being. People using their resources on someone like him was simply wasteful.
Walking out of the wedge, Enishi would put his hands in his pockets. Zeo's techniques...his chakra...and those peculiar eyes of his, were certainly unexpected. As he said earlier, if this was a fight with no constraints...the Kamiagawa would definitely have won. Judging by Zeo's demeanor, it would be safe to say that he hated Enishi for the time being - rightfully so. The understudy would welcome it. Perhaps it was time that the Jugo came to terms that he was a monster, and monsters should act like monsters. If it meant that Zeo could show that valiant hope that he did in their duel, then Enishi would become the villain; an antagonistic figure that would spur hope and talent to brew, a necessary evil so to speak. But, he couldn't just stop with Zeo, he needed to do this to everyone in the exams...which meant,
He would crush everyone else in his path.
