Holy Shit, Pirates [P, Bounty Mission]

It seemed that there was a disturbance on one of Kiri's smaller islands, and it seemed to be quite serious, as Keita was informed immediately that they were needed to go and handle the leader of the people that were attacking. Apparently pirates had attacked the island and started to steal things and kill some of the villagers there, some of them even getting kidnapped, and so the response needed to be extremely swift. Keita was already wearing his armor, and he immediately headed out of the office he was in and rushed towards the harbor. There was no way he could wait for a ship, so he hurriedly made his way to the island using his own body. Once he was actually on the island, he was still on the opposite side of the island than the people who were attacking, especially the strange pirate that seemed to have a bit of reputation around the ocean. This was the perfect time to catch him. 

Keita knew that Kizmaru was going to be on this mission with him, and so he would meet up with him before proceeding towards the side of the island that the fighting and the looting was taking place at. Soon, he had met with Kizmaru, and started talking to him before they got close. "Alright, I'm going to go see who is bold enough to attack our island by going there directly. I'm not quite one for stealth anyway." Keita then went ahead and started walking towards the part of the island that was being attacked. Soon, he walked over a ridge to an area that oversaw the part of the island that was being attacked. It seemed there were pirates everywhere, and there were also people running and screaming, it looked quite hectic, a few fires even broke out. Most of the pirates were congregating near the storehouse, but Keita knew they would be everywhere, but they really only needed to worry about the powerful captain, as the other Anbu members would definitely take care of the stragglers that were not so powerful.

Currently, Kizmaru was en-route to one of the outlying islands to deal with something of minor importance. If only it were so anyway. Apparently, he couldn't just rely on his team of Jounin and the Anbu were busy with their own tasks to come all the way out here leisurely so he'd have to be the one to do so personally. According to the mission report, a pirate has learned how to slip through the storm barrier of Kirigakure and has been looting this one island in particular. The few shinobi stationed here can't seem to fend him off properly and he ends up taking whatever he can get his grubby little hands on. Well, his time has come as both him and Keita were personally going to stop him themselves. His boat had arrived at the island to which he'd seen Keita there waiting for him. Meeting up with him, he'd give a silent nod before Keita asked aloud who was bold enough to just attack Kirigakure and loot the place. Either way, it didn't matter. They would take care of this situation and get out of here. Keita had begun to lead the way and Kizmaru would follow shortly behind him. 

Arriving at a small village in front of him, chaos ensued. There were fires and people yelling and screaming. Pirates as far as the eye could see were running around laughing and having a good time running amok, gathering as many ill-gotten goods as they possibly could. As much as Kizmaru would have liked to go down there and kill as many of them as he could, he figured it was best to leave that up to the Anbu and Jounin that were already here and try to cut off the dragon's head directly. It wouldn't be easy but it was necessary.

Once Keita had said his piece and started heading towards the ridge, he noticed that Kizmaru was simply following him. This meant that they were going to work closely together, which was fine, because Keita knew that they had quite a few things that could help each other out should something bad happen. They could have also split up, either way would have been fine, but this way they would be able to communicate with each other as well. As Keita made it to the ridge and started overlooking the area where the pirates were, he quickly formed some hand seals with one of his hands and tapped Kizmaru on the shoulder, imprinting a seal onto him. “This will prevent accidentally catching each other in harmful effects, so go wild.” Keita would say, knowing that Kizmaru would get what seal it was when he said that, as Kizmaru was going to learn it himself soon. 

After that, Keita took a closer look at the buildings that were getting attacked. The buildings were on the east side of the island, with the two of them being on a ridge looking to the east, one hundred meters away from the nearest building. There was a road leading into the small cluster of buildings to the south, twenty meters from the two of them. This road led directly into the center of the cluster of buildings and through them, all the way to the ocean, where a twenty meter long pier stretched east into the ocean. The first building was to the north of the road, and was the first in a series of identical buildings, each one being slightly square in shape, and eighteen meters on a side, and six meters tall. There were a total of eight of these buildings, lined up two by three going east, with the other two being on the opposite side of the street, behind a large warehouse building. 

This large warehouse building was one hundred and twenty meters away from the two, and was on the south side of the road leading into the buildings. This warehouse was forty meters squared, and around fifteen meters in height. This building contained infrastructure materials on pallets, mostly iron bars and wooden beams, as well as bags of cement. There were small one meter tall bushes around the road, as well as the palm trees in the area reaching a height of anywhere between thirteen to twenty meters tall. They were next to one such palm tree, and all of the trees were around one meter in thickness, so one could not quite use them to hide behind effectively. 

Keita quickly headed to the road, before walking towards the town, ready to kill any of the pirates he came across. Since he headed directly towards the road, he was now one hundred meters away from the first building, walking closer to the cluster of buildings. Keita had on his Shozoku no Nakamaro armor, as well as some kunai, shuriken, and senbon on the inside of his cloak, as well as a few pills in his pockets.

Following Keita to their destination, they had paused a bit when Keita started to form hand signs. He'd then place a unique fuinjutsu onto him, explaining it was to share immunities they would have to each other's techniques. Thinking that was a useful technique to have, Kizmaru figured it would be best to learn it later. In return, he figured he'd also place a seal on Keita that may or may not help him in some way, shape or form. He wouldn't need it himself as he was mainly going to be in the front line anyway but Keita might have a use for it himself. Forming the hand signs of Rat, Hare, Rat, Hare and Monkey, Kizmaru had placed a seal onto Keita's bare chest and embedded a chakra scrambling seal on him. This would make him undetectable to chakra sensory and sensory techniques that have less power than the seal itself which would have its uses. After that, he assisted Keita with taking a closer look at the buildings as he took the road, being one meter behind him, activating his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. It would be easier to spot threats should they attempt to ambush them as he scanned for chakra signatures that may have been hiding out nearby. 

As he did this, Kizmaru decided it was best for him to prepare for battle as he wasn't here for a vacation. He'd begin to transfer a large amount of chakra into the portable furnace on his back the armor he wore provided. Brandishing his petrification gauntlets for all to see, he'd make sure everything was in order should he need it. His two weapon pouches fastened to the hips of his dark, red steam armor, filled with the consumables that he may or may not need to use. Should anything go wrong and he needed to move quickly, navigate or defend himself and his partner, he would be ready.

As Keita was walking down the street towards the buildings, Kizmaru in tow behind him, he noticed a man kick open the door to the warehouse and suddenly do a double take towards them both. After a short whistle, the other pirates started scrambling towards the docks, that were around 100m behind the majority of them. This told Keita that the person who just whistled was most likely the leader, the infamous Zach Carrow. A Pirate that always seemed to get away from any patrols or defensive ships, and Keita wanted to see how he was able to get rid of the chase of all the pursuers in the past. Keita wanted to make sure he was ready for anything, and after silently checking the seals on his body, he performed another set of hand seals behind his back with one hand, and simply replaced the seal that Kizmaru had just placed on him with another, after he had completed the seven seals needed. These seals were dragon, horse, ram, monkey, ox, hare, and then boar, in that order. He wasn't rushing towards the pirates at his full speed, and so he only made it around 5m closer to the pirate when he finished the seals behind his back and placed the seal, replacing one of them. After that, he felt a bit safer, and was getting ready to perform more hand seals, just in case the pirate did anything suspect, and so his other hand was at the ready. 

They couldn't really talk at this distance, so he wasn't going to try and yell, plus he wasn't even sure he wanted to talk to the pirate, as they weren't known to surrender to anyone, so it was probably useless. He was thinking that he should just wipe them off the face of the planet, especially since he couldn't see anyone that was not a pirate. this most likely meant that all of the workers in this dock area had been killed, as if they were kidnapped the pirates would probably be carrying them to the boat to ransom them later, but there were nothing but dead bodies. This made Keita become completely apathetic to the lives of the pirates. Part of his strange tendency came out, and the pirates all became animals to slaughter in his eyes. He was still walking towards the pirate, but he was going to wait until the pirate did something, he got within 40m of the pirate, or if something else happened that he deemed important, whichever came first. He would act on that when the time came.

Following behind Keita and now speeding up to walk beside him, he had perked up at the sight of some scoundrel exiting a warehouse with his pockets clearly lined with things that most likely do not belong to him. With a contemptuous look, Kizmaru silently glared at the man who was allowing his crew to rob his village blind, get away with this. He hoped he was ready for the consequences. As Keita walked towards the pirate he had begun to make the hand seals of dragon, horse, ram, monkey, ox, hare, and then boar. Afterwards, he had placed a new seal over the one Kizmaru had put on him which made Kizmaru think he didn't need it. With that in mind, he wasn't sure what the seal he placed on him did but if Keita was using it, it must be something that would be defensive. He figured it wouldn't hurt to place one of those seals himself on his own body and so after he had performed it, Kizmaru had also performed the hand signs of dragon, horse, ram, monkey, ox, hare, and then boar. After he finished, he'd place the seal on himself as they continued to walk. 

It wouldn't be much longer now until the chakra he was converting for his steam armor's mechanics to finish. With that, he'd be ready to go. Not saying a word, he'd continue to use more hand signs in the time it would take to walk towards the pirate he would have to deal with in a minute. Once more he'd weave hand signs of  Bird, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Rat, Dragon, Ox and Snake. After he had finished, he walked a bit more traveling twenty meters more towards the pirate as he performed his Rain Tiger at will technique. This caused rain clouds to form and start to rain heavily at the location he activated it in. It would be handy to keep a water source he could have access to nearby by just in case things got hairy. For now, he'd just follow Keita's lead and walk next to him until the got within forty meters or if something happened that would have to cause them to spring into action.

As Keita was walking towards the man, it seemed like he was not going to do anything until they got close, much like himself, and so Keita simply continued walking towards him with his hands behind his back. Keita would simply keep walking, watching the man's arms and legs most of the time, but still glancing around at his surroundings, not wanting to be ambushed by another pirate or some sort of clone technique. If anything else happened, he would respond accordingly, as he was already ready to form hand seals if need be. In fact, he had formed the hand seals hare, monkey, dragon, and tiger, but would wait to activate the jutsu until he absolutely had to. The other hand, his right one, would be ready to perform a jutsu at a moment's notice, but soon they would reach an area closer to each other. 

Keita did not feel the need to simply send out his most powerful jutsu to wipe out the entire area, because he would rather not damage the infrastructure of the island if he could help it, so he wanted to test the waters first. When Keita got 15m away from the pirate, this was enough to actually talk without have to scream at the top of their lungs. His right hand performed the dragon, hare, ram, and horse hand seals, before he took it out from behind his back and raised it towards the man in a waving gesture. As the hand was raised, an invisible blade of wind would be released towards the man going rapidly towards him. He was seemingly defenseless, but Keita did not think that he truly was, as he was infamous for a reason. As he waved, at the same time, he simply uttered a "Hello, any chance you could surrender and come willingly?" Keita sincerely said this line, because he did not think the wind blade would be successful, he was just testing the waters. The wind blade would be 30cm off of the ground, heading towards the man in a diagonal orientation, attempting to slice through him from the man's left shoulder to the right side of his waist, all hidden by the benign waving gesture. This blade of wind was powerful enough to slice clean through trees, so if it connected, it would cut the man into two halves.

Walking beside Keita, he'd keep his eyes trained on the opponent in front of him to keep track of any possible sudden movements this slippery pirate might have. Traveling the distance with Keita, they had traveled up to fifteen meters away from the pirate. For some reason, Keita insisted on attempting to talk with the pirate but Kizmaru saw no point to that as presumably this wasn't the first nor maybe even the second time this pirate had slipped past defenses in order to loot the islands. Kizmaru would definitely strengthen security around the minor islands once all of this was taken care of. For now, he'd deal with the nuisance at hand and completely forgo the whole talking to the pirates about surrender. They had already done more than enough to earn Kizmaru ire in his eyes. His dead citizens and then the pillaging. Even the dungeons were too fine for the likes of him and only death would be appropriate for him. 

The furnace on his back would finish converting the chakra he had fed it during his travels and it was now ready to be used for the mechanics of his armor. This was good as he was ready to begin the fight regardless of Keita's attempt at trying to convince the pirate to surrender. It didn't seem like he was trying too hard as Keita had thrown a blade of wind at the man and so, he'd follow up with an attack of his own. Forming the hand signs of Tiger, Bird ,Ox  and Monkey, Kizmaru had spit out a stream of flames that turned into a shiny, flaming bird. The bird is two meters wide and one meter long, with four trails of flame that follow it for up to fourteen meters. The target of the bird was the pirate in front of them and so it flew after the pirate in an attempt to collide with him.
