Re: Hidden Away [I/O, Mission]

"I mean no one is in here are they? Besides we had a mission to do here. The only trouble will be actually knowing what we're looking for." As mitsu went to the bedrooms searching for any hint of documents, his eyes still bulging with their veins to give out a scan of the room and try finding anything his eyes manage to spot something. Beneath the bed. He kneels down next to it with his hand rummaging around underneath. Eventually snagging the leather bound diary.
He flips through it, but the dust again aggravates him and sends him into a little sneezing fit. But still he presses on. The passages seeming to be a daily log of some woman, maybe the mother or daughter of those that lived here. Talking fearfully about the changes coming to the city, tengakakure, "The Leviathan", worry about whatll happen to their family, talks of running from the village trail off in the last page. It does mention something about scrolls in the attic however. Mitsu could remember bits and pieces of old shimagakure from his parents but never thought much of it since he never got much out of his family home in the first place.
through his three hundred and sixty degree sight he managed to actually spot dana with her clones in the other room. As he reads he calls out. "You can do those with one hand, Dana? Usually see ninja needing both hands for jutsus and seals like that." He kept on reading as he spoke. Wanting to make sure he didnt miss much but it seemed these weren't the "Important documents" that they were here to find.
"Found an old diary!" Mitsu shouts. "Doesn't seem like what we're looking for though. One of you check the attic though! Might be something up there?" His voice manages to echo throughout the old house. The silence still strong save for their talking and their footsteps

Hiroyuki nodded and walked into the house with a bit of hesitation, before thinking that they really did have a mission there, and it was important enough for them to be able to go in there unannounced, so he decided to get over his trepidation and headed in. As he got to the study room, he saw two rows of books seated on two different bookshelves, as well as a desk with some papers scattered around on it and some other decorations. The decorations were fairly high class, a nice grandfather clock as well as a couple of animal heads that were mounted on the walls. Hiroyuki did not like the idea of mounting animal heads on walls, it looked really tacky to him, plus it seemed to be in bad taste. He shook his head to rid that thought out of his mind so that he could focus on the investigation at hand.
He quickly walked over to the desk and saw that it was locked, and the documents he needed might be in there, but for now, since it was impossible to open the desk right now without him using some force, he decided to look through the books on the bookshelf for a while. After a bit of searching through the books on the shelves, there was suddenly a loud yell that went through the house, telling him to check the attic, but he was already checking through what he thought was the most important room in the house. Hiroyuki thought about it, and quickly kept rummaging through the current room, not finding anything for a long while, before looking back to the locked desk. There was definitely something in the locked dresser, and so Hiroyuki decided that although this thing was an antique, he needed to break into it, so he did. His bodily strength was much stronger than the lock on this dresser, and so it was broken instantly.
He tried to be as conservative as possible with breaking it, so just the actual locked drawer of the dresser was broken, and Hiroyuki carefully took it off of the rest of the dresser before placing it on top, looking through the contents. There were quite a few documents, and upon looking through them, he had found out that these were the correct ones, but it seemed a bit of them were missing. They were most likely in the other parts of the house, but they would have to be found by his team mates,. Hiroyuki would come down stairs, and after the time he had spent actually searching through that room, the others would be more than likely completed with what they were doing, and so he would wait for them in the room before combining the documents they had found.
“Alright great, looks like we found them all, or at least all of them in this house, and we can turn in the mission. It was great working with you, and great meeting you miss Dana.” Hiroyuki would politely say, before heading off to go and turn the mission in, with or without them tagging along. He was going to hurry and get paid for this mission and then treat his mother to a nice dinner, maybe dumplings, those sounded good to him right now.

A voice echoed down the large halls of the manor after she'd completed the couple of one-handed handseals and Dana whirled around, confused. Of course, the boy must have used his special eyes to watch Dana through the walls. Were she anyone else then she might've considered it a bit creepy, but Dana-being-herselfmeant she didn't really mind all that much. She nodded at the boy's question and shouted back through the walls, "Of course! I can show ye how to do it later if ye want?" She shouted back, lacking the insight that he had to tell if she was actually shouting in the boy's direction.
After completing her own search in the library, Dana walked back through the way she came and entered the main hall just after Hiroyuki had. It looked like he had managed to find what was needed after all, which was a huge relief. Dana wanted nothing more than to go back to her room at the inn and draw, it would've been annoying to have to search more buildings for what was needed. "The pleasure was all mine." She said with a bow to Hiroyuki, and then would wait behind near the front door for Mitsu to show up. Once he did, Dana would quickly give him the basics of how to perform one-handed seals. Explaining how one had to manually mold their chakra in place of what the second hand usually did, and how it was kind of similar to mastering a technique so that it had less handseals. Once she'd finished explaining, Dana gave Mitsu a miniature salute and then made her way back to her room.

Mitsu finishes up, leaving the diary where it was and heading up to grab the rest of the documents from the attic. Simple ones detailing their family line in shimagakure and some business deals. Nothing of interest sadly. Thankfully Dana teaching him the one handed seals made for more than enough of a benefit to the venture. Learning more and taking to the impromptu lesson swiftly. Getting used to the one handed seals and figuring it'd probably be useful if he wanted to use much of any jutsu along with his sword and other forms of weaponry. A bit saddened he couldn't get anything interesting but happy he was able to learn more Mitsu goes off with the documents waving a good bye to dana and hiroyuki. Bringing the documents to the under vault before heading out for some post mission food at a street stall serving ramen and some tasty takoyaki.
