Back To The Academy [Mitsu, Dana]

Dana giggled at Shoko's comment, "I'm sure ye will," she said, meaning the words wholeheartedly. She didn't really know the capabilities of either of her teammates, except Mitsu's sick eyesight thingy. That was cool - she briefly wondered if she could maybe strike a deal that involved one of her organs. Saya had said that people were always hunting for them, hadn't she? Dana wasn't sure if her own organs were as valuable as some freaky cool eyes, but she was a businesswoman at heart. She could certainly maybe possible not really strike up a profitable deal if she tried. She mentally shook these thoughts from her mind, returning to the topic at hand. Yeah, Dana didn't know either of her teammates capabilities but she was sure that the two could beat her in a fight. Dana didn't even know what she was doing most of the time, let alone when she was in a fight.

"I don't think I'm from Konoha either," the white-haired girl shrugged after Shoko said her piece, "Or maybe I am? It's hard to say." She didn't elaborate on the confusing string of sentences and got to work in tow with Mitsu cleaning up the posters. It was pretty easy work and Dana was pleased she'd come up with such an easy lazy way to get enough money to pay her rent.

"Oh please I'd take both of you" He says playfully with the others talking about fighting. Though danas talk about not knowing anything put him off

"Do you.. Not know?" Mitsu said to dana a bit confused. Did she never even bother learning her own clans history or something? It felt like such a foreign concept to him. Drilled in about his clans greatness and power and yadda yadda yadda. He assumed it was just standard for any clan to do so with their kids.

Hearing Shoko talk about konoha he couldn't help but really agree with her "It is sad what's become of it honestly... My family came here not long after it was claimed. I just don't get why the village stays like that or why people even bother living there. If I was them I would have just moved away by now. Probably not to Kiri but maybe Suna or some small nation. BeHas to be horrid being a shinobi for it."

An uchiha hm? Nother one from Konoha even if Shoko wouldn't like it. Though he always heard they had some special eyes he couldn't see anything in hers. Maybe it was a myth. His were always pretty obvious so why wouldn't hers.

"...yeah, we'll see!" Shoko teases Mitsu, punching him lightly on the shoulder. She often takes such comments more seriously than intended, and it does smart a tiny little bit, but this time she'd been the one to start it. Don't dish it out if you can't take it... 

She crosses her arms, quietly raising an eyebrow at Dana when Mitsu asks about her ignorance to her clan's history.

"Why not here? You prefer the peace and quiet?" she says to Mitsu, slightly amused as though by some private joke. "I think I'll probably write about the new training center."

They've finished with decent time, so Shoko invites either of the pair that would like to accompany her to the library to work on their essays before they return to the academy to submit their paperwork. After that's all wrapped up, Shoko bids them farewell, feeling pretty good about the day's work.

"Oh no, I know where my clan comes from, not about where I personally come from though." Dana corrected with a wry grin. In fact, Dana liked to think of herself as a very well-read individual so common knowledge like the origins of her clan was something she was privy to. There wasn't really a lot of stuff she could think to write about; maybe the strange enigma that was Saya Senju and her friends? Nah that probably wasn't the mission desk was looking for when they asked for an essay.

"I think I'll do it on... The storm circle" She hedged, sounding unsure of herself. Surprisingly, this was one thing about Kirigakure that Dana had never really researched properly. She knew it had something to do with the Island country's dreary climate, but that was the extent of her knowledge. Nonetheless, she was excited to read and write about something new! It had been damaged recently, hadn't it? Gosh, it really spoke to how little Dana paid attention to her surroundings that she didn't even know whether or not the huge thing surrounding their Village was still functional or not.

She wrote her essay with the others and then proceeded home after collecting the mission rewards. Not a huge amount considering the labour of the day, but at least she had gotten to meet some cute puppers.

Mitsu smiled as the two traded jabs, heading off with shoko to the library for some help on his essay. "I think Ill do it..." He thought for a moment, on what hed awanna do it on. what in kiris history caught his attention. "I think i'll do it on Konoha" Not technically on topic but students before him had done so, why couldnt he.

After submitting the papers and the rest of the work finished. Getting his pay finally after it all. He heads off to spend his earnings at a local ramen stand.
