Day Thirteen

The Blood that made up the marks whenever he touched the walls had faded. The Storm clouds in the sky were receding, and the walls of the Maze had begun to shrink lower and lower and yet Arantima noticed almost none of this as he stayed kneeling down and touching the Kyuketsuki Clan Sigil. He just looked at it, its simplicity and boldness without anything frivolous to mar it. He Traced around the edge of the bottom most diamond and just kept staring down at it in wonder and awe. He was starting to understand that this Seal was just everything he had done to hide himself from the rest of the world and that was all starting to fall away..

He Finally looked up to watch the last peices of the walls fall away and the Sky clear up before he closed his eyes and opened them once more where he had been seated.. meditating on his floor in the center of his room. He took a deep breath and looked around the room finally. The Sky was dark, so he had been kneeling there for probably at least three hours if not more and so he rolled slightly to the side and let his legs splay out from under himself. The blood rushing back into them was a strange sensation but a welcome one. He laid back on the floor and put a hand across his forehead and he let out a soft chuckle, he belonged somewhere now.
