Aihara waved towards the nice old lady as she walked down the street of the port town that she had been staying at temporarily; she had just finished picking up the last of the presents she had gotten for her big brother and Uncle Cid; she was sure that Grey and Cid would both love the things that she picked out for them; as she skipped along the street she heard the sound of bells, her eyes scanned the area that was around her, but she found no answer to where the sound was coming from… She narrowed her eyes as she saw a streak of black hair flying past her, it was nearly to fast to see with the human eye; confused as to what it was, she then smelt the weird thing… It almost smelt like… Something was burning; and it was fairly strong of a scent, as Aihara looked down as the smell was just under her nose; she was greeted with a small letter, and a scroll with a strange seal on it; she put down the boxes she was carrying and picked up the letter; reading it carefully;
She looked around for answers, but there was no one else around her for the time being; she would quickly call out; looking for someone to answer her; “Hello! Is anyone out there!” She cried out loudly, hoping that someone, or even this Itazura would be there… But from what she could see; there was no body, she would stand around and wait to see if someone would come and greet her, and show her to where she needed to be.

- Aihara Kuni,
In an urgent matter, I have it on good authority that the evil Yoi has decided to hold a ‘festival’ and trick his followers into a grave mistake. I need you to come and sabotage these events as quickly as possible. Trust me, it’s easy money. You will be greatly compensated upon completion, let alone the satisfaction of a job well done. And that’s really why we’re here right? If you agree, use the summoning scroll attached to travel to The Moon Country, and come to aid in the endeavors.
With haste,
Itazura

Asuka found himself wandering far more often than he cared to admit, these days. His life had been a chaotic whirlwind of new acquaintances and truly odd missions, and he still wasn’t sure what to make of it after months of the chaos. Wandering served to help quiet his thoughts, at least a portion of the time. With some amusement, he could probably state that all the chaos had come into his life after he met the Kazekage. He hadn’t met her since, but the sheer weirdness of everything that had happened since was both a point of amusement and a source of great annoyance.
Weirdness that only seemed to continue, Asuka thought with a sigh as a little letter and a scroll seemed to appear out of nowhere and flutter into his hands. He really couldn’t go one day without some new excitement, could he? He deeply wished that he’d stop getting dragged into the crazy every time he left his shack. Taking a breath of dry desert air, he read the letter with an ever-increasing furrow to his brow, heedless that he was blocking the path he’d been standing on. He was more than a little suspicious of the letter- for all he knew it could have been a trap. But really, what was to be done?
At the end of the day, a scene of potential destruction wasn’t something for a medic to ignore. Who knew what would happen if he didn’t go?
Sighing, he reached for the scroll next, unfurling it in one deft movement that didn’t come even close to matching the unease he was feeling deep in his gut. Being sucked into the scroll wasn’t pleasant, and the next thing he knew was a sheer, biting cold that he could never even dream of feeling in the desert that was his home. He already disliked the cold here, he decided, standing up to his full height and blending into the snow almost perfectly. The only indicator the young medic was even a human rather than a snow sculpture was the instant redness to his exposed skin, making him frown. He was glad, at least, he’d decided to wear the fur today. Cold hands or not, his neck and body would remain warm.

Another day in the Port town of Fire Country, home to Grey and his family. It was also the place where he found work and a good friend in Cid, the red haired drunk. Spending most of the time operating on many ships that docked in harbour the young Hyuuga kept himself busy, earning and saving enough money to preserve for their future. As he made his way through the streets of the small village the young swordsman noticed a peculiar bird came sitting on his shoulder, a letter tied around its leg. "What do we have here little buddy?". Removing the paper from the limb in question the animal then took off as it flew away into the distance.
Opening and reading the letter Grey noticed the message was directed to him personally, whoever who wrote it aware of the Hyuuga's name. "It appears this Itazura knows who I am" the young man voiced as he continued to read in hopes of finding more information hidden inside. If he didn't know any better he'd think it was a prank being played on him but considering this wasn't the first time something similar happened to the swordsman he was inclined to believe there would be more to it than just a simple and harmless joke. Time to investigate.
Heading back home to retrieve both his katana and armor Grey would then break the scroll before being sucked in. When he opened his eyes again the Hyuuga noticed he arrived somewhere cold, realizing he must have ended up in Moon Country.

Cid wandered around the port town that he currently called home, wondering when he was going to have to ship out again for work. At the moment he was simply looking for something to do to pass the time. He could make his way to the tavern to simply drown the day away, but for some reason he felt like there was something he had to do... something he was forgetting. The cool Winter air would blow, chilling him to his core. The frosty winds would bring memories flooding into the man's mind, reminding him of the Wintery festivities coming up. The Winter Festival where gifts were given between friends and family was just around the corner and he had yet to buy anything for his Hyuuga pal Grey and the Little miss Aihara. He would swear under his breath, the steam filling the air with each exhalation. He'd look in his wallet, noting how much he had to spend and then made his way towards the shops to find the perfect gifts for the pair.
He was only a block away from the first store when a booming thunderclap would occur right beside him. The red haired bandit would find himself startled, ready for what he assumed to be a confrontation but was surprised when all he saw was scorch marks on the ground beside him with a scroll sitting in the center. There was a little tag with "Cid" written on it, so it was fairly clear this strange scroll was intended for the bandit. Cid would open it up, reading the letter with a look of confusion on his face. "Moon Country? Damn it! I'm not clothed for colder climates!" He would quickly make his way to a clothing store to buy a heavy coat. It wouldn't cost a ton, but it did bite into the funds he set aside to buy gifts. "At least the letter says there will be payment involved. I'll probably be able to replace this." And would use the summoning scroll to teleport to Moon.
Finding himself in the bitter cold environment, even with the coat the cold winds would sting his face and lungs with each inhale. He would glance around hoping to spot others. If their benefactor summoned them to the middle of nowhere in the freezing cold and didn't at least summon folks close together... well, Cid would think of all the unpleasant things he would do to them if that were the case.
Luckily, he was able to spot what looked like others, though it was hard to tell at the icy winds stung the eyes of Cid. "Hey! Can anyone hear me?" He would ask, unsure if these forms were friend or foe. Either way, he would find out soon enough.

Aihara was unaware at first of the first man; he blended in quite well with the surroundings; she only took note of him as his skin went red; the cold must not of mixed well with him, she was unsure if she would be able to approach him at first and stayed several meters away; giving him a small wave as her large pink eyes stared at him – then the next two would come, she would recognize her big brother anywhere; his long dark hair and tall demeanor would be what caught her eye first – she squealed with excitement first running towards him; “Grey! Grey!” She would happily cry out, coming to a stop; this time not jumping into his arms as she normally would… She didn’t often see Grey dressed as he was; it shocked her feeble mind, she could feel the tears beginning to well up in her eyes, he looked ready for a fight… It almost reminded her of a nightmare she had not to many months ago… She stood frozen in fear for a few moments as she took her gaze off of him and around the open snowy lands…
Then she would hear a voice, a familiar voice – although Cid was still far more foreign to her than Grey was; she had become use to his gruffy demeanor; and she would cry out for him, “Uncle Cid!!” Her small voice would carry, she couldn’t make him out save for his fiery hair, she would frantically wave her small arms in the air beckoning him towards the others; still shying away from both Grey and the strange man in the furs, she would wait, only about 3 meters away from Grey, and further from the other man. Her long pink hair tussled in curls surrounding her body as she stood in the freezing cold, although she had a warmer coat on, still was still adorned with her usual pink puffy dress, a pair of pink and white tights – as well as a simple pair of pink dress shoes, that both had small little bows.
As each member of the group appeared; off in the distance closer to the candy cane gates were two guards, gruff in appearance, they would wait for the rag tag group to come closer before asking for their letters from Itazura; just behind the gates a glimmer of a tall and large ornate building stood, in the building the group would find several other groups of four talking in circles waiting for something.
Aihara noticed the guards, and took off running, instead of waiting for the others as she came to a stop; the guards would question her, first by her age, then if she did in fact have a letter; which the small kunoichi would present to them; should the others follow her, they too would be questioned for their letters before being let in.
As Aihara entered the building; she would make note of the many strange faces, weary of their interactions and stares of her; she would find an empty corner to stand at; and wait patiently for the others if they came.

Holding his sword close to him and by his side at all times the young Hyuuga noticed many others had started to appear, almost as if a large battle was about to unfold. Were they all fooled, simply gathered by this Itazura to strengthen their forces for a war they did not know of? Time would tell. If that were indeed to be the case then Grey would prepare himself, his guard kept up as he continued to approach what appeared to be the village gates. As everyone present made their way through, so would he, reaching for the letter inside one of his side pockets waiting for it to be his turn.
When he was finally up the young swordsman showed the proof, confirming he was allowed entrance by the message written to him, the name of Itazura enough to convince the guards of his visit. As both men went over the letter Grey looked around, scanning the area and its surroundings. "I could take them if I wanted to" were the Hyuuga's inner thoughts, still not certain it wasn't simply another game played by yet another fool. He continued to remain suspicious, his right hand firm around the handle of his blade in case something required the man to act.
However, fortunately for those standing guard at the Peppermint Gates nothing would stop Grey from entering, the letter clearing him and allowing passage inside the village walls. As he finally made it safely behind the gates, the lilac eyed swordsman absorbed his surroundings once again, carefully looking around in hopes of finding a clue on how to proceed next. The Hyuuga youth finally came to a stop, halting when noticing a single building standing out from the rest of the village, most likely the sign he had been looking for up til then.
Entering said establishment the man noticed quite a lot of faces had gathered, all there for the same reason as he was, the letter of Itazura. Everyone there in order to complete what would be three simple tasks, or at least that was what it appeared at first sight.

Re: Put your hand in the Cookie Jar![Grey, Cid, OPEN]

Cid made his way towards the others, hearing the familiar voice of the Little Miss. It sounded like she mentioned Grey as well, which meant the crew was all here. Once he recognized the voice and where it was coming from he focused his attention there and spotted the puffy pink princess standing close to a dark haired man that from behind looked very much like Grey. It was a strange sight to see the Little Miss not clutching to her big brother tightly, or sitting atop his shoulders. The bandit wasn't entirely sure why it was going on, but it wasn't entirely his business so he would not really bring it up to them.
Once within close proximity he would notice that the young Hyuuga Swordlord had been fully geared up, armor on and sword at his side. Whatever it was they were here to do, Grey seemed to think that it might require force... or maybe he was just being careful and prepared just in case. The pirate expected there would be some opposition, but wouldn't think that it would come to lethal force. Or would it? These Yoi followers seemed rather devoted to their cult like leader, and strange cults tended to have zealots that would defend their beliefs and leaders with everything that they had, up to and including their dying breaths.
Seeing Aihara dart towards the gate guards made Cid follow to the best of his ability. His pace wasn't quite as quick as hers was, her little legs furiously sprinting with little steps, but his long legs allowed him to help cover the gap with each stride. When he got to the guards and it was his turn, he pulled out his letter when requested and present it. "Can I go through now?" Cid would ask, almost rolling his eyes about the security involved. They weren't even checking for weapons, as various people in these groupings were armed to the teeth. Made this whole check in feel like a huge waste of time for all parties involved. Speaking of the other groupings, were they all here to assist this odd benefactor and prevent this Yoi cult from killing themselves or others? He found it hard to believe that this Itazura needed to amass a small army, but perhaps these cultists were more dangerous than the red haired bandit thought.
"You think they could stop us?" A voice hissed in the mind of Cid, "I don't..." it would quietly whisper. Cid would pay the imp's words little mind, as his understanding was that all of these people (including the guards that are wasting everyone's time) were on the same side and helping the people avoid the machinations of this evil Yoi and his creepy cult.
Once inside the gates Cid would follow the crowd of people to a building that seemed to be the next objective for the groupings. "Aihara!" Cid would call out, scanning the crowd as best he could. Her being so small made it easy to miss her, and he didn't have the miraculous Hyuuga eyes that Grey did to better locate her even in this crowd. He had to figure that she would be heading towards the same building as the others, so he would hope for the best.
Once inside, there were three large boards with writing on them, each spelling out a key component and objective that the groups needed to do in order to stop Yoi. The first task was to destroy the poisoned cookies being baked at various bakery establishments around this village. Looking for Grey and Aihara in this mission headquarters, Cid would wander around and think about how best to handle their first task.
If he was successful in locating either (or hopefully both) of them, he would ask them as well. "So, we have to destroy these cookies. Do you think we should try to get in and get out without being seen, or do we go in weapons drawn and fighting our way to the stash of poisoned cookies?"
"You could always just burn the whole bakery to the ground..." He would hear, the dark whispers calling to him. Such was a bit too drastic though. They were stopping the production of these vile cookies to SAVE the followers of Yoi. The wholesale slaughtering of them feels like it goes against the intent of the mission.

You're a mean one, Mr. Yoi. You really are a heel,
FOUL ONE M R Y O I
FOUL ONE M R Y O I
Aihara heard the voice of Cid first; she glanced towards the direction that the voice was coming from; smiling as she noticed her Uncle’s bright red hair; “Uncle Ciiiiid!” She would holler, her hands cupped around her face as she did so; her small body hidden within the large groups of people surrounding her; the room had become more full as she waited in the corner; she would attempt to push her way out; squeezing between people as she did. Her hands would quickly reach for Cid’s arm, grasping it carefully as she tugged against it; “Aihara up!” She would cry as she looked towards her Uncle.
Aihara would make note of the different tasks labeled before them, her frown from when she heard the first mission; poisoned cookies! What a crime! Her frown was made quiet apparent; her eyes scanned towards the next mission; she noted that… Presents?! She let out a tiny gasp; her eyes widening from the shock; and utter disappointment. She finally reached the last mission… It was to take a star? She blinked for a moment unsure what to think about the situation at hand she wanted to help save Christmas but at the same time she also didn’t want to ruin the cookies at all… She wanted to ensure the safety of the rest of the world, but at the same time she didn’t want to destroy cookies or hurt any presents… Because; what if they weren’t bad? She looked towards her Uncle, and frowned once more, “Uncle Cid… Cookiahs bad?”
She didn’t wait for much of an answer; if Cid had picked her up she would simply push off of him and going running once again – however if he hadn’t picked her up, she would just take off running in the direction she had heard the bakery was located; assured that her people would attempt to follow her; however she was still unsure about Grey and didn’t want to take the chance of meeting up with him for to long in person – he was scary.
Aihara found herself outside in the dead of night; the days and nights sure seemed to more far more faster here than it did anywhere else… She was puzzled for a moment before giving her head a shake and make her way quietly in the town. She would search out for this bakery they had been told about; finding it rather quickly, she would slip around each side, peering into the windows; the sweets, cookies, breads everything lined along the bakery in a perfect order… Her large pink eyes glimmered from the sight; she felt her tummy growl, and she realized how hungry she actually was… She hadn’t eaten all day.
Aihara would lick her lips as she lifted the window; it wasn’t… Locked? She found this slightly weird but from what she gathered from the whispers of other people, she noted that a large percent of this ‘Christmas Town’ was extremely trusting… Something that could either be a good or a bad thing. She shrugged it off, slipping through the window; losing one of her shoes on the way in; a good marker to show that she had slipped inside of the building already.
Aihara found herself now inside of the large bakery, her eyes wondering about the room; all the different things that she could get into… She stumbled towards the one stack of cookies, they had been putting them into boxes; they were labeled for a ‘Celebration’; Aihara remembered her letter and the other groups speaking… These had to be the cookies in question; as she stood on her tippy toes, peering into the boxes; she would make note of beautifully decorated cookies, bright and vibrant colors; the smell was divine… She couldn’t help but feel utterly remorseful about the situation…
Aihara reached her tiny arm into the box; pulling out a single cookie… She inspected it; carefully it was certainly a sugar cookie; the light blue icing on top of it was perfectly done; she made note that it was also in the shape of a snowflake; each cookie that she saw dressed like a snowflake… Never looked the same; she enjoyed this, because in reality; snowflakes were never alike they were always different; even if the human eye couldn’t see them. She had read that in a book somewhere.
She would bring the cookie up to her face; sniffing it lightly… It had a hint of nutmeg; and peppermint… But she couldn’t tell if there was any poison located within this cookie… She began to question the motives of her new ‘boss’; looking deeply into the cookie as she struggled internally about what to do in that moment… As she would raise the cookie to lips as her stomach would growl once more and take a small bite, chewing it carefully before ingesting it.
She would wait a few minutes… Realizing her lack of self control just might end up with her dead… But nothing happened? She starred at the cookie for a few more moments before shoving it into her mouth and pulling down the box of cookies; they were completely wonderful, the taste was unlike anything she had before; she would sit on the ground, box between her legs as she ate one cookie after another.

Standing in front of three large boards, all looking similar to one another, Grey started reading what was written on each of them. Scanning the first panel with his eyes the young Hyuuga noticed the task which was described on there, stop the poison. As he remembered from the letter Itazura required help to aid in the battle against her nemesis, Yoi. Those who all had gathered there needed to go out and take all of the cookies, or the materials to make them. Considering they were filled with poison it would be of the utmost importance that everyone made sure to get rid of them.
By then the long haired swordsman started looking around once more, witnessing the reaction of those who also finished reading the message on the boards. Everyone present most likely shared the same thought, why cookies? The more he thought about it, the more Grey couldn't help but feel like he had ended up in some strange dream once again, similar to the times where his mind became all fuzzy, filled with memories of the past but always leaving a gap in his head. Nonetheless, in order to be able and return home the Hyuuga knew it would only be possible after finishing the set of missions, or little tasks.
Having gathered his thoughts back again Grey's eyes met with Cid, the red haired pirate. "I see you've been brought here as well" the man addressed his friend. So far most of the people inside the building still hadn't left, all of them probably impressed and perhaps even a little bit shocked with the entire situation and what it revealed. "Have you seen Aihara? Knowing her the little brat already took off, didn't she?". Assuming his guess turned out to be true and was confirmed the swordsman would head out in order to catch up to his little sister.
Whether or not Cid decided to follow behind would be completely up to him but Grey knew he couldn't wait any longer as he ran towards the location of Yoi's bakery. It didn't take him all that long to arrive, the distance between both places closer than he expected. As he did, the Hyuuga carefully looked around while scanning the surrounding area. Once finished, the young shinobi activated the Byakugan, his lilac eyes enabling him to see through everything and even inside the cookie shop. "That little brat" Grey cursed upon the sight of Aihara eating the cookies who were supposedly poisoned, frustrated by the fact that the girl once again acted without thinking of the potential consequences, regardless of how it would end.

Re: Put your hand in the Cookie Jar![Grey, Cid, OPEN]

Arantima opened his eyes, While still having been meditating in the center of his room, He hadnt even felt it.. He just knew.. He opened his eyes which felt as heavy as his armor was on his body after having sat still in it for.. how long had it been? He couldnt even place the passing of time as he reached down to the small letter and deftly slicing open the envelope with his demon claws he gently pulled out the letter and began to read it. He gently placed it behind his ear as he thought for a moment and then.. At once.. He took the Card and streaked some blood across the Summoning seal on the back of it and closed his eyes as he heard a rushing of.. icicles and wind.
He felt the cold air around himself as he looked up, opening his eyes finally and blinking at the bright reflected light from the white snow all around himself. He stood and made sure all of his equipment came with him, tapping his demon claws together and then on his armor and mask to ensure that he was covered completely. He looked around and then he looked back at the card, tucking it into the chest cavity of his armor and heading through the gates looking like a Demon come to burn this celebration to ashes.
The guards.. those poor fuckers that decided to step in the way of Arantima found themselves with the eyes of a serial killer staring them down as he refused to stop moving at all and as he got closer they began to draw their weapons.. And with a flash of his eyes the one of the right found his body failing him as he started to shake with fear, The guard on the left making the mistake of taking his eyes off of Tima for a second as he moved at his full speed and grabbed them both by the throats with his claws threatening to rip their flesh open with an errant flex.
"First rule.. Respect where it is due.. I do not come dressed as anything but what I am and you dare to draw weapons on me?! If I was not a guest brought here by request Id break one of your spines and make you watch as I drained your comrade of all their blood. Now When I let you go, you let me through on the Itazura's authority.. " Arantima doesnt wait for any confirmation, he doesnt even make any threats about what would happen if they do not.. He simply walks away from the pair of them as they start to collect themselves.
Arantima's eyes flashed a bit as his head turned swiftly, he heard a particularly fast heart beat and a small flash of a young girl running off towards somewhere.. But then there was also an entourage of two other behind her and he looked at their pathway.. the bakery. Well This would be as good of a time as any to join up with others on this foray into the land of snow. Even if they did look unsavory, he himself did not look exactly welcoming to anyone that would just glance his direction.
He Saw the Bakery.. Off in the distance about the same distance that he could move with a well placed flicker.. He decided however to walk through the village and keep behind the commotion of the crowds as a good disguise for the time being, he would watch and observe and not just go brashly running around like a school child, he was already conspicuous enough in his black armor and white hair and bladed arms.. This fact did however mean that no one would be fool enough to bump into him, accidentally or not.
He made his way through the crowds gathered, a path opening up for him as he walked, keeping the two men within his 10 meter heartbeat sensing distance as he did. The way people would move around him felt oddly good, not having to deal with jostling and shoving and being shoved felt freeing even in this claustrophobic environment and he grinned under his demons breath mask. His entire being just screamed glee and danger and that only seemed to solidify the bubble that he was being given by the crowd as he walked towards the bakery with malicious intent.
Once he finds the bakery he waits for the others to make their ways inside and then peeks inside of the window without sticking his head inside of it to see what he can see.. That small girl, eating cookies on the floor and the entire bakery seemingly.. empty of all other life other than three Ninja that had been sent here as well as he had been. He held himself back from clicking his tongue and deftly slipped inside the window, coughing gently to alert anyone paying attention to his presence. He held up a bladed hand flatly to halt any advance and to hush any shouting that might have followed.
"I am Also sent from Itazura.. Not Yoi.. So you need not get aggressive.. I am here to help and nothing more. You may call me Oni, Just.. Oni." He looked around at the gathered group and tried to make note of what equipment he could see if any was on display, most of his own was on display proudly, his full body armor, his Twin blades on his thighs, his clawed gloves that bladed up his arms his armored mask.. He was most certainly well equipped for this mission and he wondered how the others had come prepared.
After a Few moments of looking around and seeing that the girl was not dead.. He clicked his tongue and went about gathering boxes, Stacking Twenty such boxes of cookies up and then forming the hand seals Dog, Snake, Ram, Ox at 150 speed he touched the Top of a seperate box of cookies and placed the seal on the top of it and with a small swirling dust devil the twenty boxes that he had stacked up disappeared. He slid the box with the sealed cookies over towards Aihara with a chuckle. "If you ever figure out how to get them out of that.. You will have.. maaaybe a months worth of cookies all to yourself now wont you?"
He Moves around after that and starts to clear out a 5 meter circle of ground in the Room "Bring the rest of the cookies into this circle.. It'll make disposal easy." He knelt at the center of the Circle he had cleared out and formed the seals Ram, Horse, Ox before touching the center of the circle and a Small Red glowing Seal that looked exactly like the seal from an explosive tag appeared under his hand and stayed when he stood up. "Put all of the rest of the boxes in the cleared out area.. And then we can leave the building and get as far away from here a possible.. Anywhere within a hundred meters and then I can Remove these cookies from existence."
