So at full stats, you don't need to specify that you are not claiming any stats. What you can instead do, are either use the max stat discount, which gives you a 25% reduction on learning techniques OR you can claim 2 trained AP every 100 words, but not have the max stat discount apply. For future reference, the MSD does not stack with the training facility one and AP cannot be trained while using any discount.

Sidenote, as the WC for Ninjutsu Amp carried over, you still have 579 words remaining to use for claims.
