Backstory: The Conquerors Thistle requires two things to grow: A high elevation and the raw power of lightning. The seed absorbs the strike and is the catalyst for it to grow.

Effect: The ninja tools' basic strikes and techniques clash as though it was infused with the lightning element. The effect does stack with jutsu amplifiers; if the amplifier's bonus exceeds that of the jutsu, it will overwrite this if the amplifiers come with an elemental affinity.
