What it does: After forming the hand seals, the user's Kamui left eye will activate and spawn a tunnel from the eye to draw in the target(s). This tunnel has a radius of 20 meters (A) and 25 meters (S), is shaped like a perfect sphere, and its pull is entirely harmless to the target(s) and will not clash with other jutsu, the ground, or other environmental constructs. The tunnel starts 1 meter from the user as a rift not smaller than 10 cm, which also acts as its epicenter, manifesting no closer than 5 meters to the target(s), and expands to its corresponding range at jutsu speed. The technique doesn't follow the user around.
When the target(s) are within the range of the Jutsu, the tunnel activates its pull which delivers a stat check to strength. If the strength is less than the technique’s power, they swirl in the epicenter's direction. If their strength matches or exceeds the jutsu’s power, they can resist the pull effect. At maximum, three targets of the user's choice can be under the influence. These targets caught in the tunnel will not be capable of using teleportation techniques unless the power of the teleportation technique is equal to or greater than this jutsu’s power.
Wild Dance: The user can then “activate” the tunnel and engulf it in flames at any point within the duration. These flames cannot spawn any closer than 3 meters from the target(s) and expand to the pre-established dimensions of the tunnel. If the target(s) are locked under the technique's stat check, they risk being engulfed in flames. The only one immune to the damage is the user. Unlike the tunnel, these flames damage Jutsu's power and clash with other jutsu.
Note: If the target is in/on a construct or a summon, it will be considered one during the duration of this tech. Finally, this tech does not count as an MS tech and will not give an additional Blind Counter. This tech is created from MS but doesn’t count as one.

Hello! I like what I've read for this jutsu, however there is one small issue I would like to address. I believe you meant Kamui: Left Eye rather than the right?
The reason why is because the 'pull effect' mentioned is derived from the left, whereas the right has no mention of it. Please change the mentioning of right eye to left eye in it's effect description, as well as the bonus req. for the technique.
Also, due to the change from right eye to the left eye, your cooldown can be posts used +2, rather than x2.

Hey, thank for that appraisal. I made the edits that you requested. Also, I purposefully said The Right eye because that is the eye tech based off of Obito’s actual tech. The tunnel is a pull that draws in to the dimension at a bigger (AoE-like effect) but seeing as both techs send targets to the same place. I saw no issue with your request.

Good job to all of you, but as discussed, the jutsu had to be pulled for a few minor edits.
The tunnel's dimensions to be clarified
The flames can't activate within x meters of a character caught in the tunnel.
A check for stopping people from teleporting
Upkeep was required for both A/S-rank versions
Although we always appreciate an excellent self nerf, the number of targets could be increased from 1 to 3. Finally, you can remove the drawback from the Blindness counter could since this is not an actual MS technique but rather a jutsu developed from them.
Thanks to the creator's collaboration all requested edits mentioned above have been made.
