The days leading up to this point had been relaxing. Days on the beach and drinking sugary drinks through fun straws, but those days had passed and now it was time to get back to his focus. His eyes would land on the distant village of Hoshigakure as he approached, half-lid eyes watching with a keen interest hidden behind a rather stoic mask that was painted with a few features but had very little else to it. Some miles out from the gates, Joski would remove the mask from his face and open a storage displacement portal before slipping the accessory inside- Joski had once been told it was painted in the form of an elite fighting force for one of the villages, so wearing it would likely present him a few problems. With his safety blanket stored away, Joski would shrug a shoulder to adjust the traveler's pack on his back and adjust the cloak around himself to reveal his black, unkempt hair. All in all, Joski wore the long road he had traveled on his being, and as much would be apparent as he approached the gates.

Passing from the shade of the trees into the shadow of the gate, Joski would approach the visitor's station where he would stand by and wait to be approached, giving away that the youth was likely unfamiliar with many travel rituals, though if he remained unapproached, he would make his way to the check-in station by the gate and sign a name of "Jada Suki", and listing his reason for the visit as "personal interests".

With not so much as a passing nod, the guards would allow the boy through with the name and business signed. No one inquired any deeper, and so no answers were given. Truthfully, Joski had been under the impression that there would have been more scrutiny at the gates from the stories he was told, but then again, he wasn't exactly anyone that someone might concern themselves with. Just another faceless stranger among the many that would pass through the gates. Stepping through the gates of the village, Joski would set his sites on the massive building in the distance known as the famous Hoshigakure archives. The true goal of his journey all this way.
