Backstory: This is a type of ancient steel that many claims are more rigid and more robust than the average metal. It remains a scientific mystery to this day, as all records describing the process of making such steel were lost in the great eruption long ago. All that remains are some small pockets of the fabled steel, which, when imbued in modern equipment, increases its damage potential by manyfold.
Effect: Increases inflicted damage with basic strikes by 50 Points. The effect does not stack with jutsu amplifiers, and if the amplifier's bonus exceeds that of the jutsu, it will "overwrite" it.
