The day had been long and Kujaku was still hard at work. He had been hard at work for the village, like usual. Kujaku enjoyed his work and no matter what the task was he worked at what it was as hard as he could.
Today Kujaku was elected as an official representative for the Uchiha Clan in Hoshigakure. His mission was to study the history of his clan and find a way to present it to a select group of elder council representatives. The Uchiha Clan had recently been growing in Hoshigakure and there was a lot to be said of the history, more than Kujaku first suspected when he started the project.
Kujaku began his study by heading to the Kozai Archives, a renown libray in Hoshigaure. Kujaku stepped up the big granite stairway and pulled on the large door. The library was amazing, and big. Kujaku was quite impressed to be there, as he always was. On several occasions Kujaku had studied in the library, checking out books and returning them on time. Kujaku was familiar with the library and had an account. He walked up to the desk and informed the librarian about what he was doing there today. She was welcoming and offered her help. After about an hour of searching she found Kujaku a list of seven books to read about the Uchiha Clan, specifically in Haven Country. There were two books about ninjas of Hoshigakure, and some newspaper clippings of recent events. Kujaku was satisfied with all that he had found with the librarian and wished her well. It was up to him now to find all the literature he had listed, and that would be a tough journey.
The Kozai Yuki Archives were packed with bookshelves filled with all sorts of books, new ones, old ones and every kind in between. It was a truly amazing foothold in Hoshigakure. Kujaku began looking for his first book. After he had found it he decided to just go through the archives and find all that he was looking for. Once he found them all he sat down at a table and began reading.
Starting with the oldest newspapers Kujaku had his Sharingan glowing and quickly scanned the pages. It read about an Uchiha named Genma who delivered news of an attack by Earth Country ages ago. Kujaku read on and learned quite a bit, and he was interested. The next page was written around the same time period and Kujaku quickly scanned the pages. It was about the same man. Kujaku found that to be pretty cool.
After some hours of reading Kujaku began to feel the strain of his Sharingan and gave his eyes a bit to relax. He was hungry anyways and pulled out lunch. He ate some shrimp crackers and potted meat, then with his restored stamina Kujaku proceeded to reread all of the books over again. Eventually he had read them five times and the sun was begining to set. Kujaku lit a lamp and pulled out a pen and paper.
The ninja planned to write a stunning essay on what he had learned, and then present it at the meeting tomorrow. With his Sharingan ablaze Kujaku began writing. His pen slide effortlessly across the ink as he ever so gently glided the ball point around the lined paper. Kujaku was writing one killer essay. Eventually the Uchiha finished his essay and began rereading the draft for any typos. The whole process took him well into the night.
Once Kujaku was finished with his work he signed back in all the pieces of literature he had been reading. Kujaku had learned quite about about the Uchiha's presence during the warring eras. He felt truly enlightened, and his essay was certainly top notch. Kujaku headed home to get some rest before he presented his essay to the officials.

The 25% max stat discount would drop Sharingan: Limitations removal from 2,500 to 1875
Also if you can, could you please copy paste the full mission details besides just the rewards
An Example would be this
Mission Name:Bar room brawl

Mission Location: Tanbogakure
Challenges: - -
Task: There appears to be a commotion at one of the local bars. One of the Zukumiki boys has got in the village and is picking fights. He seems rather low ranked so anyone is free to engage. Capture him and see to it he gets to a holding cell so we can see what we can find out.
