A Messenger in the Morning

At the first light of dawn an envoy from the spire would leave it’s cylindrical corridors and enter into the village. The early morning was quiet, with a few vendors beginning their daily setup of their stores. Passing through the grove and through the village proper the messenger would pass through the gates leading into the SRAC, the home for all things ninja related, giving a nod to the guards where so many of the village’s decorated shinobi sleep.
Arriving at the mission hall, the messenger would quickly and efficiently attach several different mission sheets, coming directly from the Kazekage himself, and leaving quickly to return to the spire.
Ninja who arrived at the mission board would see several new missions available to them.

Task: Lord Fourth has ordered the construction of a plaza inside the grove to commemorate and immortalize those who came before. This project requires a part of the grove to be leveled, large stones to be moved for carving, along with many other small steps. Assist the builders in its construction.

Task: With the transfer of power complete, the small villages surrounding the land of wind must be made aware, and it's your job to inform them. Take the scroll explaining these changes to the leaders of these hamlets and ensure their fealty to the new regime.

Task: Sunagakure is well known to be a safe haven for missing and rogue ninja looking to seek asylum. With the transition, some of these ninja thought they could capitalize, thinking they could get away with causing havoc within the village, leading to the murders of Sunagakure village citizens. This will not be tolerated.

Task:
Mr. Blue, the head of the Sunagakure Center for Surgery, Research, and Development, is close to a breakthrough. The team has been working on an advanced serum to aid in application of transplanted organs, however through trial and error they realized that what they created wasn’t an aid, but instead a poison that can target transplanted organs. While effective, the serum in its current state isn’t stable, but Mr. Blue believes he can make it so.
Travel to the caves within the land of wind. There, a rare type of scorpion is said to lurk, whose venom the SCSRD believes will stabilize the compound. Be careful: the scorpion is known to be quite deadly.
Word Count Requirement: 5,000
Reward: 12,000 Ryo, 40 AP, + 1 A Rank material or the user’s choice, paid for by Sunagakure funds.
Character Requirements: Sunagakure Ninja, one member of the group must have medical ninjutsu as a specialty.

Challenges: Long Distance
Task: The council, at the behest of Lord Forth, seeks to enhance the village’s Fuuinjutsu prowess. In order to do so, members of the Uzumaki clan are needed, and one has been found.
This member of Uzumaki clan has agreed to travel to Sunagakure to become to become a member of the reformed Sunagakure Sealing Crop, however his skills in sealing do not equate to skills in combat, and they require an escort from Tanzaku Town to the village. Assist them.
