Task: There is a large meeting of the clans today to discuss various topics regarding the village. The deliberation has been going on for a bit longer than initially anticipated, and the members' rumbling stomachs are starting to make them “hangry.”
You are tasked with quickly gathering up and returning with enough food to tide them over until the meeting has ended and they can return to their homes. Perhaps you may decide to gather ingredients and cook a large meal for them, or y you know that the Sarutobi clan grows fresh fruit and has no issue sharing with the villagers so you gather some fruits. How you feed people is entirely up to you.
As long as everyone eats and nobody gets sick, this mission will succeed.

Waking up in the morning, the warm rays of the sun casted down from the clouds and into the house of the Chinoike. They'd become magnified from the glass panel of the window in Zidane's room, to the point where the amplified light from them forced the Genome to wake from his slumber. He'd roll out from bed, wiping the coals from his eyes as he made his way to the bathroom. But before exiting his room, he'd note a letter upon the door. It was from Guren, informing the Genome that he had been assigned three missions which he was to complete with a group. The note detailed the basic agenda, rendezvous point, and complexity of the mission. Scanning the paper, Zidane would let out a bit of a frustrated sigh as his eyes fell upon three large E's on the paper. "Three E ranks?" he pouted to himself. He had personally felt that these lower level missions didn't produce any food for thought from him. In the short time he had been alive, the few E rank missions he participated in were things that truthfully a non shinobi could have done. But perhaps the lesson he was learning from them, was selflessness and humility, two key words the Genome learned from the library a few days ago.
Whatever the purpose was, Zidane would shrug off the note and get himself ready for the day. He began in the bathroom, completing his morning ritual of hygiene that his older brother taught to him. Completing that, the Chinoike would dress himself in his typical clothing for the day, and eventually set out to the village's Market. "At least the weather is nice," he thought to himself, reflecting on the calm sun and clear sky. It had been early enough in the day that only few villagers were outside, and so the only sounds he'd be met with were birds chirping and those of his own rustling weapons: the blade on his back, and the pair of daggers upon his waist.
Arriving at the rendezvous point, Zidane would sit himself at a bench right outside the local grocery market. The first mission of the day was helping a senior citizen at the grocery store exactly at 8 o' clock in the morning. Zidane had arrived punctually, at 7:50, waiting for the elderly villager as well as the teammates which were supposed to work with him today.

Quinn had heard of some errands that needed to be completed upon the following morning at the end of the day of the courses at the academy. They said that they were more than welcome to go in attendance but it was based on a first come first serve. Quinn had stood up and announced that they were going and no long else opted. Though most of the academy were kids, missions were interesting but not the ones that sounded of chores. Balancing work life and school life was a challenge at the ripe age of 29 but that did not stop them for doing more.
Waking up that morning, the shop was quiet as the sun hadn’t quite risen beyond the peaks of the floating island they called home. Alway early to rise, Quinn woke up and wrote a note leaving it behind for the others who worked to know where they were going to be that morning and that they would be back before long. Quinn brought along some extra change with them in case they decided that a shopping trip afterwards was in order. With the mental checklist of getting the forges started, ‘gearing’ up for the day with their attire, and leaving the note behind on the front desk for their nephew to arrive to take care of the front chores, Quinn forged onward to their start of what it meant to be a shinobi… sometimes.
Quinn wore their typical attire of a plain white button up and slacks without the apron this time. Arriving at 7:55 AM, Quinn’s gaze was at a map that lead them there. Looking up from the map to the young man sitting, Quinn stared at him and blinked a few times before looking down back at the map. “Here for missions?” The Blacksmith asked Zidane. With their normal attire looking like a normal person, Quinn definitely didn’t exude any special qualities or shinobi traits to them. However they did have their hammer in their holster as normal. Though it appeared they were understanding of what people were gathering to do, it seemed as though Quinn’s thoughts were not fully comprehending the mundane tasks that were issued.

Hanzo woke up from his slumber. He got up from his bed and walked up to his window and opened it. It was a bright sunny day with the sun rays shining upon the young Genin's face. The Uchiha was still feeling a bit tired since he's been training his Chidori during his tenure with Zidane and awakening the Sharingan with the Otokage. Hanzo wanted to continue his training and was thinking about other techniques he could learn, so he took a warm shower to relax his body and changed into his clothes. For the first time, he adorned his Tanto to his back, straight in the middle of his shoulder, wanting to try out some weapon techniques. "Time to head out" he thought to himself and he walked towards his door.
Just as he was about to grasp the doorknob, he saw a letter on the foot of the door. The letter was from the Otokage Mansion. As he read through the letter, he noted that he was assigned to a shinobi team of shinobi to complete 3 E Ranked Missions. The young Uchiha sighed that he didn't get a better mission, nonetheless was happy that the village formally recognized him as a ninja.
The young Uchiha kept the letter within his clothes and closed the door behind him. As he looked up at the bright sun, he took a deep breath and left. He was tasked to meet up at the local grocery market and thus hurried to the location as he didn't want to be late for his first mission, even though it was lower ranks. As he reached the rendezvous point at 7:58am, he was delighted to see Zidane and exclaimed "Hey Z!, glad to see you are part of the team". He could see that Zidane had a much stronger aura since they last trained together. "Got a weapon now" he informed the swordsman while pointing to his Tanto.
He turned to see another person, with an eyepatch over their right eye and a hammer in the holster. It was the first time that Hanzo had seen this person and wasn't sure why a hammer as he stared at the tool. The Uchiha wasn't sure if they were part of the group and uttered "Hey, are you part of the team for the missions ?".

It was still early in the morning, but the young Sarutobi had been up since sunrise. Satoshi would find himself looking over a series of missions, tasks that the shinobi of the village were expected to complete in order to ensure that the village thrived and had a constant revenue stream. There weren't any current assignments for the day that demanded the attention of more experienced shinobi, only a handful of the most basic of missions. Missions of E rank were tasks that held no real threat at all, and realistically could be completed by those of a more civilian background. But even so, these tasks were often given to the village Genin in order to allow them to get accustomed to completing missions and following orders. One could consider it an introduction of sorts.
While he didn't think that his presence was truly needed for these tasks, he imagined that it couldn't hurt to work beside those in the village. Building comradery and good relations with everyone in the village could only prove beneficial. Upon looking over those that were assigned these tasks he would ponder for a moment. Quinn Foster was a known entity. A notable smith that took up shinobi training. The Sarutobi was very happy to see that the invitation to the academy seemed to really ignite a fire within her. Judging by what he had gone over, it wouldn't be long before she was graduating the academy and became a full fledged Genin of Otogakure. The other was an Uchiha by the name of Hanzo. While Satoshi didn't know this particular member of the Uchiha clan, he knew that they tended to produce shinobi that tended to excel in any field they focused on. The Deputy would smile, glad to see that the Uchiha clan placed such faith in Otogakure. The Uchiha clan was noteworthy, and their dojutsu was sought after by many. For them to feel comfortable enough with the safety of the village for their young members to be working beside others meant that their efforts were succeeding. Zidane wasn't a name that he was familiar with, either, though he couldn't say that he knew all of the young upstart shinobi. He did wish to change that, though, as public and clan relations was a large part of his responsibilities.
Satoshi was wearing his usual outfit, consisting of a short sleeve black shirt with an odd “R-R” brand logo on the left of his chest, and underneath that was a long-sleeve white shirt. Tied loosely around his neck was his orange bandana. He would make his way to the rendezvous point located at the markets. It would seem as though he was the last to arrive, though only by a very brief window.
Upon the other three detecting his presence, Satoshi would offer a light bow. "Good morning to you all. Please forgive my intrusion. I am looking to better acquaint myself with the villagers of Otogakure, and so I assigned myself to assist you during these missions." The Sarutobi would offer a smile and nod, "You need not worry. I am not here just to spectate, I will pull my weight as well."
The elderly woman was supposed to arrive in a few minutes, so Satoshi would quickly scan the area to see if she was close by. There were several people that were shopping, only some of which fit the description. Satoshi wouldn't worry too much, though. Haste was something only the young had. As one climbed in age, the pace at which you exist had a tendency to slow down.

With the first of the teammates to arrive, Zidane would sort of squint his eyes to observe them a bit closer. They seemed familiar, perhaps from their scarlet red hair. Though they didn't appear to be very vocal, with only 3 words coming from their mouth that didn't even have an introduction. Standing from the bench, Zidane would stuff his hands into the pockets of his haram pants and deliver a confident nod to Quinn, coupled with a shrug of the shoulders that came some seconds after. "Yeah...yeah I guess they're missions," he said, while slightly throwing shade to the fact that his assignments were E Rank missions today. He understood the importance of completing them, but that didn't mean he was incentivized to do so. "Zidane, by the way," he'd add, assume that the formality was necessary considering they'd be working as a group.
After he introduced himself to Quinn, the sound of footsteps would catch his attention just minutes later. Turning his head to face the source, he'd see a familiar sight in his friend Hanzo running up to greet him. "Z" he referred to him as, which made the Genome feel as if he had a sense of belonging. "What's up Hanzo?" he'd let out in response, removing his right hand from his pocket to offer the Uchiha a wave and a fist bump when he'd approach close enough. The Chinoike took a moment to scan Hanzo over, seeming to appear the same except for a new addition to his arsenal, as he pointed out his new Tanto. "Nice! I got myself some new blades as well," Zidane would enthusiastically let out. His Mage Mashers would be fastened across the rear of his waist, which Hanzo would easily be able to see them resting firmly in their sheath.
As Hanzo observed the blades before speaking with the scarlet haired hammer wielder, Zidane would notice a fourth person approaching the scene. From a distance, he could not tell who this was. Though once he caught sight of the orange bandana, he'd stiffen his posture and promptly remove his hands from his pockets so that they respectfully rested onto his sides. He knew this figure to be none other that Satoshi Sarutobi, Deputy Kage of Otogakure, and a friend of his brother's. Though, he hardly expected such a notable character to know who he was. Ironically Satoshi would be the first to offer a bow to the group of lower classed shinobi, which Zidane would immediately mirror and only rise from after Satoshi had. He'd inform the group that he would be joining the trio in the group of missions, which seemed to put the entire day into perspective for Zidane. Who was he, a genin, to feel overqualified in completing E-Rank missions when none other than the Deputy Kage himself was also participating? From this point on, the young Chinoike would begin to develop his sense of humility.
"It is an honor, sir."
As planned, the clock would strike 8AM right as the elderly woman was arriving. "Thank you all for helping today. My hip is a bit agitated, so if you could run in and take care of this list that would be wonderful. I already did the math, and here's how much ryo it should cost."
The sweet old woman would hand the list and payment over to Quinn, who was closest to her, before maneuvering over to plop herself on the bench to catch her breath. When he saw a glimmer of the list the woman handed over to Quinn, Zidane immediately remembered the exact order that was detailed in the mission list that Guren had left for him. For the clan members in the meeting today, they sought 5x orders of ramen, 5x orders of gyoza, and 3x orders of edamame from the fresh section of this very grocery market. And so, he'd pitch the plan to the group.
"I guess two of us could handle her order, while the other two gather the food for that clan meeting?"

After receiving confirmation from Zidane, Quinn would nod putting the map they had utilized away. As far as official business for the village, Quinn had experience with that through the orders they accepted from Satoshi and Guren, but being a public representation of the village was different. It also was odd for a student of the academy to be out and about but Quinn knew nothing of that degree for the shinobi world at large. This was just a task, a request, a comission, like any other they accepted and took on. Eventually another young teen appeared and start chatting it up with Zidane referring to him as 'Z'. When the excitement of seeing his friend dwindled, his eyes laid upon Quinn and their attire.
"Quinn Foster. Forgemaster. Business Owner. Student of the Academy. Company for the missions." Was their response towards the two. They were almost twice the teens age and the speaking manner reminded them of their nephew. Once they announced their name formally to the two, Satoshi of all people showed up behind them before the arraigned time. Quinn offered a small bow towards the Sarutobi out of respect for their business and for her know knowledge of the position he held. The time at the academy did wonders to understanding individuals who were important within the village. It was then the time struct 8:00 AM and their first contact should be arriving momentarily.
Being handed the list, Quinn was reminded of the own runs they were supposed to do the other day. Forgetful on occasion, busy as a bee however, Quinn nodded as Zidane was the first to speak up. Quinn nodded and offered no alternative as the idea of splitting up for a food/grocery run made the most sense to them. Quinn chipped in, "Most efficient way. Splitting how? Which task with who?" Considering the openness of the two teens, Quinn pointed towards Hanzo and themselves and then Zidane and Satoshi as the pairs. In their mind this was likely the best split and made the most sense to them as Quinn's interactions with Satoshi were simple but more prevalent than that Quinn would assume of the two genin with the young adult. Seeing if that would stick, Quinn would offer to take the old woman's order since the list was in their hand already, leaving it to the rest of the group to go from there.

Hanzo was amazed by Quinn's response. They were a student of the academy but had some good skills. The Uchiha wondered why a young academy student would be put to a mission along with them, maybe it was to guide them. Nonetheless, Hanzo wanted to be a role model to his fellow villager. "I'm Hanzo Uchiha" the Genin voiced politely at Quinn with a smile.
Just as he was introducing his name to Quinn, the team was greeted by the Deputy Kage himself. He has seen pictures of him in the Otokage Mansion but had no prior interaction. At that moment, Hanzo wondered if he would be able to fight against someone stronger than him, like the Deputy Kage himself. While Hanzo was standing in shock that someone who outclassed them joined the mission, Zidane immediately bowed back. Taking that Que, the Uchiha did the same and introduced himself with humility.
As the clock hit 8am, the elderly lady arrived with a list and provided Ryo to cover the cost to the young academy student. Zidane turned to the group with an idea to split up and Quinn reinforced with the team ups. "Let's get going," Hanzo said while walking off with Quinn. "What item shall we start with ?" the young Uchiha asked Quinn.

Satoshi would rise, but couldn't help but have a mental laugh at the awkward formality shown by Zidane, though he would refrain from any outward display. The young man was stiff as a board once he recognized Satoshi. The Sarutobi hadn't been completely used to his newfound position just yet, so it was a bit strange to see he brought about a reaction like that. He was still figuring out how to navigate it himself, spending most of his time as of late simply working with numbers and handling paperwork for the village. "I am pleased to meet and work with you all as well." He would offer in reply, his tone warm and easygoing. He would hope that this approach would help ease the others, particularly Zidane. This was mostly a way for Satoshi to get to know them better, and it was hard to get an honest read on them if they were "walking on eggshells".
"Of course miss. We will have your order taken care of and to your home in no time at all." Satoshi would offer to the elderly woman, ensuring that she knew that her request was in good hands.
"I have no issue dividing up the workload. That would allow for more tasks to be completed in the same time." He would offer in reply to the suggestion. Quinn seemed to want to split up with Zidane and Satoshi taking the task of gathering the order for the meeting between the clans, while the gathering of the items on the elderly lady's list would fall to their responsibility. Satoshi would nod, "That sounds like a plan." He would then turn to Zidane and offer a reassuring nod, "Is that good with you?"
Assuming the young man had no issue with it, they would split up into pairs upon entry into the market. With the group having now split, each with their tasks, Satoshi would start to gather the items that he knew were needed with his companion. "So, Zidane... are you by chance related to Guren?" It was a simple question, but perhaps it was a bit out of left field, "Forgive me if I am mistaken, you just look to have the same eyes." He would offer to the young man while grabbing a large container of gyoza.

Upon hearing the introduction from the red head, Zidane couldn't help but furrow his brow a bit. They seemed to have a variety of titles which they bluntly boasted, though the one which intrigued the Chinoike the most was the "Forgemaster" one. It wasn't everyday that one would meet someone capable of crafting and refining weapons and armor alike, that also happened to be a shinobi. And so he'd mentally store that information, potentially in hopes of eventually volunteering his services within the forge so that he too could learn the trade. However for now, he'd softly smile and nod towards the blacksmith. "Nice to meet you, Quinn," he'd say in a simple yet friendly manner. Hanzo had been next to introduce himself, keeping things short and sweet while also providing his surname. From their previous encounter, the Genome knew that the Uchiha Clan was an integral part of Hanzo's identity, so Zidane expected nothing less. Perhaps his lack of attachment to the Chinoike Clan was the reason that he had not done the same.
Satoshi's arrival was prompt and punctual, revealing his excitement to work with the trio of underclassmen. And as mentioned, the elderly woman would arrive on time and continue to assign the team the mission. Fortunately, everyone seemed keen on Zidane's idea to split up into groups to separately tackle each mission. Smiling in approval to himself, the next question at hand was how the groups would be divided. In mere moments the decision had been made, and when Satoshi checked if Zidane was okay with it, the genin would nod confidently in response letting out a solid, "Yes sir."
The pair proceeded to enter the food market, immediately making their way over to the freshly prepared section. With neither figure leading the way, they'd walk side by side before Zidane would arrive to the counter. "Hello, I will need 5 orders of tonketsu ramen, 5 orders of gyoza, and 3x orders of edamame." He'd simultaneously offer the payment, which the clerk would receive then retreat momentarily to prepare the food. While this happened, Satoshi prepared a rather startling question to the Genome, who in term would be visibly taken back in facial expression before returning to his cool demeanor. Remembering Guren's instructions for how to reveal this information to others, he'd instinctively go on to describe their relationship. "Yes, he's my older brother. And you think so? His seem much more prominent than my own..."
With that said, the clerk would interject to inform the pair that the food was ready. And so Zidane would maneuver over to the pick up spot and grab ahold of the items he could, leaving only the order of gyoza for Satoshi to secure. "I don't exactly know where the meeting place is. Do you think you could lead the way?" pausing momentarily, his brain clicked as he came to a second realization. "You're Sarutobi Satoshi, correct? Aren't you supposed to be attending the meeting as well?"

With Hanzo in tow, Quinn quickly glanced over the elder's shopping list and started figuring out the best course of action as the quad split into duos. Shopping was always a chore for Quinn so figuring out the best way was a quick and easy determination. "Hanzo. Get the dry goods." Quinn pointed out the few items that were requested by the woman that was located towards one half of the food market. "I'll get other half." With the thought and directions in mind taken care of next was just figuring the costs and splitting the ryo to make sure both could make the purchases required. "Meet back here. Sort to confirm goods. Confirm purchase with client. Deliver. Regroup at tower." Quinn then would add before handing half the coins to Hanzo to make the purchases that Quinn pointed out to the young Uchiha.
On their own half of the task, Quinn's pace was fast and purchases were quick. Thankfully the list was not very large for the two to handle which lead to the bonus of the team being able to split up. Once purchasing had finished for Quinn's half they would wait patiently if Hanzo was delayed or otherwise meet up properly if he had beaten them back to their meeting post. Once the two were back, Quinn would go over the goods to make sure no mistakes in purchasing were made before adjusting the bags to make sure heavy goods were at the bottom to give support and structure to the bags. "Confirm with client." Would be the next words as Quinn let the young Uchiha take the lead with the elderly woman from this moment. Quinn's speaking skills were definitely lacking as compared to others but thankfully the directness was easy to understand at least at a minimum.
There was a bit of an odd anti-social matter Quinn presented as unless directed or needing to, Quinn remained relatively quiet. It presumably could be seen as a byproduct of their upbringing in the forge but their speech-mannerisms likely also indicated that talking was not a strong suit of the Blacksmith. If prodded for questions, they would respond in kind and possibly continue the dialogue but it was never a certain thing with Quinn. Though it appeared many around them were happy and content with their friendship with Quinn, the elderly woman would likely find such a trait to be a nuisance and lecture them the entire walk. Thus was Quinn's determination to let Hanzo take the lead since at minimum, he presented better to elders than Quinn would have. Quinn knew this from a young age even with their parents, and as such took pains to avoid getting into situations that present that manner.
The next task for the group was to meet back up at the tower once they were done with the delivery to the clan meeting alongside the delivery of the elder woman's goods to her home. From there they would need to report in with the office aids and see what they needed help with specifically. Supposedly there were papers that needed sorting from the Academy though Quinn was positive their task would be likely different in nature due to their academy student status but that would likely be determined once they reached that point. With Quinn letting Hanzo take the lead with the rest of the delivery, Quinn's hope was that he would entertain the older woman as they walked the groceries to their abode. Quinn assumed the delivery of said goods wouldn't take too long but who knows where the old woman actually lived within the village. Presumably, their best luck would be near the administrative tower but Quinn and Hanzo would see once they got there.
