A Viper on the Inside!

Yukio sprinted along the rooftops of the Village Hidden in the Leaves, the scroll tucked into his scroll pouch felt like it weighed a ton. It was constantly at the forefront of Yukio’s mind, even as he leapt from roof top to roof top. He was headed deeper into the heart of Konohagakure, towards the Uchiha clan compound. His goal was to locate one Tenshi Uchiha, a friend and comrade. Tenshi was a skilled Fuinjutsu user and was just what he needed to assist him. As Yukio flew through the sky at a rapid pace, he thought back to his interaction at the Hokage Administration Building.  He was attempting to turn in some mission work and look at newly available missions when a priority alert came through. The receptionist explained that high priority intel showed a contingent of Viper’s Fang extremists had infiltrated the village and were trying to deploy a Fuinjutsu seal what would disrupt the village barrier and allow others to sneak inside. Yukio quickly volunteered, himself having experience against the Viper’s Fang and being close with a Fuinjutsu expert. This was what lead to Yukio heading toward the Uchiha compound as fast as he could go.

He arrived at the gate and quickly asked the Uchiha standing guard where Tenshi lived. At first, the guard was hesitant to give out that information, especially to a Senju like himself. However, after presenting the mission scroll and explaining the situation, the Uchiha guard listened to him, at least Once satisfied he was telling the truth, the guard shinobi ushed Yukio into the compound and pointed the way to Tenshi’s home. Arriving in front of Tenshi’s door, he knocked quickly and somewhat loudly, eager to tell his friend about this mission.
