Salamander's Sack

Skill Name:Salamander’s Sack
Appearance:Purple Cloud
Backstory:The Hanzaki’s secret surgical techniques allowed them to transplant a Black Salamander’s poison sack into a child. This was all in an attempt to create a Shinobi immune to poisons and toxins, which ultimately succeeded. In addition to that, the child could now produce the very same venom as the Black Salamander. Of which was known to cause excruciating pain before entirely paralyzing a victim. If not treated within two days, it would lead to death.
Luckily, these clansmen have a proud history of honor, and always carry an antidote. It is not uncommon for a Hanzaki to spare an enemy's life.
Effect:Adds a lethal paralytic to all breath based techniques. Although painful, it does not damage HP in the lower echelons, unless it remains untreated after battle.
-60 Speed / -10 Health for S-Rank
-45 Speed for A-Rank
-30 Speed for B-Rank
-15 Speed for C-Rank
-5 Speed for D-Rank and below.
Due to this, the Hanzaki must wear a rebreather unless they plan to poison everyone around them. Their natural breath causes pain, then numbness (-5 Speed) if inhaled by an enemy or bystander.
If the sack is punctured, the Hanzaki clansmen will be rendered immobile. However, the gas will seep from the sack and cover the Hanzaki’s immediate area, not to exceed a 5 meter diameter.
