~Speed~ (NO KILL)
Sun Apr 08, 2012 1:42 am
(FLASHBACK)
Kenal stretched at the village gates..~If im going to beat that alternate..Ill need preperations!~ He began to run. At a normal pace he went. He ran and ran all the way. Panting as he ran. He could NOT stand these conditions for too long..Unless he had a reason to go all the way. Kenal had to admit he was covering ground alot faster than he had whilst running around the village the first time. By the 5 minute mark he had already made it past 1/4 of the village. He continued on. When he saw the same branch he tripped over the first time. He leaped over. Landing with a roll and fist plant to the ground. Kenal jumped onto the side a tree. And leaped. he continued to jump wall to wall till he reached the top of the tree. He scanned the area. When no such things were found. He leaped from the tree. Forcing chakra to his feet and landing like a feather. He continued to run as fast as he could. He continued. Running on as fast as he could. With no doubt that it was going to be a snap. After he met 1/2 the way across. He looked at the kage statue and saluted. Kenal fell down panting. Kenal forced chakra into his feet and ran up a tree. kenal began to hang upsidedown from a thick branch. Like a bat. And after a few seconds. Kenals chakra failed him. He fell. Though kenal quickly thought and slammed memento into the tree. Halting himself. Kenal landed softly and began to sit. He was charging up chakra. When kenal felt OK about his chakra. He ran up yet again. And hung from another branch. Hmm..Weird..He thought. Training chakra was difficult. it was harder..More insane then satisfying...But it was needed to use ninjutsu. Which kenal felt was essential to use. What was this..It was repetitive. Just pulse chakra to the feet and hang. Kenal fell down and pulsed chakra. Landing softly. He walked over to a small pond leaping in. With that. Kenal swam up. Kenal placed his hand on the waters surface. Pulsed chakra and pulled himself atop it...Kenal found this more satisfying..Even though he was getting wet..It was fun! Kenal did repetitive work. Of course..What else was kenal going to do for training..

The sun smiled down on the village as intense training went on in Konohagakure. Nashua had become lazy and inactive, and now it was time for him to get off his ass and train for power. He was probably weakening as he went on peacefully. Nashua couldn't stand thinking of that. The wind blew through the purple streaks of his hair as he ran, dashing across rooftops. There was a continuous stream of clack clack clack clack clack clack clack clack whoosh, tap. It was the rhythm of his feet on the wood of the roofs. It also seemed to be the rhythm of his heart. Nashua continued to dash at full speed, blowing by in laps around the higher areas of Konohagakure. Eventually, he came to a halt as he almost forgot to jump to the next roof over and was now on the edge, an about fifteen foot drop in front of him. He didn't want any troublesome things like that. Nashua turned the other way and continued along his run. Feeling that he was slowing down, Nashua worked his legs to their max, increasing in speed until he was just a blur. A purple blur blowing through Konoha. Warmth slid down from the sky unto Nashua's cool body as he ran, the breeze increasing as his speed changed. Children's laughs and chatter below were drowned out by the air blowing through his ears. In this village he was dashing through, the village he wanted to protect and serve with his life.
He would protect this village well. He decided to set something up. Something that would allow him to protect the village no matter where he was. One of his ultimate techniques, the Flying Thunder God Technique. This ability that allows the user to instantly teleport to the location of a mark the user places. Truly an amazing technique to be reckoned with. And so, Nashua started his trail. He would jump from roof top to roof top, touch down with his hand, place a mark, then continue on. It was tiresome with the sun's warmth and the size of the village. But Nashua was determined to mark every roof top in Konoha. And so he picked up the pace, going along and memorizing areas already marked and placing his mark everywhere. The mark of the Crimson Blur. Nashua continued for around ten minutes until he had covered the entire village with marks. The roofs at least. He stopped on the roof of a shop near the village gates. Nashua jumped down from the gate and dashed off into the forest to continue training, and he would soon jump up onto tree tops, jumping across trees. Eventually, he heard a splash somewhere below him. Nashua figured it would be someone fishing or something like that, but when Nashua descended from the tree he was greeted by something completely different. He was greeted by the site of his nephew climbing out of a pond. Nashua looked at him and spoke a simple greeting. "Hello, Kenal"

Kenal arose from the water. Spitting it out. "Oh...hey uncle.." He spoke. Crawling onto the shore of the pond. And laying down. "I was practicing my chakra..And running around the village.." Kenal panted. Laying his hands over his chest. soon after kenal stood up. His stamina reassured. Kenal kicked around some grass . "Do you still have that sake bottle my dad gave to you..For christmas.." Kenal wondered..He had no care for the item. But he wanted to knew if nashua just gave it up..Or kept it... Kenal began to run around in circles. He was going to try and run till he couldnt run but keep going. Focusing on his body being able to last longer within combat. Or such. When kenal met his limit he fell again. Kenal opened a backpack and pulled out raw ramen. He lifted the square of noodles up and bit off a corner. "...This is good without water...And without noodles being soft.. Kenal panted even more. Then raised a water jar. And drunk from it. Still lying down for a lack of energy..this better not happen whenever he is in battle.. Or it will be the end.

Nashua watched as the boy seemed to regain his strength and stamina. Both were important in battle, so it was good he was working hard and training. If the Uchiha ninja nowadays were weaklings then what would happen to the reputation of the great and infamous Uchiha clan? Wouldn't want people to start thinking the Uchiha were weaklings who can't even control their power. That would disturb one of the tactics in battle. If the enemy feared you then you would be able to manipulate them or intimidate them easier. Nashua's nephew then asked him if he would like to spar. A fight against an Uchiha would be good. Besides, Nashua was interested to see whether or not his brother's son was strong at all or just another useless whelp who couldn't stand a fight. He probably wasn't a whole lot strong, but Nashua didn't expect him to. He was still very young, even for a Genin. To Nashua it was a wonder why so many young little kids were being admitted as Genin or higher ranks. Then again, society and humanity is made up of idiots with flaws. Nashua smiled lightly. "I accept," he replied, reaching his hand out to help him up, and activating something inside himself.

Kenal jumped back and look at nashua. "ill get you..i swear!" With a intent of winning in his voice. "Let us begin shall we! Sharingan!" kenal would say. Activating his 1st tomoe Kenal ran forward. With his hand going to nashuas shoulder. Kenal, If went right. Would go to leap over his shoulder with a front flip. And slam his leg on nashua's back

Nashua watched as his nephew activated Sharingan tomoe one and dashed towards him. Nashua stood still as Kenal ran at him, putting a hand towards his shoulder. However, Nashua had also activated Sharingan in the split second Kenal moved his hand forward. He had a more powerful perception with the Sharingan than his nephew did, his Sharingan being more advanced. After all, what kind of weakling who can't master the Sharingan deserves the position of a leader? As soon as Kenal had moved his hand to the point it was two inches from Nashua's shoulder, he acted. Nashua could predict Kenal's moves with clarity using the perception of the Sharingan. And so he slid forward three inches and put his hands on the arm Kenal was reaching with. Rapidly, Nashua used his strength to flip Kenal over his back and would slam him on the forest floor. Nashua then turned to look down at Kenal. This was likely going to be fun, fighting another Sharingan user.

Kenal was grabbed but it had worked. He had (Even though forcibly) Went to Nashuas back. With that. A large poof came. Kenal had used substitution. And what had been left was confetti. Kenal hung from a tree. And leaped off. Hoping to slam his leg ontop of the head of nashua...Kenal then spotted nashua's sharingan..It was more advanced..But kenal knew he could win!

There was a poof of confetti behind Nashua as Kenal made impact with the ground. It was a substitution! But this had been predicted by Nashua. One of the abilities of his level of Sharingan was to see chakra flow and even be able to copy ninjutsu and taijutsu. This meant that Nashua could see the chakra build up in Kenal as he prepared for a jutsu. And since Nashua had fought before and seen a substitution through Sharingan, he had recognized the jutsu's form of chakra building and any handseals made. Now it was time to counter. There wasn't a likely possibility that Kenal would be able to make two substitutions in quick succession. And so Nashua activated Flying Thunder God technique and inched forward, instantly teleporting to where Nashua was parallel with Kenal's body and gripping his hand. Midair, Nashua then gripped Kenal's hand very tight and swung Kenal around by his arm, letting go after a second and launching his nephew towards the ground rapidly.

Kenal rolled back. The blow had been devastating. and even worse. When he rolled he had his face smack against a tree. ~Ugh....what the heck...How is nashua so...~ With that. Kenals mind went blank. And kenal passed out. That had been kenals 'Training' For the day. Laying there on the grass under the canopy...Well...That was it for today!

Nashua landed elegantly on the forest floor as there was the sharp thwack of Kenal making full contact with the tree. Nashua flinched at the sound. It sounded like it must've really hurt. He expected sometime he would have to learn to control his strength when fighting the more fragile or in more dangerous places. Nashua walked over to his nephew to assess the damage. It wasn't too bad in physical damage, but Kenal had passed out. Nashua let out a sigh. How disappointing it was. He had honestly thought his nephew would be able to continue and be a good fight. Even though a Genin like Kenal against a Jounin like Nashua was not very fair to compare. Not that Kenal wasn't growing though, that move with the substitution was impressive. Still, Nashua was disappointed that day, and headed back to the village.
