A Tragedy, and Rebirth (Private)

Dark clouds loomed over the large tree in Konoha. A man, Kisukara Isuha, sat beside the desk where the Hokage Nashua would usually sit. In Nashua's absence from the village, Kisukara was given instructions to choose a new Hokage to take his place temporarily, and permanently in the case of if Nashua died. However, the choice was not completely up to him. Nashua had given a specific name before he left on who to appoint Hokage. The boy's name was strange, and also a bit hard to pronounce. The name of the new Hokage was Xzelaxer. It was quite hard to read too at first glance. Kisukara had sent a bird to bring a letter to Xzelaxer, informing him that he was to come see him at the building on top of the large tree where Hokage Mansion had once stood. And Kisukara waited, sipping tea from a green clay cup and patiently waiting.

The headbead is tied and the suit is well-prepared. Xzelaxer wipe off every single dust on his clothe. He rest his back on the gentle soft bed of his and rest his hand on the back of his head, the incident that day....he can't seem to forget it. It's really devstating, and it shock him very much. It's his bigges battle he ever step into, and what important is the death of Nashua. It surprise him that he was paralzed that moment and he can't seem to do anything anymore. His eyes were wide open and his leg shook.

As he rest on his bed, he heard some kind of sound at his window. He glance at it to see a bird with letter. He never heard or seen it before but he hastily reach for the window and pull it open. The bird fetch him the letter and start to flew away. He open the letter and found himself running.

"Hokage Mansion?" the word keep echo in his head as he run and trying to catch his breath. It seem like it has something to do with Nashua's dead. Maybe they would ask him some question about it and he's well-prepare. Many word has pop up in his mind but he can't decide to choose which one. It's funny how he wnd up running mostly, but it's no time for laugh. It's serious business.

Xzelaxer stood firm seeing the large tree. He hestitate and continue running into the Hokage Mansion. He crack open the door trying to be gentle as he could but the tiredness change the way he open the door. He stop as he enter the room coughing. He stand to catch his breath, sweat flowing to his chin soaking his clothe. He look at the man who sat on the chair. Again he hestitate and finally speak gently. "Genin Xzelaxer" he said introducing himself. "I've come by your word" he added.

"Ahh yes, Xzelaxer, is it? I have summoned you, thank you for coming," Kisukara said lightly in his misty wisp of a voice. Kisukara was a slender man, in his late 30's and with silvery hair running down his back. The Genin stepped inside and Kisukara took another sip of tea. "I suppose I should tell you why you are here. But first, you can call me Mr. Isuha or something similar to that," he continued, gazing at the boy with blue eyes that were as if they were frosted over. It would be difficult for anyone to determine what he was thinking, but that was the case even for himself sometimes. The silver haired man tapped his fingers on the desk to his right, thinking about how to explain to the young boy. "Well, to put it bluntly," Kisukara said, standing up and kneeling in praise before the Genin. "It is an honor to be ubder your service, Hokage-sama," he said deeply, removing a Hokage hat from behind him and placing it on Xzelaxer's head. "That is all, you can start to work tomorrow and an assistant will get you briefed on the status of things and work Nashua had done so far," he said, standing and heading towards the door. Kisukara was not too thrilled about the choice, and wondered why ninja these days were so young when they advanced in rank. Especially the Kage. He would have preferred if Nashua would have just stayed, but guessed he would just have to put up with it, seeing as they were orders directly from Nashua.

Xzelaxer observe the man with the tip of his eyes. He has the habit of observing other, and he always found himself observing other many time. He realized that his hand are cold and he can't seem to put his cheerful and goofing face. The situation is too intense for him to make fun of it. He heard the man name, and he curious to know more. Why the hell he got summon in the first place? The question still remain unanswered.

Xzelaxer gasp as he notice that the man began to kneel down. He hastily and carelessly try to jump to raise him up but the word that come out from his mouth later froze him that second. His eyes are wide open and he seem to keep his mouth shut. "But..but...but sir!" said Xzelaxer panicking. He never even imagine of it and it seem like a dream to him. Somehow it seem nonsense. He feel the contract between his hair and the hokage hat. He still stood looking forward paralyzed as if the world froze. He doesn't notice that Isuha, walk pass him and he doesn't notice that his sweat rush like water. He snapped himself as he react quickly to the guy. "Wait!" Xzelaxer shouted but the figure already fade away. It's his longest day of his life, the day to remember.
