Clearly this is the best way lol. I fully agree with the idea and as soon as we get the site fixed we should have one of the Staff (Not me since I'm in contention for it.) set the, what I would call, 'mini-event' up. Although even with that idea I do think that the members of this site should have some say. This shouldn't be a Staff Dictatorship on every single decision, especially something like choosing a Kage.
