Rasengan
Training

Noroi was a powerful Genin now , and he has taken the first step of becoming a
chuunin and passed the Written Exam , the first challenge of the chuunin exams.
He was aware of his capabilities. He was just walking down the streets of Konoha
and then he saw an old friend , Sao. Noroi hasn't seen him for a long time , he
hasn't Sao since he last help Noroi with his training. But that was months ago.
It was really strange for Noroi not to see him again since. He was usually
outside his home , in the streets of Konoha. They talked for a little time and
Noroi told about what happened since the last time they saw each other. "I
can use an A-Rank jutsu now." said Noroi. "Cool." answered Sao
"Why don't you show me one ?" ... Noroi got quiet "Well , you
see , I am capable of using one but I never really had time to learn
one.". "That's dumb." Sao smiled "Promise me you will learn
one until the end f this week.". Noroi nodded. And after talking for a
couple more minutes , Sao entered his house , which they were standing in front
of , and repeated "Until the end of this week.". Noroi smiled as he
started walking the way he did minutes before , but the thing is , Noroi didn't
know where he was headed , nor why. He realized he was just walking around the
town. "A ninja shouldn't be sparing time like this." thought Noroi
"I have limited time before the next part of the chuunin exam. I should
better take Sao's advice and immediately start learning a new jutsu." He
headed to the academy to talk to a few shinobi's about which jutsu he should
learn. So , he started talking to some ninjas but most of them said stuff
similar to "You should choose a jutsu of your element.". The answers
didn't satisfy him. He needed a name of a powerful jutsu to learn. He headed to
a library and found a book named "List Of A-Ranked Jutsus". He
grabbed the book and started searching. Then he saw the name
"Rasengan". He was sure he heard the name before. Next to the name ,
there were the numbers numbers defining where the book about Rasengan was. He
started searching for it and after some couple of minutes he found it. He
grabbed it , sat on a chair and started reading it. He soon found out that the
jutsu was created by Minat Namikaze , The 4th Hokage and the Yellow Flash of
the Leaf , but more importantly , the man Noroi admired the most. After reading
this , Noroi was sure this was the jutsu he was going to train. There were some
guidelines. Appearently , the Rasengan had to be learned in three
"easy" steps :

First , the
"Rotation" , the water balloon
Secondly , the rubber ball
And lastly , a dead tree
It sounded
easy if Noroi understood what it meant but he didn't. He was ready to start the
training , he took some notes and went back to the training ground , but he
still wasn't sure what to do with the water balloons he bought. Yes , he bought
about ten water balloons and ten rubber balls. He was sure he needed them but
wasn't sure how to use them. He sat there and thought for a while but then it
hit him.

The rasengan was chakra turning aroundd itself on the user's hand. So , he was
meant to grab a water balloon , and rotate the water inside the balloon without
blowing it up. He first thought it would be really easy. So , he grabbed a
balloon and started rotating it slowly but as soon as he started , the balloon
exploded. He got angry “How couldn’t I do such an easy thing ?”. Then he tried
it again…And again…And again… All the 10 balloons were exploded now. He went to
the store and bought 20 more… He tried it again…Very carefully… He rotated the
water for over a minute. “That was a little step.” thought Noroi “I guess I’ll
learn this jutsu in no-time.” The balloon he was holding at the moment exploded
as he thought that. He tried and tried and when he grabbed the 15th balloon ,
he knew he had to finish it now. He couldn’t waste any more time , because he
didn’t have a lot of tim before the second part of the Chuunin Exams. He
started rotating the balloon sowlier than he did before. It didn’t explode.
Then he started rotating the water inside the balloon faster and faster. In the
end , He was rotating it much faster
then he did before and the balloon didn’t explode. He rotated it faster and
faster and finally he was rotating it as fast as possible. So , after rotating
it for half an hour at full speed , he thought it was time he did the second
training. He sat there and thought what to do with a rubber ball. It wasn’t
filled with wather , so he couldn’t rotate something inside it without rotating
its outside. But what was he going to do ? He was still sitting under the
shadows of the tree he sat under all the time. That three comforted him , with
Noroi not knowing why. He was still thinking “Do I start adding chakra now ? Of
course I must add my chakra. I guess it will be over in the third step , so I
shouuld start really doing the jutsu.”. Then it hit him “Oh ! I am so dumb ! I
am going to rotate the inner parts of the rubber ball using my chakra. That’s
how I train Rasengan. Rasengan works the same way. Chakra rotating over the
user’s hand. That’s it.”. He grabbed a rubber ball and tried it. He held it
with his right hand in front of his head. He started molding chakra over his
hand. He could sense his chakra flowing over his hand now. Then he started
trying to rotate it. It was hard at first but then it rotated faster and
faster. But the rubber ball was looking like it was going to explode and then
it did. “What has just happened ?” thought Noroi and then he realized that he
to rotate the chakra in a perfect ball-like shape in order to rotate it without
exploding the rubber ball. “This is a very clever way of training the Rasengan.”
thought Noroi , “Rasengan has to have a perfect ball shape in order to be this
powerful. O.K. , I’m ready , let’s do this.”. He grabbed anothr rubber ball and
sstarted rotating his chakra. It was easier now , but then he tried rotating it
in a shape of a ball. It got a lot harder but Noroi managed to do it , although
now the chakra was rotating a little slower. “No ,” thought Noroi “it has to be
in a shape of a ball but it also has to be rotating very fast.”. He tried
concentrating on making it in a perfect shape of a ball but also rotated it
very fastly. The ball exploded and Noroi fell down to the ground. “It is
impossible to concentrate on shaping it and rotating it at the same time. It’s
like trying to look two ways at the same time.” He tried it many times and
failed. And after lots of trials he finally managed to do it. He realized he
could look two ways at the same time… Using a shadow clone. He used a shadow
clone and as the clone concentrated on rotating it , and Noroi himself
concentrated on the shape. Now it was time for the last part of the training.
He was going to use the jutsu for the first time on a dead tree. He created a
shadow clone , carefully concentrated on the chakra and the shape , and then he
saw the completed rasengan in his hand. He was amazed and happy. He hit the
dead tree and broke it into thousands of pieces. He has finally learned the
rasengan.
