Navi's E-Rank Mission: Toys For Orphans
Mon Jul 16, 2012 2:19 pm
It was his first mission and Navi decided it was time to undertake his first responsibility on the village. The task was to create a donate toys for orphans. This mission was a particular importance to him. Navi himself had spent a long time at the orphanage when his parents were killed. It was a sad place to stay before a Uchiha family took him in. It was fitting that Navi's first mission be to help make it a better place.
Navi traveled to the lumber mill first to get materials. When he told the workers there his mission they quickly donated a small stockpile of wood. With a couple kunai donated from the Academy, Navi got to work carving the toys. He slowly carved away at each chunk of wood. First he created a small pile of wooden shuriken. Something a budding academy student would love to play with. Next with some of the leftover wood he carved out some little figurines for anyone else that needed a toy. Navi put all of his newly created toys in a sack and headed for the orphanage. He walked the streets with with the sack thrown over his shoulder. He walked to the orphanage, carefully making sure not to drop or lose any of the toys he created. First he dropped off the borrowed kunai and thanked the workers at the lumber mill for their generous donation. When Navi reached the orphanage he was ready to complete his first mission. He went to a desk at the front of the building and set the bag of toys down. He had delievered the package and completed his mission. He wanted to leave as soon as possible, he didn't want to unearth any memories of being here. He was happy to help, and happier to have completed his first mission. Navi completed the assignment and went back to the training field, where he would continue his day with rigorous practice of his skills.
