Getting help with training [Demetri and Sanji no]

Demetri let his gaurd down and drank the water which Sanji offered him. "Shadow box with the gloves huh?" he asked then as he took the gloves he understood there purpose strength training he put the gloves on and he felt his arms already start to sag down from the weight. Demetri started to punch the air pulling combos off but could only hold the pretend fight for a few minutes before the weight made his arms started to hurt. Demetri decided to push thourgh for a few minutes more before he had to stop from his arms going numb.

Sanji observed quietly as Demetri did as he instructed, able to tell when Demetri is forcing himself immediately." It's fine to push yourself but there's a limit to that. Don't go too far, sometimes there's no going back." he muses aloud. Sanji stroked his chin as he thought about what else Demetri might be able to do, but figured it'd just tire him out and not do much more than that." Alright, hold onto those gloves if you want and train with them. Weighting your hands is the perfect way to produce quick strikes. And it'll build your strength. In fact I recommend that every time you work on your taijutsu you wear them, then after a few training sessions try going at it without the gloves. You'll see a real difference. As for me, I need to be going. If you need me to help you with training, don't hesitate to ask." he says. After putting the canteen back in his bag, he stood up and left the training ground. Demetri smiled as he was talking to his friend "Thank you Sanji i will train with the gloves every chance i get." he said taking the gloves off and putting them in his bag drinking the rest of his tea he turned around and waved as Sanji left. Demetri layed down for a few minutes and closed his eyes musing over what he had learned that day. Demertri thought of the tatcis he had learned and of the training gloves he was given and opend his eyes as he sat up and gathered his things heading home to get ready to take the Gennin exams later.
