It has not been long since Viper took the underwater village with his own two hands, there was no resistance what so ever but that did not stop him from completely obliterating the village leaders office, something that proves to be a slight issue due to his plans.
A single Kage Bunshin created specifically for this purpose appears before the rubble in a flash of crimson, the rebuilding process begins now albeit slowly, once done the clone makes its way inside tasked to watch over the underwater village and secure the lands so it does not fall in enemy hands.
