Attuu's Genin Exams

Attuu walked, down the streets, rather happy. There was a semi smile on his face, today would be the day he finally earned the shinobi rank known as genin in the village of Kirigakure. Today would be the day he gained the Kirigakure head band. He heard the thunder raging in the skies, taking it as foreshadowing from god, perhaps today wasn't the day, however, that hadn't bummed his mood, he was determined and ready to pass the exams. Walking down the streets of the hidden mist, while the mist seemed to have been casting a larger cloak over the village each second, trying to hide the rain clouds which were preparing to let out a waterfall of rain from above. He hurried as the thunder would rage, louder and louder. The sounds it had made had been similar to the sound of quite a few paper bombs going off.


He walked, soon approaching the genin exams, he sighed in slight relief, he had been about thirty minutes early today, rather than being late as usual he asked his parents to wake him up a few hours early. His plan successful, he was on time, and here before most arrived. Luckily the doors were unlocked, and the senseis there. They told him to go into the class room and take a seat. He had been training rather hard for the exams, and had prepared well. Based on last years exams he had failed, he would simply need to use the three basic jutsu his sensei had taught him not so long ago. He sighed, laying his head down, he began to sleep.

The exam proctor Ushugi Narawaki walked quietly through the streets of Kiri today. He knew he was running late, but he didn't care. He enjoyed seeing the peace and tranquility of Kirigakure in the morning. He had read the file of the next kid he was testing, Attuu Uzumaki. Uzumaki...... He had learned a lot about that name, esspecially about how rare they had become. This was going to be interesting....... Entering the academy, Ushugi walked to the classroom where Attuu waited, clapping his hands as he entered to wake him up.

"Alright, let's get this over with. Please show me that you know how to preform the three basic academy ninjutsu."

Attuu, awoke at the sound of the genin exam proctor clapping his hands together. With a yawn, he listened, as the proctor told Attuu to perform the techniques. Attuu had been correct, he had trained in the correct techniques after all. The clone technique was what he decided on, as he jumped desk from desk to get to the front of the room. He noticed, the rain fell from the sky rapidly, the thunder raged in the sky as if it were waging war against the earth, once lightning struck an area near, he assumed this was god leaving Attuu a bit of a hint for the future. His mood slightly worsened, as he sighed. He jumped down from the last desk he jumped over, he had just successfully jumped, slowly, but still, over the small gaps between the desks. He would sigh, deciding on what to begin with, which technique to first use.


He decided on the clone technique, one of the most basic of all cloning techniques, and all jutsu as well. It's the first cloning technique that a shinobi usually uses, few times it is the only cloning technique that a shinobi would learn during their life time, sometimes due to the life span of the average shinobi, and other times they just didn't want to learn the other cloning techniques. The only other cloning technique he had known was the shadow clone technique, the major difference between the two was one was solid, and could be used for combat, it could use jutsu and melee attacks while the clone technique was intangible and could only be used with strategy. He began to perform the hand signs, moving his arms away from each other, the max length that his arms had gone out, then he quickly rushed them together and formed a ram hand sign, he then repeated, letting his arms go as far as they would go away from each other, bringing them back, and performing a different hand sign known as the snake, he repeated, and ended with the tiger hand sign. Two clouds of smoke appeared next to him, as the smoke faded, two clones would appear, walking out of the slowly fading smoke. The clones appeared to be perfect, both standing at the same height as Attuu was. They wore the same thing, they each wore black, tight shirts. This was due to the fact that he knew that loose clothing would get in the way of fighting, melee and ranged. It could also get in the way of dodging attacks, both melee and ranged attacks. Another reason was the opponent could grab onto loose clothing, the same for hair however he preferred his hair the way it was. Each wore a blue jacket, unzipped, revealing the black sleeveless shirt. Inside the hood was white fur, it was comfortable, even when laying down upon a stone cold floor it would feel like a pillow, slightly. Each wore black pants, they were slightly tight, again to prevent any mistakes during combat.


He hit the clones, as they disappeared into a poof of smoke. Next he would use the technique that allowed for shinobi to use strategy, and switch out. With a bit of preperation this could be used to switch out with special objects, but otherwise it would replace the user with a log. This would be useful for hard to dodge techniques. Or, preparing the technique before going into battle was also a smart idea. Attuu had though of many ways to use this technique in a way to where it would be very useful in battle. According to his academy sensei, most shinobi still used this technique even after hitting the known rank of Jounin, which had surprised Attuu greatly, due to the fact that he originally thought that no one past the rank of genin used such useless techniques, however, after training with these techniques and studying them enough he learned that they aren't as useless as he thought. He sighed, jumping onto the tables as he ended a short string of hand signs, he then back flipped off, and aimed to hit his head on the floor. Right as he would hit his head, he would disappear into a poof of smoke, and as the smoke faded, a log had taken his place. He appeared above it, falling. He landed, standing on a single foot, placed upon the standing log. He decided to use this for his next technique that had been required.



The transformation technique, a rather useful technique that would transform the user into what they wanted to look like, an example would be another person or a tree. He would perform the hand signs, transforming into a tree, the log he stood upon making it look slightly better, without it, it had been enough to pass. He returned to normal, walking up to the proctor and took a head band, as he grabbed it thunder would rage in the sky, the rain seeming to increase, the storm worsened as he walked out, passing.

Yeah it must be one post. That is required in order to test your skill of putting in actual detail into one post while measuring the skill level of Rp you have.
