Minorin's Bijuu Training(P;Closed)

Minorin was in a valley a few miles away from the shinobi village of Kirigakure that was surrounded by a more rocky and mountainous area. She loved how untamed it seemed here. She looked all around her as she slowly spun her body, taking in the beautiful view. She noticed a familiar looking mountain range and noted that just past it would be the elderly farmers’ home. Now that she thought about it she should go pay them a visit sometime. To see how the old man was faring due to his recent and maybe on-going illness. She closed her eyes and slipped into her subconscious as her body faced the familiar mountain range, the mist that had been swirling around her turned to steam inside of her mind as she and Kokuo met yet again.

Minorin looked up at the large beast, it really was uncanny how they looked so similar, he was covered in white fur and she had white hair, he had blue-green eyes and so did Minorin. But the thing that made these similarities melt away was how painfully short Minorin was naturally and how wonderfully large Kokuo was. On the bright side Kokuo’s height had made her develop a kind of warmness towards people taller than she was.

“It’s nice to see you, Kokuo.”

“It’s a pleasure to see you as well, child.”

Minorin smiled at the beast, just last night she had stayed up with her father learning all about bijuu, she had even drawn what she thought they would all look like. It really was fascinating, how they came to be and how they were treated now.

“Alright, Kokuo, it’s time for me to learn to better use your power. So please lend it to me.”

The beast was silent and Minorin opened her eyes to reveal the foggy mountainside that she adored.

The small girl waited for quite some time before attempting to activate her bijuu cloak. She didn’t want Kokuo to feel as if he was some kind of tool she exploited at will.

She closed her eyes as she activated her bijuu cloak, a thin orange film materializing around her body. One tail formed and after testing it sufficiently by moving it in a circular fashion Minorin allowed another tail to form. This was the first time she had two tails out and she could feel her control slipping, she certainly would not be using another tail. For now she’d stay safe with the use of just two tails.

It made her feel so much more powerful though, in fact, it made her feel as if she could do anything! Minorin wouldn’t let things like that get to her head though; she knew she really couldn’t do much at this point, let alone “anything.”

Minorin channeled her chakra though different points in her body, letting it well up a bit in some places before channeling it somewhere else. This way she could definitely tell her control was slipping, it was going too fast for her liking and it was a little harder to get the chakra to go where she wanted.

She let out a low sigh and got into a crouching position, basically squatting; she placed her palms on her bent knees and thought for a while. She could test just how strong she was by attempting to carry or crush nearby boulders, or maybe test how fast she was by running a couple of laps around the valley or over a couple small hills. Not really knowing what to do Minorin stayed in that position for quite some time, swishing one tail one way and the other tail in a conflicting manner, the contradictory swishing pattern was hard to maintain but she managed to achieve it to some degree; for Minorin it almost felt like patting your head and rubbing your tummy at the same time.

Then all of a sudden Minorin shot forward and ran without a single care in the world, this kind of speed was absolutely enthralling. And there were even shinobi that could run at this speed normally! Minorin thought about how lucky those people were as she clipped around a hill and turned to run across the other side of the valley, creating an oval shaped track in her mind that she would follow accordingly.

She ended up running for only a short while, finishing only one lap, remembering that she didn’t want to use Kokuo as if he were some kind of tool. However, she did want to know how strong she was this way, so she would deactivate her bijuu cloak after testing the strength she had gained from Kokuo.

The little girl plodded over to some nearby boulders and examined them, wanting to find the smallest boulder and the largest boulder before she began testing herself.

She figured out which one was the smallest and seeing that it almost came up to her waist and that it was as wide as at least two of her she became a bit discouraged. She dragged the small boulder about three meters away from the pile and looked at it. Should she try to pick it up? She looked from the small boulder over to the pile of larger boulders and identified the biggest one; it was a good six feet taller than her and two times as wide as the small boulder she was currently next to. She definitely wasn’t going to attempt picking up that monster of a rock.

Minorin sighed, how was she supposed to go about crushing a rock? People got their heads bashed in by rocks all of the time, if they were stronger than some skulls how on earth was she supposed to do anything?

Minorin placed both hands on top of the small boulder and attempted to sink her fingers into its stony flesh. She could feel her fingertips beginning to sink into the rock; it was an exciting thing for her. She could hardly believe she could do this sort of damage to a boulder of all things!

As soon as she felt her hands were deep enough into the boulder she pushed down with all of her might and was amazed as the rock shattered around her hands. The cloak dematerialized and Minorin felt drained from her activities. She sat down and heaved a great sigh and watched the ghost-like substance that was her warm breath against the cool air dance away and disappear into the sky.

After resting for a couple minutes Minorin decided to get up and head towards home. She decided she'd visit the elderly couple another time when she wasn't so tired.
