Sparring with Hatsugen [Private]

Demetri had a strange look on his face while Hatsugen spoke of wanting to cleanse the world. However, he had not started to walk away yet. Demetri took a step back as Hatsugen started to say that he wanted to live more, but it was too late, as Hatsugen thrusted just as he was saying this. Due to Hatsugen's far superior speed, the thrust would connect with Demetri's heart, piercing one of the most vital organs in his body. He would leave the blade in for a few seconds, waiting for all life to flee from the Leaf gennin's eyes before pulling the blade back out of his chest cavity. With this movement, blood splattered onto the front of Hatsugen's shirt and Demetri's lifeless corpse fell to the gound. Hatsugen would return the sword to his sheath, not even bothering to clean it. He would then stand and stare at the three other ninja expectantly, waiting to see what would happen next.

The fight began, and Sayomi watched every movement and analyzed every action closely with his activated Byakugan dojutsu. His white eyes glazed over as his gaze fell upon the two squabbling fighters, watching as the rats clawed at eachother out of pathetic desperation.

Sayomi listened closely to his friends comments as he observed the battle that had erupted, thinking deeply on how fragile relationships are and how the weak will always cry out and succumb to the will of the strong.

The fight edited immediately however, as the Leaf Genin was skewed through the heart, killing him instantly in a bloody display of treachery.

"Congratulations...," Sayomi said with a smile as the lifeless Genin fell to the ground.

"How does it feel?"

Osore watches his eyes flicking around to catch the two's movements with obvious amusement, he giggles again still bouncing on his heels childishly as his eyes flick back and forth in between the two sheep, so desperate gnawing at each other for the right to live.

"Go! Go! Go!!!!" Osore shouts fist pumping with his right arm before waving it back and forth...who knows who he's cheering for at this point.

Verdict for this fight are as follows:

The attack is being made while words are spoken.

Demetri heard as the boy said his purpose was to cleanse and even when he agreed with Demetri about him wanting to live the most Demetri walked 3 feet away from hatsugen as he was speaking odly now,

You had no reason to walk away, and even then you only walked three feet away, and didn't state at which point you were body flickering away during the words being spoken. You also didn't dodge, but just used "body flickerer".

Hatsugen wins and gets the kill, as evidence is more clearly in his favor. ]

The gore filled display occurs as anticipated, the children so naive to life and how things work, this single act of betrayal by a child no less that was going to be protected assures him that his views are correct upon the world.
Dictators and the like cannot control trash, the only way to properly rid the world of it is to burn it in the fires of hell itself.
"That's step one, now what did we say to do next boy?"
Shouten's tone remains cold as he holds himself back from further actions, actually wanting to see if this boy will descend even further in to madness via cannibalism.

"It feels...necessary...but good." Hatsugen replied in response to the man with the white eyes question, however, despite his words, there was no emotion in his voice. He turned to face another man as he asked him what he was going to do next. "Well," Hatsugen replied, still not betraying his feelings in his voice "I guess I'm at your mercy. Whatever you tell me to do, I'll do it if that's what it takes for me to live through this. Whatever is going to happen is going to happen and I'm just going to have to accept it. Now, what is it that you want me to do?" Hatsugen was willing to do what these men said, he knew that there was no bargaining or trying to escape, these men were his superiors in terms of skill, and intelligence. He could do nothing but obey.

The amusement vanished from Sayomi's face, now just an empty and indifferent expression being showcased. They were both scum to him, pathetic ninja who meant nothing to him at all. He would say nothing now, and waited for his friends to cast judgement on the lone ninja that stood in front of him.

i body flickered as he thrust...and in the case that i had no point in walking away he was talking odly taking on a persona i didnt know of course i would distance my self from him.....if some one was acting one way at the begging of a spar and when 3 random people showed up and the acted differently would you not walk away? and hatusgen i had started walking away when you started saying you wanted to cleanse the world....that is when the oddness started so yes i was walking away already...how am i dead from an attack that i dodged navi....]

He was attacking while he was talking and you stood there and listened to him finish talking before walking away, thus you never dodged the attack. That's how I read it, so yeah from the way things look it seems as though you are dead o-o.
