Re: Stability [Private][Navi/Ayama]

Chills shot down his spine upon the touch of her warm lips, Navi quickly repressing the red in his face. A warm smile forms at the corners of his mouth, a twinkle in his eyes. He rubs the tips of his fingers gently now, massaging them after having such an intense burst of chakra concentrated within them. It was relaxing to see her content and pleased, especially since her previous life had been been so filled with torment. Moments like these were the most important in Navi's life, time he could spend with her and know that she was happy. He smiles brightly at her, behind his expression is a feeling of guilt for what is coming next.
In truth he had confidence in Ayama's safety from others now. She was talented with a sword and could call upon him with the touch of a button. However, the demon inside of him would always pose a threat. The last thing he needed to be certain of was her safety from him.
"I have one last present for you Ayama, although I'm not sure if you'll like it."
A grim expression rests on his face, and his hand extends outwards. Should she clasp and take hold of it, he would activate the Slepnir around his neck, teleporting them to a pocket dimension inside of Asgard. With the snap of his fingers Konoha would be rebuilt around them. It immediately began taking form until they were standing in the exact same place as before, a parallel dimension that created an exact alternate reality.
Outside the village would no longer be there, an empty and grassy plain that swayed under the mountainside which was normally "Hokage Rock." The only building was Navi's house, a lone structure standing on the peaceful countryside.
Navi gave her a few moments to take in everything that had happened, preparing to answer any questions she had before proceeding.

The instant his tone changed and his face became grim something rose up within her. A nameless fear that threatened to consume hr. A goading instinct that screamed for flight, for escape. Outwardly she remained calm although inwardly she frowned contemplating the strange reaction to Navi. What could have prompted it?
Forcing back her vicious instincts she reached out for his hand, prepared to grasp it when...
"wait," She paused, her fingers centimeters from his and suddenly what felt like a faint breeze blew through the room. Her hair ruffled slightly and the shadows around her seemed to deepen. The breeze stilled and visibly nothing seemed to have changed but inside her mind, the fluid shadows of her partner flowed through her body, merging with her chakra system, his mind filling in the natural born cracks in her psyche vanishing into her system the only trace was the shadowy dark feel her chakra signature retained. The process took exactly five seconds and then her hand wrapped surely around Navi's.
Then her world changed, everything vanished and she caught a glimpse of scarlet sky before Navi snapped his fingers and his house formed around them. But she only had to look outside to know that she wasn't in Konoha anymore. The grassy fields and unmolested countryside expanded out from where his back yard had been and for a moment she was stunned.
"What is this place?" she asked curiously, turning away from the window to look at him, "why are we here?"
'This place is unlike anything I've ever felt, such power resides here, such incredible power. Enough to become a god." Hisoka stirred excitedly, dark shadows racing beneath her skin as he reveled in what he could sense. The odd sensation gave her chills but she ignored it rubbing her arms to alleviate the sensation, her eyes never leaving Navi.

Her expected question is posed, Navi speaking back while meeting her ever steady and trusting gaze. The world around them is nearly an exact replica, but it remains slightly eerie as if they had traveled together to discover a new planet.
"This is Asgard, a world originally created by Viper Uchiha. Those he trusted most were allowed passage through his dimension, and even have the power of Gods while we are within it."
His fingers snap again, the beautiful sunny day instantaneously switching to a clear and starry night. Crickets chirp rhythmically outside the window, and the faint flow of a full moon shines through into the room.
"This is a private corner of the dimension, a place out of reach from any enemy that could threaten us. It is paradise we can enjoy together."
He smiles one last time before setting in with a grim gaze, his eyes darting away as his brain ponders how to speak this next part.
A quick handsign is made, and outside the house a crimson flash is created. Emerging is the full demon of the Two-Tails, roaring loudly before Navi silences it with a second handsign. A moment later the beast's form is crushed and condense, it's power all being thrust into a small center point black with the density of such power.
One more handsign, and on the tip of his finger a small black and glowing marble appears, the pulsing screams of the two-tailed demon eerily emanating from the object. His gaze rests on the marble now, an indifferent expression even after displaying the ability to freely manipulate the power of a legendary Biju.
Finally after all of this exhibition Navi speaks, a quiet tone at first, as if the man is struggling to form each syllable.
"Ayama...I-...I can protect you from almost everything," he bites his bottom lip for a second before bringing his voice up to a more audible tone, speaking up with slightly more confidence.
"But to protect you from me... you need to become like me."
He didn't explain it any more then that, Ayama was a smart girl, and would clearly know what was being implied. Navi was asking her to take on a great deal of pain, and the last thing he wanted to do was inflict even more anguish on the troubled girl.

She had to admit that Navi's display of raw power, his control over the legendary feline bijuu was both astounding and startling. She found herself perturbed though, Hisoka moved restlessly through her mind, his influx of confused emotions causing a pounding headache to build. She pushed him away as the display ended and Navi turned to her, a strange expression on his face that instantly had her worried.
His halting, reluctant tone did not help.
She sucked in a sharp breath, eyes widening at the implications. But suddenly her stance went from relaxed to aggressive, her hands clenching into fists and her face twisting into a furious snarl.
"NO!" The words roared from her throat and he would see her eyes flash brilliant yellow for a moment before the rage in her body faded her chakra settling and a shocked expression adorning her face as she covered her mouth with one hand. Those hadn't been her words!
Then shadows leaked from her very skin, swirling in furious eddies and suddenly she was assaulted with a splitting headache and incredibly fast chakra drain. She staggered back, away from Navi and sagged against the counter, her breath coming in rapid bursts and her shock evident on her face as Hisoka swirled into being between her and her boyfriend.
The Nekoga had grown, a product of their training. His powerful shoulders now came to her ribcage and his head could come to her chest when he pleased. But this was not the semi-solid form Navi was used to. This was the creature that stalked her mind.
His eyes were glowing yellow, but lacked the usual slitted pupil. His long body which looked like it was adorned in storm clouds usually, now looked as though he had been ripped straight from the shadow. He seemed far more insubstantial with whisping shadows fluttering off him and swirling like mist around him. But the cruel glint to his eyes and the crackle of electricity that surrounded him made him seem just as dangerous, if not more so.
"Sorry but we are refusing your oh so generous offer," he snarled, voice haughty and cold as he planted himself firmly between the powerful ninja and his human partner. His tone and stance bore no dispute. "Now if you would please remove us from this... world,"
Ayama was too shocked to speak.

Navi's somewhat repressed and quieter demeanor is immediately broken, the man stands up straight, staring back at the fierce Nekoga with equally defiant eyes. The atmosphere becomes thick with tension, absolute silence following the words that Hisoka speaks.
His eyes narrow, and against Hisoka's flare Navi begins to glow a slight bit of his own crimson chakra. Any second they were going to snap, the two of them remaining like statues with none giving any sign of backing down in the slightest.
Finally Navi cracks a smile ever so slightly, his look completely tainted with disgust of the creature that stands between him and his girlfriend.
"I'm sorry, but I'm in a relationship with Ayama, not a house pet. I asked her the question, so I'm going to listen to her answer."
His words were blunt, and especially poisonous toward the Nekoga. Almost daring him to try and hurt him, a confident challenge that is posed. Navi stares down the demon with conviction, a maneuver that will almost certainly be equally matched as the two of them wait for Ayama's anticipated response.

"I'm sorry, but I'm in a relationship with Ayama, not a house pet. I asked
her the question, so I'm going to listen to her answer."
Ayama flinched at the biting reply but was shocked when her normally level headed partner let out an enraged roar. The shadows swirling around him thickened and moved faster as his fury grew. She didn't have to be a genius, or connected to his mind to see his plan of action. He drew on more of her chakra, growing slightly in size and allowing lightning to crackle freely from his claws.
"I'l show you house pet!" his roar shook the house and he rocked back to lunge when her eyes narrowed. She'd seen enough.
"HISOKA" her shout was just as angry as his and it reverberated across their mental bonds as well. She stood shakily, using the counter for leverage and glared death at him. "Stop."
It was as if she'd pulled a plug, actually she had, already her chakra was returning to her, flowing across the bond and causing the nekoga to shrink and loose much of his former bravado. He turned towards her, eyes alight with fury.
"He called me a house pet Ayama! I cant let that stand I.."
"Enough, I don't care. You know better than anyone my feelings and yet I saw your intention clearly in your mind. You didn't want to punish him for insulting you. You wanted to kill him," her voice grows colder and Hisoka's ears lie flat, his legs curling beneath him as he sinks into a submissive pose, eyes wide as her words are reinforced with a mental echo, and fierce relays of what she felt and saw. She stands tall, pushing away from the counter to stand over her partner.
"Please Ayama, you don't understand, you cant see the danger he.." But she waves her hand cutting him off.
"I have noticed the animosity between you two, and figured you both could figure it out on your own. I understand the danger Hisoka, but I don't care," her eyes leave her feline partner going to meet Navi's dark gaze, "I dont care because I love him. and that is why I will accept his offer and..."
"But you cant!" Hisoka yowls in astonishment.
"YES I CAN, YOU MAY BE THE PARTNER OF MY MIND HISOKA BUT THIS IS STILL MY BODY, MY MIND, MY DESICION" He gaze has already snapped back to her partners and before the cat can protest she reaches out and grabs a handful of shadow. Closing he eyes she forces him back, using the bond like a leash to tether him and force him into her mind. He gives an enraged roar before she locks him away, sealing him tightly into her mind. For a moment all is silent her mind oddly quiet and empty without her partners permanent presence in every crevice.
"I'm sorry, I should have realized sooner just.. I don't like to pry, hes got his own mind ya know and.." she sniffles, wrapping her arms around herself, embarrassed at her weakness and her partners display. "How could he do that?" she mutters softly, stunned by the depths of hate she felt, the festering hate.

Navi remains speechless through the whole ordeal, remaining wide-eyed but relatively expressionless while watching everything unfold in front of him. Ayama had always expressed immense loyalty to him, but if there was anything that compromised this it was her relationship with Hisoka. It was no secret that two disliked each other, and Navi's talks in the past about the Nekoga were often silenced as she would radically defend him. The young Yamaki had to admit some level of bias existed in his heart, but beyond that he often felt that Hisoka's very existence was dangerous.
Witnessing this display humbled him though, the argument took him by complete surprise, and he was grateful to Ayama for standing up for him. As Hisoka is sealed away Navi's features soften, hearing her embarrassed words and apology. Finally after all of this time the demon inside of her had proved him right, showing that he was indeed reckless, untrustworthy and manipulative. She was vulnerable now, but the boy wouldn't rub it in. The point had been made clear, and Navi wanted to be careful of her clearly fragile state.
"It's okay," Navi assured gently, smoothing the problem over and letting the tension fade.
No other words needed to be said. It was something that came from being close to one another through experience. Sometimes just knowing that the other understood was enough.
Drawing his attention back to the black marble that rested gently in his now open palm, Navi grimaced. Despite being able to wield incredible power so effortlessly, he remained very respectful of it. The power to overcome nearly any enemy rested inside of the condensed marble, but with it came an intense agony that would take significant time to overcome.
After he gets his thoughts together, Navi finally speaks, his eyes flickering from the marble to Ayama.
"This has to be your decision Ayama, I won't force this on you."
The implications of the choice Navi offered were clear. He expects the decision will take some thought, but remains standing perfectly still, his gaze now entirely fixated on her.

"It's okay," Navi assured gently, smoothing the problem over and letting the tension fade.
She smiled softly, of course he was ok with it, he didn't understand the depth of the darkness she had glimpsed. It made her realize just how much her nekoga was hiding and it scared her. Scared her that something with that much hate for someone she loved shared her mind. She stuffed away her worries for now though, there were more pressing decisions to make and Hisoka would have to wait.
"This has to be your decision Ayama, I won't force this on you."
Her hands fell from their position around her body, to her sides, her gaze rising to briefly meet his before falling on the statue in his hand. The power he was literally giving her was tempting, with such power, a veritable fountain of chakra she and Hisoka would have such an easier time in fights. She could return the protection he gave her, become his partner, on par with him rather than having to rely on his powers when she was in over her head. It was so tempting but...
Could she really handle it?
She wasn't really weak, but she'd been in his mind when he'd fought off his own bijuu, felt the creatures immense power. She already had one nattering (and potentially untrustworthy) voice in her head, did she really need another? She was silent as she thought, but her face was contemplative. Finally she nodded her eyes returning to his face.
"I can handle it," she said confidently, "i accept this burden"

Navi shut his eyes for a minute and nodded to himself. For a moment there is silence, before he reopens them and they begin to glow brightly from the activation of his dojutsu. This sealing method would have to be precise, an intricate injection of the Biju's power into her chakra network, and then sealing the beast before it overcame her. His eyes tracked her exact chakra flow and movement pattern, waiting for the exact moment to strike.
The black marble expanded into a softball sized black and glowing sphere of dense chakra, resting in his palm and slowly growing.
His palm shot out, the black orb aiming to be pushed into her stomach. The delicate procedure took his full attention, manipulating the immense power with intricate finesse and watching until the sphere of chakra vanishes completely inside of her. His palm stays on her stomach for a moment, manipulating the last touches of chakra flow to become more in sync with hers. Finally he draws away from Ayama, exhaling deeply and stretching. After having wielded such raw power his hand had been badly burned, a wound that he ignored for now as he was to focused on the current condition of the girl after what had just occurred.
Having done what he could to smooth the transition, all Navi can do now is watch and wait. He can only hope that the procedure was done with as little pain as possible, but he realizes that every individual who becomes a jinchuriki reacts differently. The Nibi could have a healing effect and fill in parts of her damaged conscious helpfully, or a war of inner turmoil could errupt inside her if the currently residing demon violently rejected the newcomer.
With a sinking feeling, he realizes that the latter is more likely due to Ayama's volatile chakra nature and state.
"How are you feeling?" Navi asks, anxiously awaiting any type of answer or signal.

It hurt, she wouldn't lie. It felt as though a heavy pressure was flowing throughout her body as her Chaka struggled to hold the sudden influx of power. Her belly burned slightly at the intensity of the energy but she gritted her teeth and remained upright and stoic ignoring the pain and pulling up her courage and strength. As Navi backed away she shut her eyes and focused on the new mind, working to corral the slightly confused Nibi and suppress it for now. The demonic feel of the cat was oddly familiar. Incredibly similar to Hisoka's own mind, something she would have to look into.
As her Chaka settled she opened her eyes and smiled at Navi.
"it wor-" a sudden splitting pain pierced her mind and her words trailed off into a screech of pain. Her hands flew to her head clutching her skull as if she wanted to claw out her own mind.
"H-Hisoka" she gasped, recognizing the assault. Her nekoga was using the massive amount of new Chaka to try and over power her mind, his rage at being ignored and suppressed dominating his mind and emotions. She screamed in agony as he renewed the attack, clawing at her mind with his fury and the Nibi's rage. Tears leaked from her eyes and she closed them trying to fend off her own furious partner, her mind echoing with the terrible laughter of the bijuu.
"Hisoka, please"
