He had taken a slight deviation on his journey towards the Hidden Mist, as his comrade had seemed to be progressing much slower then usual. With his activated Byakugan eye, Sayomi would arrive at the scene where a quick battle had just erupted, located about ten meters behind Kuro and approaching with his hands in his pockets. A projectile was formed by the strange man, a skillful attack being launched towards who appeared to be the Mizukage.
Sayomi lifted the slanted headband covering his Sharingan eye, but kept it closed for a moment. His steps were normal and he made no attempt to hide his position from the seemingly enraged ninja in front of him. Instead he would quietly observe, watching from a safe distance and out of the way of any aggression or attacks. He smiled slightly at his luck to have not only found the Mizukage they had come to assassinate, but to have a random stranger be taking care of it for him.

Attuu would walk, right past his Kage being murdered. He looked over at him for a single second, and then yawned. He took the metal cannon on his back, the second version of what the shinobi shops in the ninja villages sold. He sighed, aiming it at the one who had a single eye closed before the death. His chakra having been released from the cannon, nearly ninety nine percent of it. He yawned once more and continued on, slightly tired. He continued on noticing that there was one left, though, he had no chakra remaining.. he took the cannon.. and turned back, deciding to use it as a weapon, then thinking, the death of his kage may not be such a bad thing, he could use his death to claim the Mizukage hat... though perhaps killing his killer would be more helpful when claiming the hat.. Yes, he agreed with himself and that and began to charge.

It had been a long day for Mizuni. All the traveling had made him tired, bored, and worst of all, irritated. He now sat upon a tree branch, above a pool of musty, green, swamp water. Hidden by shadows, up in other trees, all except the Animal Path, who had stayed behind in a town nearby in case something were to happen and he needed to summon the Paths back. About 3 meters from the pool of water was a path, one that Mizuni observed closely, yawning every once in awhile. The Human Path and Deva Path were in the same tree sitting on a branch together, on the opposite side of the path to Mizuni. After a minute or so, a figure approached, bringing a squint to itself from Mizuni as it approached. The hat on the boy's back identified him as the Mizukage. Mizuni watched over the rest of the area, wondering where the boy's guards were, having encountered the Mizukage before and knowing his guards were usually with him. But instead he found a chakra source hiding, and upon a closer inspection, was making his way stealthily towards the Mizukage. And then that man struck out at the Mizukage, bringing a grin to Mizuni's face.
Deva Path and Human Path stood up into a crouched position, legs tensed and ready to literally spring into action. And then another thing happened. Yet another man came to Mizuni's attention, standing a ways away from the first attacker. This man had a quite differing appearance to that of the first man, who had attacked the Mizukage with some sort of kunai as could be seen through the Human Path's and Deva Path's eyes. Mizuni deduced him as an ally to the first attacker, why else would he be standing in a position behind that of the first attacker and not be making a move at him? Yes, he was either an ally or just completely neutral and having no ties of affection to the Mizukage, else he might be doing something else right about now, like maybe defending the Mizukage. But he wasn't, and Mizuni settled on the first deduction.
And if enough things weren't happening already, out of the blue, a boy walked by the Mizukage, simply yawning, and then taking a device off of his back. The boy aimed at the second man, who Mizuni would hereby refer to in his mind as Attacker B, who wore a tilted headband, and fired a blast of energy out of the device. It looked very intense in the amount of chakra, as could be seen by Mizuni's Rinnegan eye, but was moving quite slow. And now was time for brain work. The first man, who would be known as Attacker A, who had used the strange kunai to attack the Mizukage, seemed to be in some positive relation with Attacker B. If Attacker A had attacked the Mizukage, a very important and thought to be powerful figure, and Attacker B allowed this to pass by, then Attacker B might have had no complaints about the death of the Mizukage. And furthermore, if Attacker A seemed to be allied with Attacker B, then that might be able to be deduced by other minds. If one were to assume this and attack one of the two, then it could be assumed by another that that person was not too fond of the Mizukage being attacked. The bystander, in this case Mizuni, might also think that due to one attacking those attacking or maybe allied with the attacker of the Mizukage, that the person attacking the attackers, to be known as Defender A, could be the Mizukage's guard possibly, or maybe a good hearted shinobi, or even a citizen of the Hidden Mist Village. At this point Mizuni wasn't very affectionate in thoughts towards those kinds of people.
A decision was made. As the blast was traveling rather slowly, and Defender A was quite a far distance from his target, Attacker B, it would give Deva Path the opportunity to react. He sprung into the air, above the field of vision known at this time of any of the people below, and was headed quickly towards the ground at a point halfway between Attacker B and Defender A, seeing that the blast would soon reach this point. Deva Path stopped about three or so feet from the ground, the ball of energy only 4 feet away in front of and below him, and used his own attack. A sphere of force would explode outwards, centered around the Deva Path, and expanded out two and a half meters, making a dent in the ground. The blast of energy would be push down to the ground and explode, causing even more dust and debris to be thrown into the air, causing a thick makeshift smokescreen. Nobody would have been hurt by this, as the range of the attack had been limited quite a bit and other living beings were not anywhere close to the blast that resulted from this.
While Deva Path had done that, Human Path, at the same time when Deva Path had sprung from the branch, would have also launched himself off and towards the boy who had fired the blast of energy. Human Path descended quite gracefully and a bit slow, but that wasn't a problem as it seemed the boy, Defender A, was thinking to himself. When Human Path landed Defender A seemed as though he was preparing to charge at someone, but the possible target was unknown at the time. Human Path simply reached out and slammed his hand down onto the boy's head, using a......unique ability granted by the Rinnegan. This little ability would cause a victim go into a sort of blank state, and Mizuni would have access to all of the secrets of the mind. And then Mizuni would at that point be able to remove the target's soul. It was quite a useful little trick indeed.

"I take it you got a good show?" Kuro spoke, before bowing like an actor in a play would. "I try my best after all." Kuro chuckled, his previous rage gone. He was thinking clearly, and clearly thinking. "My name, good man, is Kuro Shikyo, may I have yours?" Kuro spoke in a false arrogant tone.
He smiled, looking at Kuro for a moment before returning the courtesy.
"Sayomi Hyuuga, and you just did my job for me."
Their meeting would be cut short however, for several things would seem to happen at once. A bystander man would come, and upon his entrance Sayomi opened his closed eye and his gaze would meet that of the man. Immediately after a chakra cannon would be fired at him, and with the activation of his agility skill Sayomi would easily move out of the way with but a few steps to his left his form seemingly flickering to the naked eye to dodge the attack before it came even close to hitting him.
However, a second newcomer would seem to arrive. Landing in the path of the attack and performing another attack in the path of the incoming blast, Sayomi himself being out of range of such an attack still.
At this same instant, what seemed to be that of a clone of the second newcomer would attack the first newcomer, lunging straightforward to cut off a charge. It would seem to Sayomi, since very little aggression had been made towards him, that both of these newcomers had their own quarrel to sort. He would similarly not get involved, uncertain of what to make of these recent chaotic events. Sayomi remained looking at Kuro for now though, but the focus of his Byakugan eye still very attuned to that of the second fight that had erupted near them.
Sayomi's form halts 8 meters from Kuro's position.

[Since Suzaku is dead I'm gonna be NPCing the 3-Tails for you lucky boys and girls! :D]
The death of another Mizukage, something uncommon in this world and seems to be a transferring cycle, a curse if you will that has moved on to Kirigakure no Sato from Konohagakure no Sato, a curse that seems to only be lifted when one strong enough to ward it away takes the seat, this however has not happened for Kirigakure no Sato and it seems like it is far from happening.
Although the fate of Kirigakure no Sato is meaningless to the creature that is about to fully grace the physical plane once more, something that has not occurred for some time.
Crimson cloaks the Mizukage's corpse in the span of ten seconds, the eyes growing darker than the rest, what looks to be a satanic resurrection is taking place from the mans crucified form, following fluidly with the glowing of the mans eyes is that of a powerful shockwave in conjunction with a pillar of raw bijuu chakra, the omnidirectional shockwaves shoot outwards 50 meters set to destroy the land scape and send any whom are caught in it flying if further bracing or the like is not done.
The pillar shoots high into the sky penetrating the sky itself, more clouds begin to form as they grow dark shrouding the area in darkness as the beasts malice can be felt by all whom are near, the pillar begins to expand near the base as it expands outwards manifesting the form of that of the Sanbi, with a flicker of crimson from the beasts chakra form it becomes solid and complete, shades of light green and purple now color the beasts triple tailed form that now stands in the ruined landscape, the sea in front of the beast, its mere presence causes the waves to grow larger it seems with the water now beginning to flood the nearby land.
The beasts next actions depend upon whom has remained after its appearance, its blood red eyes look around to see all whom dare stand against it.
