Now was the moment for Sayomi to use his Mangekyou eye, as Kuro had just sheltered him from the blast, he would now be able to seal the beast. He would meet the gaze of the demon, employing a genjutsu technique in order to subdue and incapacitate the wild Sanbi. If all went as expected the demon would be subdued and then easily mind controlled by Sayomi as a beast of war.

He had momentarily forgotten about the other two ninja in the area and focused almost entirely on the Three-Tailed Demon, taking up arms against the fearsome opponent with his recently met ally.

The beasts shock wave is left to buffet the area, Mitzuni whom stayed within the trees branches is left to be assaulted by the shock wave, the tree uprooted and falling only to crush and kill the boy with the branches, his paths and the corpse of attacker A sent flying towards the ocean the Mizukage arrived from.
The beast notes a wall of darkness obstruct view of two of the men, in conjunction all four of his legs make a unique action, the legs on the left of the beast slide back, whilst the ones on the right push forward, immediately after this the beast recalls its limbs and head within its shell, the resulting action of the beasts movements causes a clockwise rotation, the smooth bottom of the beasts rounded shell causes it to spin upon the earth, the darkness left to impact the beasts shell harmlessly with the tails sweeping around attempting to smash both of the surviving men during the beasts rotation.

Kuro's tentacles bounced back, aiming to grab the dead bodies of the paths, Mitzuni, and Attu. The bodies were yanked to the ground, then Kuro created a dome of darkness to keep them in, for later use, he had little doubt they would have something worth the time. As soon as he saw the bijuu even begin to move, he knew what it was doing. He stopped his punch, the giant fist of darkness disappearing. He created, and solidified, a curved surface, curved enough to prevent it breaking, but provide a slick surface so that when the bijuu spun and attempted to attack them with it's tails, the tail end would move too high in the air to do anything but sail harmlessly over them. The pressure from the bijuu's spin would not break the angled surface, since it was angled to change the direction of the momentum, not stop it. He hardened his right arm, cackling madly during the entire event. Kuro glanced at Sayomi. "Whatever you are planning, now might be the time." He smirked.

Nodding at Kuro, Sayomi closes his eye for a moment, saving the charged jutsu for a moment. He needed range, because with the Sanbi in this closed state he would be unable to lock eyes with the beast or seal it. While Kuro seemed to have a powerful defense, it would fall apart against some of the Bijuu's stronger attacks, and he needed to fall back in order to pull off the proper technique to incapacitate this opponent.

A decision was made, and with Sayomi's agility skill activated he utilizes amazing speed to blur away, putting about 500 meters between him and the beast, heading in the direction of dry land and locating himself high in a stable tree much farther away. This movement would only take a few moments with the usage of agility in hybridization with a body flicker. With this new vantage point, Sayomi would once again ready his Genjutsu, preparing to cast it when the Sanbi becomes vulnerable to his attack and rears its head again.

The beast feels its first tail impact some form of surface and be moved upwards, feeling this odd obstruction the beast preforms a whipping motion with its tails causing all three to slam down upon the obstruction and impact the earth, this action regardless of the outcome with the man under the darkness creation serves to pop the beast into the air 20 meters now with a forward tilt.
The beast now facing downwards looks at the ground as a sphere of chakra now begins to be charged within its jaws, only a moment after charging the massive sphere fires down towards the earth, the recoil sending the turtle even higher having it be now 50 meters in the sky and skill climbing, the bomb set to impact the earth in meter moments before it explodes covering a 50 meter spherical area to completely atomize anything that comes in contact, the explosions force comes upwards sending the beast an extra 10 meters into the sky putting it just out of range of the blast.
The forward rotation continues, the tails curl around the beast as it rolls into a ball and begins to roll in mid air clearing the blast zone and regrettably heading away from the ocean due to the positioning but towards what hopes to be its next target, the beast hits the ground with a bounce impacting the earth before spinning at double its speed towards the second man.

Kuro did not have much time to think about what he was doing, but he never had before. As soon as the turtle even lifted one of its tails, he sprung into action. He instantly activated Chakra Enhancement, boosting his speed entirely. While that happened, a platform of darkness shot his body away from the bijuu. The Darkness was pushing him away, nearly horizontally. Tentacles of darkness pushed the bodies with him. He jumped backward, off of the darkness platform, going even faster due to the increased momentum from both his Chakra enhancement, and the darkness that had pushed him. He was moving at about twice his normal speed, easily escaping the tails, and eventual blast of the bijuu. He landed over one hundred meters away, slowing down his descent with a curved platform of darkness, making his momentum less as he slid down. He landed on his feet, cackling. No one ever out thought the Madman. He watched as the bijuu blast destroyed the area he was at, laughing even louder. The bodies he had saved with his darkness were with him, perfectly unharmed. He glanced at Mitzuni, the closest to him. His grin widened as he saw the body's special eyes, not even pausing as he bit down and took a chunk of flesh and blood from the body. He stared at the Bijuu the entire time, making sure that any action the bijuu did would be known to him.

The massive explosion was perceived, Sayomi realizing that Kuro had plenty of time to escape the apparently incredibly weak blast and was fortunately able to evade with very little trouble. Fortunately his own technique would be ready now, a perfect range and vantage point set with the chakra focused and ready to be pulsed forth with the usage of his Genjutsu. His eyes were both open, and as the head of the Bijuu was unable to be entirely tucked in all that was needed was a little eye contact. Sayomi stood still, focusing entirely and ready to cast the technique. The Sanbi would quickly be within range, and if the beast continued rolling forward it's eyes would be perceived from the awkward tucking in of its head to allow for quick movement. Upon eye contact with the demon, the trap would be sprung, capturing and incapacitating the Bijuu effectively.

Sayomi did nothing different to provoke a change in the beast's course of action, so the demon would likely roll right into the trap. If the eyes could not be perceived before physical contact was unavoidable, then Sayomi would be forced to evade by jumping out of the way, a feat that could be postponed until that last second with his currently heightened reflexes. This maximized the time he would be able to utilize his power and if all events proceeded as expected, made evasion of this trap impossible.

The beast continues to roll, but the the small gaps betray it as the eyes are visible causing it to be caught within the Genjutsu control, the beast is captured but continues to roll smashing through trees until it slows momentum and with a slight bounce uncoils the tails and lands with a skid, the Sharingan now visible in the beasts eyes as it stands under Sayomi's control.

Kuro's laugh grew further as he saw the bijuu was now under Sayomi's control. He clapped loudly, the sound echoing even to Sayomi. Kuro used the tentacles attached to his back to lift up the bodies that he had saved, which was every dead body there, other than Suzaku's. He cackled madly, using his new idea to launch himself back towards Sayomi's position. His idea was simple, make a platform of darkness where he stepped, then make it push him, and use its momentum to propel even further. He felt the rush of the speed, loving each second. Each of the bodies were floating behind him, carried by thick and solid dark tentacles. Kuro slowed as he neared Sayomi, standing on a platform of Darkness in the air. "You took your time, but it worked. I suppose I should thank you." Kuro smirked, but nodded in thanks. He wouldve had to escape the bijuu if Sayomi hadnt used the genjutsu.

Kuro frowned, glancing at the body of Mitzuni. He smirked, realizing he had an idea. The tentacle holding Mitzuni slowly moved Mitzuni's body to Sayomi. The eyes were still in tact, and open at that. "A gift, for helping me. Id prefer if you simply take the eyes, the body will have uses." He spoke, knowing later that he would have to dissect the body to learn the bloodline's powers. "It may be a bit much, but hey, Im just such a nice guy." Kuro chuckled, smiling at Sayomi. Kuro usually did not socialize, but he knew a friend when he found one, and considering the man just helped him, and did not attack him when he attacked the Mizukage, it was obvious they were at least partial allies.

Kuro's grin widened, recalling Sayomi's words. "You mentioned a job?" Kuro was definitely interested now. A job would help take his mind off of his Master's new attitude lately, although he might need to think of his own, considering before he wouldnt have killed so easily, at least not to a random man. "So long as it doesnt involve Kumo, Im in." Kuro certainly sounded happy right now, so doing a job would further improve his mood. He felt so good right now, he may just help the man for free.
