You mentioned forming the hand seals after you mentioned the swamp forming. The swamp would immediately swallow you up, prohibiting you from forming hand seals of any sort or moving at all...

You cannot sense Shouten's actions nor his chakra, once the gravity hits the ground your dead due to it moving at 100 speed.
In order to actually have something be used exactly when an attack hits would need insight on it was going to happen in the first place, thus the attack is gonna hit and then your gonna go "wtf was that?" and be crushed, but lets assume it was a panic fear instant sub from something that could be a rock.

This hand seal will be so rapid, that neither of the two people will have time to even realize the substitution had happened by the time that Caesar forms the seal.

The log will explode. This explosion is not large, but since the ground is made up of nothing but loose dirt, it kicks up an immense amount of dust and dirt as shrapnel from the ground, not to mention the ball of flame expanding from the initial explosion.

Makina and Shouten are both in different areas, she is up higher on the mountain and already stated looking DOWN at Shouten whom looked UP at her, so your trying to make a sideways swamp on the side of a mountain to get both of us?
Also wanna point even if everything was allowed, 35 strength is all that is required so everyone simply breaks out of it casually.

Mina would of been walking towards the village as Shiro was behind her as she would of yawned as the sudden explosion caught her attention. She would turn her head to the side as she looked at what this guy did to the poor boy it was truly a sad sight to see. As blood would erupt from the ground like a fountian as everything belonging to the boy or what he had on person would be sprung from the explosion ot was like christmas all over again. Shiro would look at her master as she walked forward to pick up the only thing she saw worth her time the bag of ryo. Walking back to her master handing her the bloody bag of ryo she would sigh."You created quite a mess haven't you mister Lunatic?"she would say rubbing the back of her head as her left eye looked towards Shouten. Shiro would of egun playing with the rocks around the area as they stood on a plain surface with rocks among the valley of mountians and the borders of sand toward the north.

"Now the main question...what is a guy like you mister Lunatic walking around randomly? and among the borders at that?"she would ask straightforward not wasting a ounce of breathe used. She would be about Thirty meters away from him as her voice would still be heard from that point Shiro remaining behind her playing with rocks.

Shouten walks towards her a bit as he tilts his drink up once more before returning his arm to his side, "Word has it that the leader of Sky died of an unknown virus and in his last moments left his part of the world to be controlled by the leader of Fire, kinda convenient huh?"
Shouten says with a smirk, only a few people know the truth on why Volcano did not get a backlash from the Kirigakure no Sato attack but instead, a reward as one of the big five, the leader of the Fire Nation pulled the trigger on Kirigakure no Sato's destruction for whatever reason, and now Sky is under his control, something big is about to go down it seems.
Shouten's smirk widens as he views her face turn a bright shade of red, "Well perhaps I can help with that later." Shouten raises his right hand to his glasses tilting them downwards allowing vision of his natural crimson eyes as he winks playfully with his right eye, his tone still in a more teasing manner but if she took him up on the offer then who knows.
Shouten's form stops now five meters from her, "You know, ya still didn't answer me why a sexy little treat like yourself is out in Kumogakure no Sato's mountains."
