Spar {Private, No kill, Nokidnap, Caesar}

Shotaro would set his feet firmly into the kunai, just as he was preparing himself to push off the kunai for some odd reason the once firm kunai would give way under him. Causing Shotaro to be sent on a fall to the ground. His head would smack against the tree briefly on his way down, Shtaro would land on his bottom. He would rub the spot where his head had hit the tree. There would be a small lump, possibly some bruising to go with it. 'Is he some type of witch?' Shotaro would think to himself as he stood to his feet. He would remain calm for the most part, but on the inseide he was furious with himself. He should have used his own kunai, but even then who knows what the boy would have done to it.

The spar had now became a battle of wits and obviously the kid had the upperhand. He seemed to be a bit more experienced than Shotaro. Shotaro now wished briefly that he had trainined a little more at the academy before venturing out into the borders. Though he figured he would be able to learn a few things from the spar. As for the Messiah, he was probably just toying with him. Shotaro respected him for not going easy on him. He prefered to be given the closest experience to combat in this spar. He knew that given the chance he would show little mercy aswell.

Shotaro had very few options when it came to attacking Messiah. The boy was 4 meters high in a tree on a branch, while Shotaro was on the ground without wings. He began to assemble a small plan. He had only faught Messiah in close combat a single time in the entire spar, it was evident that the boy had been steering away from such a thing. The sun was beginning to set, causing the shadow of the boy to stretch out on the ground below him. Shotaro had been holding back the entire battle, he too had a secret something he knew the boy would not know about, nor would he expect. Shotaro would stare into the eyes of Messiah, for a moment. Shotaro would then begin to dig into his pockets, since the boy seemed to be giving him time to attack first he doubted he would act before Shotaro. As Shotaro was digging through his pockets, his shadow would be quickly moving towards the shadow of Messiah. The shadow would be moving at a speed that was impossible for Shotaro himself to move at. Though, to any other person it would just appear as a natural thing. In an instant Shotaro's Shadow would connect to the abnormally large shadow of the boy, this was due to his wings which did not help the boys chances of dodging the unexpecting attack.

If things led up as planned, which was more than possible due to the speed of Shotaros shadow. Shotaro would raise his had into the air stretching. Coincidentaly, Messiah would do the same. Shotaro would then raise his kunai in front of him, flipping it around so that the point was pointing towards him. Messiah would also do the same, instead of a kunai he would be flipping the point of his sword to face his chest. Shotaro would bring the kunai forwards, attempting stopping it half a meter away from his chest. Though do to the length of Caesars ninjato, it would make his sword closer to his chest than the kunai was to Shotaro. The ninjato would be a centimeter away from piercing Messiah. Shotaro would never kill the kid, he saw to much of a future the kid had. He would probably be a stronger ninja than him someday. Shotaro would speak, "Sorry kid, I've been holding back a bit. I would have preferred not to use this, but you were staying in that tree and I couldn't think of anything else to do." Shotaro would free the boy to use his mouth, allowing him to talk. Though he would keep possession of the boys body. Walking forwards a meter so that the boy would fall from the tree onto his bottom, 2 meters away from Shotaro. Shotaro would wait to hear what the boy had to say.

Caesar grinned as his little strategy succeeded, and Shotaro was sent plummeting towards the ground. The boy seemed a bit stunned upon hitting his head, and he stood on the ground for a few seconds, wondering what to do. He seemed dazed. Messiah furrowed his brow when he saw the boy begin to dig through his pockets, he tensed, expecting the boy to pull something out at any second, using it to attack Messiah. Messiah focused so much on Shotaro’s hands in his pockets, that he neglected to notice that the his shadow was extending towards him at a rapid pace. Messiah was even more puzzled when he saw the boy begin to stretch, revealing that his hands were in fact empty and he had pulled nothing from his pockets.

All of a sudden, Messiah felt his arms yanked outwards and behind his head, mimicking the position that Shotaro had taken up. He tried desperately to break free and move according to his own free will, and could almost feel himself breaking through the technique, but it was impossible. Messiah was very frustrated and confused, he was wondering what the hell was going on as he looked down at Shotaro with a mixture of emotions on his face.

Messiah noticed the shadows on the ground, connecting the two of them, but at first, he did not draw the connection. Suddenly, Messiah had an idea to make the boy lose concentration. Now, he had such mastery over the simple Henge no Jutsu, that he did not need hand seals to transform. With a poof of white smoke, Messiah’s large wings are transformed into two, giant mirrors, angled towards the sun at about a 30º angle. They are positioned so that they will reflect the sun directly into Shotaro’s face. Now, the sun is setting, so the light is weak, but the mirrors are large enough that they can gather the waining light and deflect it in a concentrated beam right at Shotaro.

The light from this will be so harsh, that it will burn and blind Shotaro’s eyes for a good few minutes, all he will be able to see is a bright light. Little does Messiah know, that doing this will also reflect light away from him, so that he no longer casts a shadow, making the Shadow Possession Technique that Shotaro is using useless. Not to mention that a blinding light of these proportions will probably cause Shotaro to choke and lose his control on the jutsu.

If Messiah is freed, his wings will transform back into their airplane like state, and he will jump off the tree, swooping down directly towards the blinded Shotaro with a fist out, aimed directly for the boy’s nose. Messiah will be moving with great strength and speed at this point, the wind catching behind him in his very aerodynamic wings, pushing him to great levels. His fist will smash into the nose of Shotaro, sending him stumbling backwards, Messiah will then bring up a knee to the abdomen, as he is already in the air, he will be above this height, so he will not have to jump to do so. This will probably cause Shotaro to double over, where Messiah will then transform his hand into a small, sledgehammer, and slam down right where Shotaro’s neck meets the back of his head. This will cause the already blinded and off balance Shotaro to face-plant on the ground.

Now, none of this will kill or seriously injure Shotaro, but it will cause him a good deal of pain, possibly ending the fight right there. Shotaro will probably not be able to dodge any of these strikes if all events go according to perfection, as he will already have been blinded by Messiah’s little trick with the mirrors. If this all works out, Shotaro will be lying on his face in the grass, in a good deal of pain. This is a bit of a brutal maneuver, but Messiah goes all out in his fights; he does not go easy on anybody, no matter who it is.

It was all over the moment Shotaro was blinded by the light. He had caught Messiah in his hold, but the boy was just too crafty. He reflected the light from the sun into the eyes of Shotaro, breaking his concentration. He was then assaulted quickly, all of Messiah's attacks landing.

Shotaro would get up from the ground. Throughout the entire battel he had been wounded moderately. He had a well sized cut on his thigh, a lump on his head, and a busted nose. Shotaro would stand on his feet, his kunai still managed to be held in his hand. He would stare at the boy in front of him, "You are a formidable opponent." Shotaro would say. "Your merciless ways are inspiring, you may be younger than me but you taught me a lot in this spar. I hope we have the opportunity to meet again, when I am stronger." Shotaro would say this as he walked away, he would still be peering at the boy slightly, out of the corner of his eyes. He had a lot to work on once he returned back to the village.

Messiah is thrilled as all of his strikes connect. He had really thought that Shotaro had beaten him with that unique technique, but once again, Messiah has managed to extricate himself from this sticky situation using his remarkable ingenuity. Shotaro seems stunned by the string of attacks, and once he is on the ground, Messiah takes a good look at him. Man, had he been ruthless in this fight. Shotaro looked pretty beaten up: broken nose, slashed thigh, banged head, and some various other bruises. Messiah feels kind of bad, brutalizing his opponent like this, but the only way to get stronger was to go all out.

Messiah grins as the boy gets up and walks away, expressing a desire to fight Messiah again once the two of them are stronger.

“I would like that very much,” Messiah replies, “I have legendary abilities that I have not yet unlocked, but someday when I reach my true potential and so have you, we should definitely meet up again. I have learned a lot from you as well my friend, and I will keep an eye out for your face.”

Messiah grins, walking off into the distance, back towards Tengakure. This kid was certainly powerful, and intriguing. Someday, when the two of them had progressed a good deal, they would have a truly epic fight. Messiah realizes that he will have to train a good deal before this can happen, as well as rank up. He is a bit discouraged that he has not yet made any use of his sharingan, his clan’s most coveted ability. With it, this fight might have been half as long than it had turned out to be.

Messiah yawns, it is dark now, and he must go home and sleep. His mother will be wondering where he has been all day...
