Frankenstein?!? (private)

Lightning flashed by the tallest tower of Tengakure and the rain slanted into each and every building. The leader of the Skyscraper village sat in his office wih his fingers interlaced waiting...waiting for one of his anbu. A few dark thought skirted through Shinji's mind. He had turned to many a thing to cure his boredom he had taken up many forms of chess and even a bit of gambling. Usually at this time of day he would already be sleeping, but today was a different day indeed. Just a few days prior one named Messiah had fallen dead in Shinji's office. Normally Shinji would have buried him as is the tradition in Tengakure, so that the bloodline could not be reused. However, before that could be done a few issues came to Shinji's desk. Apparently the boy had caused some trouble with a few Leaf ninja, which was unacceptable. This news had saddened the Tenkage even more and it pushed him not to bury the boy, because he had disgraced the village. Furthermore he was an Uchiha with two dormant eyes of the clan-a rarity. All in all it was a chance Shinji could not pass up. Especially when a almost imperceptible yet surprisingly strong voice whispered in the back of his mind to grab the power that had been offered to him. It was an odd feeling and Shinji almost unconsciously chose to take the eyes for his own-was this a fall from grace?

At long last, and heralded by the low rumble of thunder in the distance, an anbu with an odd stork mask stepped into the office soundlessly. The anbu did not speak, but only held open the door for Shinji. With a slight shrug he got up and went through the door followed by the stork masked anbu. The anbu then took the lead and led Shinji to the medical ward. Upon stepping into the room Shinji was asked to lay down on the table. He was then strapped down, so he could not hurt himself. Taking one last glance to his left Shinji saw the body of Messiah...Messiah Uchiha. The boy's right eye had been removed and was being prepared for a transplant while the other one would be taken out a preserved by the medical corps of Tengakure for use by Shinji at a later date. And that was the last thing Shinji saw as he was put under anesthesia.

From that point on the doctors worked quickly as possible without getting sloppy. They carefully removed Shinji's right eye and then replaced it with the right eye of Messiah Uchiha. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Once done the medics wrapped a healthy amount of bandages around Shinji's head such that it also covered the eye that had been operated on. It would take a while for the eye to heal. However, the doctors did not stop there. They took a sizable vial of Messiah's blood and laid it down next to Shinji. They then removed a bit of Shinji's blood and injected the Uchiha blood into his veins. All the while the thunder could be heard outside. At last the procedure was over. In a short while Shinji awoke with a bandage over his right eye and splitting headache. Only time would tell if the procedure had been a success. In the interim the body of Messiah Uchiha would be kept in a top secret morgue that was always guarded by anbu who were under strict orders to let no one, but the Tenkage in and even then Shinji would be asked questions only he could answer. With his splitting headache the Tenkage left the operating room with the assistance of one of his anbu and headed to a nice warm bed. The weakness would pass, but it would take a while for the eye to come into commission while Shinji's body got used to it, but that was life-a waiting game.
