1. Blazing isn't even a civilian, he's a shinobi from the sand village. He even introduces himself in this thread as a Genin of the the sand

2. This would make zero sense IC, why would you have your bounty raised for cutting a kids cheek, and then telling him was an accident and apologizing?

1. Eh, no one RP's as a civilian and shinobi seem more important, so figured I could still rank from that.

3. For the stuff I've already done as C ranked (Elemental training as an example.) I assume is voided as well? (Not much stuff.)

wouldn't a village ninja be a civilian of the said village??? Definition of Civilian is after all

"A person not in the armed services or the police force" I don't see him being any form of Police, which would be Anbu on naruto, not to mention that when someone goes off duty then they are once again a Civilian.
