D-Rank: Art Thief

Kojin scratched his head, thinking about the mission he was assigned. Apparently there was someone stealing some paintings from houses and stores. Now who would steal some boring old art? Maybe they were selling it to make some easy money? Oh well, he would find out when he captures this person. First, he needed a way to lure in the thief. This way he could catch the person when they reveal themselves. 'But exactly how would I do that?' he wondered, 'Oh! Maybe I can hide in an art shop and wait for the thief to pop up!' he thought. The boy wouldn't actually go inside the art shop, just around the back or the entrance. He started to look around for the closest store that sold art. 'Alright, found one!' he thought.

Kojin quickly made his way to the side of the store and, using his chakra, climbed up the wall to the roof. He then sat down on the ledge, while keeping an eye on the opening of the store. It was already pretty late at night, people were coming home from work, shops were closing, and kids, around Kojin's age, were going to sleep. This would be the perfect time for someone to attempt stealing something. Since there was no one near the shop, the boy took this time to think like he usually does on missions. He still didn't understand why this robber would take paintings. There wasn't anything really exciting about them. Still, this was only his opinion and he wasn't such a big fan of art. Of course other things, like sculptures did interest him, even if they were just another form of art.

All of a sudden he heard something. It was the sound of footsteps, someone was coming! Kojin looked around the area, hoping to spot the source of the sound. His eyes finally settled on someone dressed completely in black carrying a sack on their shoulders. The boy's eyes narrowed as the stranger entered the store through the window. 'That definitely must be him' he thought. Jumping off his seat on the ledge, he quickly entered through the window as well. He saw the thief take a painting of the wall and put it in the sack they had with them. 'Is the rest of the paintings in there as well?' he wondered. If so, then that would save him the trouble of looking for them himself. Still, if he did they would probably give him more ryo as the reward... but that wasn't his mission.

Right now, he had to capture this person and bring them to justice! Before the robber could get any more paintings from the store, Kojin used his speed to get behind the person. He then chopped at the person's pressure point in their neck. As they fell to the ground, unconscious, the boy quickly grabbed the sack and looked inside. Apparently, his assumption was right. The thief did have all the paintings with them. "Now that is just dumb, why carry all the stuff you stole with you?" he asked to no one in particular. Carrying the sack and robber with him, Kojin exited the art shop as another mission was completed.
