An Unexpected Fighter! [IO, NK]

The horror brought to the training grounds was finally put to an end through combined forces. Raijin's chakra that had replenished was now used up again, sending him falling onto his bottom. His Sharingan slowly rotated into the normal onyx colored eyes one would usually see him with. "It's finally over. That thing is gone. We did well you guys." Such a feat would have never been carried out by average Genin. No, these Genin were special. Raijin knew that in the future they'd be quite a powerful group. Sunagakure was in the process of developing these boys; be it by training out in the fields or battling dangerous creatures the land had given.

"I will never feeld bad for that creature. Even if what it did was in it's nature, such an act could not be forgiven." He looked over at the pool of human blood. The blood of the innocent. It pained Raijin knowing that he could have saved them. But something like this could only be thought about, there was nothing else he could do. No remains to use for the funeral, no identification, nothing. He simply raised his head and closed his eyes. Rainclouds were moving in; a rare sight but it was happening. "I hope that in the future I'm strong enough to protect people from fates like that."

Yukio and kurai were relieved that the battle was over and the war was won but at the cost of innocent lives. how the innocent have fallen " we should pray for them my friends they did not do anything wrong but tried to help :(" kurai grabbed near by flowers and placed them near the blood stained sand "these poor people" kurai sighed as he walked away "a storm was coming which was a sign of great sorrow and despair "come on guys we have to return to the village and report this incident so pack up and lets get out of here " kurai helped packed the bag and help Raijin to his feet "come comrades this day will forever be remembered as the dark day" they walked away with their heads down as the Innocent lives that tried to help them perished at no simple cost

Kojin turned away from the sight of the dismembered bodies. It had made him sick to his stomach to even lay an eye on that. What those scorpions did... unforgivable. It was basically a heartless act, something he hated. He looked up and saw rainclouds moving in. That was something unusual in Sunagakure. Since they were in the desert, they barely had rain. It still surprises him to see lakes and small rivers around the place though. He guessed there had to be a water source somewhere for these things.

'Okay, now I'm getting a bit off topic.' he thought. Thinking about it, it couldn't be a coincidence that depressing rainclouds were coming. It was a mark of sorrow for the travelers that had died, they were just at the wrong place at the wrong time unfortunately. He saw Yukio place a flower in the bloody sand. The color of the plant, that was once white, slowly stained red from the blood. It almost looked like a rose. "How tragic" he mumbled. There was nothing else he could think of to say. He heard Yukio then suggest that they go report this and nodded in agreement.

He went to follow the Inuzuka and canine. The boy was positive the travelers were in a better place though.

The rain had started falling in the village pretty soon. Raijin continued to look up at the clouds as the droplets descended from the heavens and onto the sand. Yukio had set down flowers for those who have passed, paying his tributes. Kojin followed behind him. It was a sad day. What was meant to be a normal training day had turned into a nightmare. Raijin stood up and followed his friends out of the grounds. Before completely exiting he bowed his head and made a prayer for the family. "Enjoy paradise." He then walked off. This rainfall would fill up that hole and create another body of water. They'd see how long the rain would last.
