when tentacles collide! (IO, nk, Psychosis)

Alice had just left the village gate area after she had killed, and double penetrated the unknown enemy ninja with her heart beasts and gained her third heart. As she was running she remembered that she forgot to bring the body with her, so she ran back to where she had left the corpse, hoping that animals had gotten into the enemy ninja's body yet. It was still the dead of night so she was certain no normal person would be up at this time besides her as she could not sleep hearing the 3, now 4 hearts beating inside her, as they made her remember all she  had killed to further her own life, and power. It was not that she felt bad for killing the ninja, they got what was coming to them by under estimating her powers, and trying to invade the village, or attack her. She was simply doing her duty as a ninja by protecting her village, the hearts being a simple bonus to the mix. No the reason Alice could not sleep was because the memories of her kills excited her like nothing ever did, they made her become filled with energy, they invigorated her down to the last thread of her body. She had never felt such pleasure or energy in her life, usually she was just tried and lazy but filled with the feelings of killing made her want to fight and prove herself. Even though Alice had killed four ninja so far, and was filled with enough energy to power an entire village, she still felt utterly weak. She felt as if she would never evolve past killing simple low rank invading ninja. She had seen ninja in the village have amazing abilities and feats, some being genin. She remembered the boy she fought in the Chunin exams who could make forests, and her friend tee who could control darkness and use super high level lightning attack. Sure she had some how beaten the forest boy and made it to chunin, but she felt like she had never been able to move past it, she still felt the same power wise, even with her four beating hearts pounding their grotesque synchronized symphony inside her body. Tee has also gone with the Raikage, and another chunin to leaf on a super secret mission ,while she was still stuck here in Kumo. Everyone but her seemed to be evolving, and getting better and she just felt the same. She needed someone who could understand her and help her grow with her unique abilities. Someone who would understand her techniques that were deemed by some as immoral acts against people. She needed someone who was just as freaky as she was to help her grow and learn from them , someone who would understand her. Sure Alice had some friends and family she knew and cared for, but most of them did not know about how her body worked and performed. 

Finally Alice made it back to where the corpse of her enemy lay. She tucked a strand of her long black hair behind her hair and un stitched her heart beast bear, and heart beast octopus. Thankfully tonight Alice was wear a simple purple top that stopped at her dress, and a simple short purple skirt  that reached just above her knees, with the black ninja boots tee gave her. Her black ninja mast was on, and her Kumo nin head band was wrapped around her neck. The outfit Alice had on left her back completely naked, so her three masks stitched on her back would be visible. Usually Alice would cover them up so no one saw, but tonight she did not as she knew she might have use for them, and she doubted anyone would be around to seem them. Her octopus used it's eight tentacles to wrap around the body, and the many parts of the body that had been torn from the boy in Alice's furry. She also took the time to see what the boy had been carrying and found 500 ryo which she swiftly took, but found nothing else important. She had the octopus but the body parts on the bears back , which she had cave in slightly so they would not fall out on the trip back. She she had her octopus stitch back into her back. Sh frowned still thinking about how weak she thought she was, but stopped when her bear nuzzled her hand with it's masked face. Some would think of this as gross being as the bear was made form threads and the heart of a dead ninja, but Alice found it cute and nice, and petted the bears head softly. The bear had been her first heart beast created, and was her favorite one so far. She smiled slightly and began to walk with her bear back to the village.

Well, see, the real problem was that no normal ninja would notice Alice. Apparently she didnt realize who all lived in Kumo, lets see, Misaki, Kuro, Kurisu. Though, what kind of piss poor luck would she have to have to have them notice her? Even one of them would be horrible. Unfortunately, actually, who the hell believes its unfortunate? Misaki might get angry that one of her gennin had died, but she wouldnt care too much. Kurisu would just applaud her, and Kuro... well, you are about to find out. See, Kuro had actually been watching the girl as she had raped the poor boy with her... threads? He didnt care, his tentacles were better! He could prove it too. Anyway, all such things aside, Kuro was very interested. Of all the ninja he knew, only two ripped out their opponent's dead heart, himself, and Oscorp. They, of course, ate the hearts, but this girl seemingly... absorbed it. Oh she definitely had his attention now. Whether that was good or bad, god only knows. When it comes down to it, usually people who get Kuro's attention either die painfully, or get rewarded. So far? He was tempted towards the reward. Although... not everyone liked Kuro's idea of a reward. This girl though? She needed training. that was obvious.

There were several questions he wondered. Was the girl a follower? or a leader? He knew not. She was interesting, but she had not shown many patterns which lead towards either. Either way, everyone needed a base to start with. Kuro strolled forward, barely visible, but enough to be noticed by the girl, with his eyes glowing and teeth shining. God he loved how his teeth were fucking monstrous. It made him look so much more intimidating. "My my... what a naughty girl." Kuro stepped out of the shadows, which was hard, seeing how dark it was, and grinned. "You know what I do with naughty girls?" Kuro tried his best to sound demented, he really did, but at best he sounded a bit excited. He paused, allowing the girl to think for a moment. "I train them as my apprentices! Ive seen your work! Killing a boy you just raped? A masterpiece! Absorbing his heart? Vunderbar! Ive been looking for an apprentice, and you fit the bill perfectly. So.. what do you say?"

Now, Kuro may not have had a real bounty, since the only village which would want him dead WAS dead, but he WAS one of the most well known ninja around. Mostly because no one had cheated the rogue ninja system so effectively. A bounty-less rogue was unheard of, until Kiri was destroyed. Of course, even if he had a bounty, who would really want to fuck with him? To even be able to stand his presence for more than ten seconds took a level of madness not seen in most humans. Of course, he was counted more as a demon than a human these days. Inhuman chakra, insane, cruel, twisted morals, cannibalism. Honestly, he only looked human without his eyes and alterations, such as his teeth, which were more like a carnivore's fangs than a human's mouth, and his byakugan, which was implanted in his chest. Was he human? What WAS human? Hell if he knew, he was him, and he was happy. Or so... he told himself.

Alice walked along the dark path back to the village her heart beast bear right next to her. It was sick in a way, but Alice felt comforted with the beast with her as she usually spent a lot of time alone. Now not that she would ever admit publicly or verbally, she was quite lonely sometimes and her heart beasts were in a sense her companions. They were the only ones that knew in depth the abilities of her Earth Grudge Fear, and understood her emotions with killing, even though they were simply manifestations of the hearts of dead ninja she had killed and her threads, she felt a connection to them, and felt like they could understand her. Besides the masks, thread bodies, and sinister chakra that reeked of decay, they were just like regular pets to her. They comforted her, played when they were out, and defended her. They understood her emotions and sometimes acted on them, like when she was killing the boy a little bit ago and he made her furious with his ramblings, her heart beast acted on that and penetrated the boy making his death even more painful then it had been before he made those comments. 

She was abruptly pulled back into reality when her heart beast bear stopped and took a stance for battling, there was something up ahead. When her bear took the stance all the pieces of the boys body fell off of it, her heart beast octopus quickly un stitched and caught them all with its tentacles. Alice activated her Byakugan to see better, and was surprised to find someone coming towards her. She hadn't expected anyone to be out here at this time of night, and now she was caught in the act of using her Earth Grudge Fear, and carrying the body of dead boy. Half her mind automatically said to try and kill the person so her secret would stay safe, but Alice was thinking much more clearly than before, and knew attacking someone you knew nothing about could end badly, even though it had been working pretty well for her so far. The person was coming closer to her, and Alice was starting to question if it even was a person with how big the thing's teeth were. Her Byakugan allowed her to see his chakra system, and she could tell his chakra was far above that of any regular human limitations, she felt as if she was staring into an abyss when looking at him. The thing called out and called her a "naughty girl." It sounded male so she would address him as one. "My sir what big teeth you have." She would say back with the familiar taste of sarcasm returning to her mouth. She knew it was pretty dumb to be sarcastic in front of a person, or thing that has chakra that way surpassed her own, and could most likely kill her, but for Alice sarcasm was her natural defensive mechanism when faced with something she was not sure about. He then made another comment asking if she knew what he did to naughty girls, and the only thing Alice thought at that moment was, so this is how I lose my virginity, and maybe life. Then the man did something weird he asked her to become his apprentice, apparently he had seem her performance before with the boy. Alice was somewhat relieved, but also still hesitant. "Me? But I don't even know who you are, or really what you are?" She said slightly flustered from all that had happened. She did not know what this guy was, he did not seem that human, then again Alice wasn't really human either, but still she wanted know his name, and who she would be calling sensei if she accepted. She had been looking for a teacher who could understand her weird abilities and mind set, and this guy seemed to fit that need well, seeing as he probably had strange abilities too, and a messed up mind set to enjoy Alice's performance.

Kuro only grinned, his smirk widening, before he snapped. Now, to understand what happened next, you must understand the reality of what darkness and light really are. Light, in the scientific world, is defined as the reflections of particles off of objects, which allow us to see things. However, in reality, that is false. All objects reflect some particles, visible or not. This would mean everything gives off light, but is completely untrue. Now, Darkness is merely defined as the absence of light. That, however, is the most watered down and incredibly simplified explanation. Darkness is when something blocks out the reflections. Now, Kuro's most valued ability, his darkness manipulation, revolved around physical darkness, but he could also effect visual darkness, which is precisely what he did. The area around Kuro brightened, but it was still slightly dim. He knew she should be able to see him, and, no doubt, recognize him. He WAS one of the most famous people there were in Kumo after all. To be literal, Kuro did not brighten the area around him, he simply removed the darkness. It was surprisingly easy, considering that this was a forum and logic pretty much doesnt exist in most cases that arent major. To be technical, there is nothing really blocking the light, but rather dulling it, and it is distance. By manipulating darkness to avoid these areas, he was able to make the light stronger, but not blindingly so. Too bad. A blind opponent was a dead one.

Kuro stared into her eyes, seeing if she could stand his gaze. Usually people flinched, or cried, when faced with his constant sharingan eyes. Not because of the sharingan, but because of the horrors which his eyes seemed to radiate. It was a useful technique really, but it was so simple. By changing the various positions of the limbs and such, one could easily radiate a dominating aura. Even without that, Kuro was known for his cruelty, and his madness. One did not look into the eyes of a madman without madness themselves. Kuro seemingly vanished, appearing far closer to her than before, where he was many meters away. Now he was just a few short feet away from her. He studied her for a moment. She wasnt a civilian, obviously. She was well fed, judging by the fact that she was not emaciated. That meant she probably had a family, but he doubted it. For some reason most gennin these days didnt have parents. How odd. In any case, she seemed every bit as strong as you would expect of a gennin who had just absorbed a heart to be. His byakugan detected a decent, well, not to him, he had more chakra than pretty much anything, level of chakra in her. She would make a nice apprentice. She also seemed to have very little care for silly morals. She was a gold mine if she was half as smart as he had been at her age. Then again he didnt know exactly how old she was. Regardless, if she was of slightly above average intelligence, than she would be his perfect apprentice. He could teach her, so long as she could learn. He wondered how she would do.

Alice witnessed as the man controlled the darkness around them, causing it to fade away into a dim brightness. Alice was shocked by this power, able to control the darkness of the area around them with just a simple snap was unheard of. This man was far out of her level his chakra so immense and sinister that she felt like she was looking into an abyss. As the area around them brightened to a low dim she got a better look at the strange man, and felt as if she had recognized him from somewhere. Her mind brought her back to a memory from awhile ago when her aunt told her bed time stories about the ninja of kumo. "A man who's very chakra is wicked and dark. So dark that the man can control the very essence of darkness and bind it to his will. The missing ninja with no bounty, the demon lord Kuro Shikyo." Her aunt had said to her. Alice thought she was exaggerating slightly with the tale in order to scare her, but now she was not so sure it was exaggerated. This man was on a whole other level compared to any ninja she had met before, even her squad leader. 

When the man moved forward her hearts beasts moved closer to her for a defensive measure. The man starred straight into her eyes and she stared back. She felt as if she was staring into the eyes of a demon. They seemed to pierce her with their blood lust and insanity, making her question if these were the eyes of a person with power. They terrified her, but also excited her. Her four hearts pounded swiftly with excitement. Something about the madness and cruelty they had alluring her, making her remember the high she got from killing and stitching the hearts of her victims inside herself. It was intoxicating, addictive, she couldn't look away if she tried, they were just so interesting to her. She pushed past her heart beasts until she was only 6 to 7 feet away from the man, staring into his eyes the entire time she walked, a look of interest, and wonder on her face. "Why would someone as strong as you, waste your time with someone as weak as me as your apprentice?" She asked softly, all fear gone from her voice, replaced by curiosity, and interest. Alice did not look away from the man's eyes while saying this. "Sorry I know it's rude to stare, but something about your eyes is so beautiful."

Much on his mind, there was. In many ways, Kuro was now even more interested. Once he paused to notice it, she had only really taken the kid's heart, ignoring the rest. While the information on Earth Grudge fear was rare, Claire had noted quite a bit of it in her lab. Not much, something about acquiring hearts and wires. Some of her notes had aged too much to really read, but when he noted the beasts and the heart, it was obvious. This girl was one of those famous supposed immortals. Of course she herself wasnt famous, but still. The fact that she had information on him at all was surprising as well. Being pretty much unknown to the world had a large bonus for him, meaning it took some actual research to find out about him. He may be somewhat infamous, but only as Psychosis. People didnt often know his real name. Let alone look at him with respect. Oh he could feel her fear, but it was different now. Before it seemed to be because he was an unknown, now it seemed to be a respectful fear, and even then it was little. Kuro grinned. Perfect choice.

For a moment, Kuro disappeared, but in that same moment appeared near her shoulder, leaning down to whisper into her ear. "You interested me. You already know who I am... but who... are... you." He spoke calmly, as if he was in a position of absolute invincibility, and for the moment, he was. He stood up and grinned down at her. "Regardless of your perceptions about yourself, you have three main things I want in an apprentice. You have a rare power, Earth Grudge Fear, I believe it was. Then you have the obvious respect and power to actually match my gaze, even some kages back down from it, impressive. Then... you have little morals, dont you? Raping that boy with these things, stealing his heart, quite literally... An apprentice after my own heart! Not literally, as you would die fast, but still. Impressive. Ive seen some dark people, but to disregard any morals and just outright rape a boy with these... things. I like it. You have the chance to become my apprentice, why really question it?" Kuro let his emotion flow into his words, showing his obvious curiosity about the girl. She had interested him, and that was rare. Not enough to become his master, not by a long shot, but still. Enough to notice. Perhaps she could prove herself to be more.

Alice held back a gasp when the man was suddenly disappeared and reappeared whispering in her ear. Even her fully mastered Byakugan has trouble keeping up with the mans speed. Another reminder of how utterly out classed she was right now with the infamous criminal whispering into her ear. She never expected to be in such a situation with someone with such a high amount of power and insanity. She had no idea what he was capable of, well she knew a little what he was capable of seeing as most of the time demise, destruction, and insanity were associated when speaking of the man. Her hearts still were beating fast with excitement of finding someone who did not view her ability with disgust or hatred. He asked her name, so she willed herself to calm down enough to speak calmly and confidently.

"My name is Alice. Alice Hyuuga." She said calmly. little fear in her voice, with her eyes moving to look at him. She relaxed a little happy she had not done something embarrassing like had a voice crack or not have been able to speak, sometimes with her mask not showing her mouth moving, and her voice so quiet no one could hear it through her mask. When the man spoke of the earth grudge fear by name her eyes widened slightly as she was surprised a little. No one had known the name of her technique until now but her aunt, and herself. It was very rare to see, the village that originally had the scroll for the technique being destroyed and all. Truly this man was not only extremely powerful, but incredibly knowledgeable to know the name so easily. He was everything Alice was not it seems. He then talked about her lack of morals. Alice never thought about how her morals had mostly been eradicated since she had stitched herself to immortality. She remembered feeling slight disgust in her first kill, but that had quickly been switched out for excitement and pleasure. After each kill the feeling of disgust seemed to become a distant memory. She never felt any remorse anymore for what she did, only the rush it brought her. When the heart beasts had pulled the little stunt of raping the boy back there, they were going on her instinct really. She had been so angry that she hadn't really had time to think of what to do, before the beasts acted. The man also kept calling her beasts things, which she got a slightly defensive about as her beasts were in some twisted way her closest friends, and she had some slight care and affection for them. "I'm sorry for questioning you, just someone like you wanting someone like me to be your apprentice just seemed to good to be true. Please teach me." she said. "I call them heart beasts." She said trying to show her beasts as more than just things. She had her bear pad slowly forward on her other side, and it lower its head for her to lightly pet it. The bear was still speckled with the blood of the ninja who had doubted Alice, after it had ripped claw through the poor boy's anus, and out his private spot blood must have splatted it a lightly bit, but Alice did not mind.

When pondering how the central nervous system and coagulated thoughts work inside those with many issues involving the cortex, one must truly understand the full effects each issue can have. Of course, the inner workings of the brain are known to very few, at least in a context that is even partially accurate. In essence, no one really understands each other, and thus, everyone is insane to another person. Insanity is a false truth, a truth which persists yet ends at the same time. In the physical realm, this would be called Anarchy. In the mental realm, it is called Psychosis. This was how his nickname came about. Few understand the truth behind it, or why he called himself it. It simply stuck. It fit the madman with pinpoint accuracy. The name meant that he understood the truth behind all madness, all differences, and all illusions. In a manner of speaking, he was the God of the Mind. No one understood what he did, nor how he did. His way was his own, his paths unrecognizable, a single word from him could mean more than a speech from the greatest. Yet... With all that knowledge, and all that power, comes a deep... loneliness. A boredom, persisting to eternally torment his quick mind. He had no equal to speak to. Sure, there were those who he could respect in intelligence, but none ever challenged his wit. He may have served Minatsuki, but both of them knew their strengths and weaknesses. Kuro was something no one really understood. A saintly devil, a godly weakling. Pure and simple, a contradiction. Everyone else saw themselves as one or the other, at least most did. Kuro saw the truth. Black and white, regardless of the names, are only shades of gray. There was never a real black, the white may just be unnoticeable, the same with white.

With Kuro's incredibly bored brain, thoughts often shot themselves forward into the forefront of his thoughts, letting him have the curiosity he did. In any case, his thoughts drifted ever further, wandering in his skull... Then he acted. Well, he spoke. Let it not be said that Kuro doesnt have tact. Time to test the girl for two things. Two things even he had trouble with, though that was for his own reasons. "You have marvelous breasts." He spoke, grinning widely. Now lets see if that would work for this little test. It wouldnt do to have an apprentice who couldnt do the two basic things he needed. Get your mind out of the gutter. Oh and stop reading topics that arent yours, Steve. Okay, maybe he should lay off the sake. The man at the bar certainly seemed to think so... Well, he did, but them Kuro gained a front yard ornament.

"ummmmmmmmmm Thank you." She said calmly. In the inside of her brain she was slightly freaking out. Thoughts such as "Oh god why", "So this is how I lose my virginity", "I knew I should have worn something slightly less revealing", and "shit". All were bouncing along her thought process as her newly appointed sensei complimented her chest. On the outside she remained calm and collected as if the "compliment" hadn't bothered her in the slightest. She wondered if this guy really wanted to train her for her potential, or just for her female talents. "So what are we gonna do first she asked." Shifting her body so her breasts were farther away and more out of view of his eyes.
