Meeting The Puppeteer [P,NK]

Xuro Bakuton was walking through the village of Sunagakure, happy to be around people again... And not huge gigantic ugly beasts...


Xuro was dressed in his formidable white brotherhood of Light Cloak over his lightweight Jounin attire. Xuro had his BoL head band over his head slanted across his left eye hiding his dormant Mangekyou Sharingan.

He was quite pleased to see so many familiar faces and was very at home. He re acknowledged the fact not to leave the village again.
He wanted to see maybe he can find some new genin, the new breed of Ninja baring the Sunagakure head band and maybe get to know one or two. So Xuro walked lazily with his hands inside his cloak keeping a keen eye on anyone baring the signature marking of Sunagakure...

Corvin had decided that a walk through the village streets was just what he needed. He had been training hard for the Chuunin exams and needed to just relax for a bit. Even still, he had made the commitment to not come out of his puppet Anima much when in public. Maybe it was quirky or just an affectation, but even still this was how he chose to be now. Anima took up a good deal of space on the street and called a lot of attention to himself, but that was alright. Anima stood well over 7 foot tall and nearly 5 foot wide at its widest point. It wore a long black cloak with red trimmings and a high collar that covered everything below the eyes. The cloak also had a hood which Anima generally kept up while not in combat. It wore a Suna genin headband around its left arm proudly. Someone who did not know otherwise might believe that it was merely a super large man under the cloak rather than a puppet being controlled from within. On its back was a large iron gourd and on its waist were two plain looking seal scrolls.

As Corvin moved through the streets, he noticed that people quickly got used to the site of Anima. In a village filled with shinobi of all sorts, he supposed a sight like this is not the craziest thing the villagers had seen. He walked down the street simply taking in the feel of the village he loved and letting it relax him.

Xuro as he was acting out his lazy walk,
came across quite the sight. A very
huge tall man, with a cloak & hood
which covered his head, walking
through the streets bearing the
Sunagakure head band on his arm. Xuro hadn't seen this big man before and he was quite mysterious at that...
The strange ninja had definitely caught caught Xuro's attention...
Xuro wanted to get a good picture of
the man and by picture Xuro meant
viewing it with another eye. Xuro lifted
up his head band revealing his left eye
still closed. Upon gently opening of his
eye, the cold stare of crimson red
sharingan was revealed, the three
tomoe state being the basic version of
Xuro's much more advanced Sharingan
eye. But he didn't require all of that
extra touch to his eye as it was just a
big strain on Xuro and also wasn't
worth the risk. The crimson eye gazed
at the man revealing the man was
infact not really a man. Xuro's eye
showed him that he was actually not human but appears to be a puppet? The control of the puppet being within the giant puppet. "Ooh a puppetry ninja??
Not to mention a puppeteer that lives within his puppet.~Epic" Xuro thought to himself. The puppet seemed so life like. Must be an excellent puppeteer. Xuro was indeed impressed!
He closed his eye and slid his head
band back into its usual position. He
then walked up to the mysterious puppet and said to it with a smile, "Soooo... Cool puppet you
got there!"

Corvin turned, a little surprised someone had actually addressed him directly. The man had Jounin gear but an odd headband he had never seen before. The headband matched the cloak the man wore over his typical jounin attire. It was enough to peak Corvin's interest. While normally he would have to either look up to people or at best view them eye to eye, while within Anima he could loom down upon the man in front of him. "You're quite observant." Corvin's actual voice was masked by the puppet, the puppet's voice coming out in a deeper, much more proper tone. "That's an interesting headband."

Xuro waited for a reply from the puppet boy and he finally got one in the strange voice of the puppet.

"Yes I do. One can say, I have the eye for these kind of things... Yes well my head band, although I'm a loyal jounin of Sunagakure, it is a symbol of the organisation I lead: the Brotherhood of Light.... Oh where's my manners?? The names Xuro, Xuro Bakuton. Pleasure to meet you puppet boy!"

He chuckled as he spoke directly to the puppet and ofcouse indirectly to the puppeteer...

Corvin listened to the man and had to restrain himself from getting upset at being called "puppet boy". "My name is Corvin Kinzokutei, purely loyal to the Sunagakure village," he said jokingly. "To what do I owe the pleasure of you're greeting?" Corvin had not expected anyone to brave speaking with Anima, yet this man simply walked right up to him. Corvin had to wonder if he was selling something.

"Ah nice to meet you. Just I haven't seen puppeteer around a lot and you caught by attention. The works on this puppet is excellent not to mention you protected by it hehe.... I wonder what this thing is capable of... Hmmm... Hope you don't mind if I smash it open, do you? Haha!"
Xuro was just kidding around but he wanted to see what the boy's reaction would be since that would determine just how strong the puppet really is....

Xuro only knew of one other puppeteer, Hirako Aburame. But he didn't really see any of his puppets since he hadn't actually met Hirako in a while actually...
The kid probably got also some new pretty cool puppets who knows but Xuro wondered if they were as cool as this freaken brick wall of a puppet!

Corvin laughed at the man's remark about breaking Anima open. "It is capable of enough that I can openly laugh at the thought of someone trying to break it open. We puppeteers are a rare thing indeed, but with any luck I can become good enough one day that people will try emulating me." Corvin said the first comment in a tone clearly showing he was joking. As he spoke, Corvin tried looking the man over to see what he himself was capable of. He was again struck with curiosity over the strange headband. He would have to inquire more about it soon.

"Oh is that So then? I guess that Puppet's pretty strong then. I hope to have a spar sometime with it and just see how of good puppeteer you really are... I never fought a puppetry user before... So do you have any other puppets Convin?"

Xuro was talking to the boy when he beast within his subconscious spoke to him.
"So then... The Kid also hides behind stuff. Just like You hiding behind your foolish comrades. You can never hide from me! I WILL KILL YOU!!"

Xuro replied back to the beast within his own mind, "Shut up! Don't Talk about the boy like that. He's a puppeteer and you wouldn't know shit about it coz you a Faggot Bitch that's trapped inside a "Puny Human Fool" like you always say! So remain in the dark and keep quiet. I don't need your stupid second opinions on everyone."

"Why don't we just show the boy how strong we really are. Let me out and we'll squash that puppet like a bug!"

"I said keep quiet Beast! You won't ever get out! End of Story!"

Xuro scolded the beast before leaving his mind and returned to the real world to focus upon the Puppeteer Convin and see what he has to say...

As Corvin was about to reply, a messenger bird perched on Anima's shoulder. Taking the letter it held, Corvin read it carefully. Looking back to his new friend, he sighed a bit. "I am afraid I must cut our little meeting short. It would seem I am being called back to the Chuunin exams. I must leave immediately. I look forward to speaking with you more once I return." Corvin gives a small bow as a way of apology and sets off for the village gates.
