Chapter 1: Versus 2: Leader and his Ninja[NK;Spar]

fortunately the great kage was actually out of the range of the attack, as he stood over 40 meters from the boy. Near would smile as he popped his neck and his fingers. He would then start to back away 2 meters and concentrate on his target. See one of the reasons why the kage was out of range was because of the the distance and height. Near had originally been 10 meters from the boy and as he ascended to the height he was now located he would now be a new distance away from the young man, making his attack null and unable to be done. Pride would begin a large series of hand signs as he continued to back away another 3 meters, this dangerous amount of hand signs posed a threat to the small frys in the world. As Near would inhale the air around him he would wait for his chance to release it.

[im still out of the range of that too, you only have lvl 4 which only reaches up to 40 meters...
Level Four control (5,000 words of training):
The user can now draw water from the ground (assuming there is water to
be had) with little chakra drain. The chakra strength of this level of
jutsu is 45. The range of the water control is a 40 meter radius around
the user. The user cannot use any jutsu while using this technique. The
speed of an attack with this water is equal to the user's chakra stat. ]

Kozai saw the man inhale air. This must be in order to prepare some kind of jutsu, possible a sort of wind blast. As the man inhaled, Kozai created three 5-inch domes of water around him, the first being 10 feet in radius, the second being 15 feet in radius, and the third being 20 feet in radius. Any attacks that targeted him had to come through those barriers. If any made it through the first two, he would freeze the third in the location where the attack would hit. If he began to run out of oxygen, he would import it using the same cis-trans mechanism that the golgi apparatus used to transport proteins between its faces. At this point, none of his jutsu could reach his opponent, so he had no choice but to defend.

Near would then end the large series of hand signs and wind would build around his face as the boy made his domes. Inside Pride was laughing as this would do nothing but delay the jutsu for a few seconds. Opening his mouth the jutsu would be created and would be launched toward the boy. The attack would grow after reaching the point of 5 feet. Growing toward the boy it would instantly take out all three domes as it had grew to a point of 50 meters alone. Near would begin to jump away from the attack and watch its damage from afar as it would uproot trees as if it had been a large tornado compressed into a giant ball of destruction. In the distance and all in the wind was a voice heard.. It was laughing but it would soon stop. Near would cause the jutsu to cancel, Had it of his the young man, so that he could keep the young boy alive long enough for him to take him to the hospital and get him bandaged. The shards of ice flew around in a panic As after a whole 3 minutes the dangerous wind would throw everything to the ground and dissipate. Near was extremely dangerous.

Having been tossed about by this ferocious attack, Evil Kozai made sure to not be stupid, and kept the ice shards away from his own body. When it stopped, he lay there. Hopefully he didn't have too many injuries, but as he got his bearings, he realized the attack had flattened.... everything. How was this even possible? It must have been a powerful jutsu indeed. Near must have some potent stuff up his sleeve. Kozai smiled; that was good, as it meant he had a new standard for "extreme power". Someday, he himself would achieve that standard. However, it was now painful for him to move, so he used water from underground to push himself up, and used an ice wall to support his body. "That was a most powerful attack, Lord Near. I'm pretty sure I would die if I took another like it."

Nears jutsu would deactivate as he would slowly fall back to the ground. Walking toward the boy he would put his arm around him and help him towards the village nearest their area. but this would only cause them to get lost as they would find themselves out of the land of rock. They were getting close to the great land of the rain as they limped and bleed slowly, poor souls looking for healing as they continued the journey. Near would tell the young boy as they walked, "Youre a lucky one.... having been able to make me bleed.... a very lucky one...." Pride would snicker and listen to this statement only to return to his dormant state. The land of Rain appeared to them.

Kozai limped along with his village leader, suffering a lot from the internal bleeding that had been caused by the jutsu. "I agree, and I'm also lucky to be alive! It looks like we're about to go on a grand adventure here! Hmm.... I'm guessing the land of rain isn't our final destination." He wondered if they were going to Taki or Suna. He breathed deeply, trying to keep himself from dying.
