Just keep Swimming, Just keep Swimming... (Travel)

Johan continued walking towards the shore of the Island country since he had already left the village. The boy had begun to see some boat in the distance so he guessed they were people who could help him cross over to the Fire Country. It was hot today, but it was bearable due to the winds coming from the sea. But he was positive that the heat would get to him sooner or later, he would prefer that it came later though. It didn't take long for the Uzumaki to arrive at one of the boats, it seemed big enough to fit a handful of people. Luckily, there wasn't anyone who was currently traveling with him. His onyx eyes stopped at the figure who was lazily laying down in the boat. He walked closer towards it and lightly raised up his hand. "Excuse me?" he asked, getting the stranger's attention, "You wouldn't happen to be heading to the fire country would you?" Johan took a minute to analyze the woman spoke (yes, it was a girl). The lady seemed to be in her early twenties, with bright blonde hair and green sea eyes.

She lazily looked up at the chuunin. "Yea, you need a ride?" she questioned. Johan nodded as she motioned for him to hop into the boat. He complied and literally leaped from his current spot into the seat in front of the woman. It made the boat shake a bit, almost startling young adult. "So," Johan started, watching the lady start the motor, "What's your name? Mine is Johan!" The woman lightly smiled at the Uzumaki and adjusted her blue hat. "The names Lil,  it's short for Lily." she responded. He grinned at her while taking off his backpack and using it as a pillow. "Nice to meet you then" he said quietly, loud enough for only her to hear. Lil had already began running the motor, the sound loud enough for other people in their boats to here. Johan could feel the tiny "ship" moving forward at an alarming rate. Water sprayed onto his face since his head was facing the front edge(?) of the boat.

As they moved closer and closer to halfway across the ocean, the boat rocked violently, making Johan get dangerously close to the side of the boat numerous times. "H-hey can't this thing be a bit more calmer?" he said. Lil shook her head and frowned. "Seems like you just picked a bad day to go out into sea." she replied. The chuunin frowned and made the terrible choice of sitting up. He put his backpack back onto... his back and stood up, looking out into the seemingly endless ocean. 'I wish this thing would go a bit faster.' he thought with a frown placed onto his face. The boat suddenly jerked, making the boy wave his arms wildly and lose balance. "Hel-!" he was caught off once he had fell into the water, slowly sinking. However, the boat didn't stop, oh no, it just kept moving forward! Lil didn't even notice when the poor teenager had fell into the water! The Uzumaki quickly rose back to the surface, his head roughly poking out of the water causing a splash.

Johan viciously shook his head back and forth to get rid of the water that was in this hair. "... Awwwww," he whined with puppy dog eyes. He could practically feel Lil laughing at him, just why would the woman plainly ignore him like that? Luckily, his backpack slipped off him as he fell and was floating in the water next to him. It was waterproof so he didn't need to worry about anything getting soaked. The boy grabbed the pack and tied the strap under his chin, the bag was sitting a top his head. "Well, from what I remember from my map I'm not too far from my destination." he mumbled. Johan turned in the direction of the Fire Country and saw... land! It seemed he wasn't dropped off too far away! He grinned and raised his left fist into the air, "Time to swim!" The teenager then made his way towards land, having to spit out salt water every now and then.

Seconds turned into minutes before Johan had gotten closer to the shore. He smiled as he continued to swim forward, nothing could possibly slow him down! Poor kid, I just jinxed him... anyway. The Uzumaki wasn't aware of the dark figure in the water coming straight towards him. ".. Eh?" he questioned, feeling a chakra right behind him. He immediately stopped swimming and slowly turned his head, his skin paling while he did. "GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" he shrieked. There was... a very very large shark located only 1 meter away from him.. Well, there is only one thing to do! "Just keep swimming... JUST KEEP SWIMMING!" Johan shouted, moving through the water at full speed.

"Huff... Puff.." Johan panted. The boy just had to most terrible water experience in his life! Just when that thing was about to catch up to him, he used his Full Body Current to electrocute the water. Luckily, that had worked and he managed to make it onto the shore. He untied his backpack straps from under his chin and caught it as it fell forward. He quickly put it onto his back and shook his head again to get rid of any water. The ninja saw droplets fall onto the grass at his feet. He looked around the area and noticed there were multiple trees... yes, there was in fact a lot more trees than in Shimagakure. "Heh, guess I made it." he commented with a large smile. Johan then proceeded to make his way towards the great Leaf Village.
