Kenzo watched closely as Jason vanished into thin air, after creating a number of handseals. The disappearance after Kenzo's strike could have meant anything. Perhaps Kenzo was fighting a clone, or Jason had used the teleportation technique. Kenzo suspicions were all proved wrong when the large rock fell to the ground in the place of Jason. Kenzo knew, at that very moment, that Jason had used the Substitution Technique. Immediately Kenzo's eyes began to bounce around his view: Up, down, and side to side as he planted his foot on the ground. Kenzo saw nothing. That could only mean one thing. Jason was behind him. Jason's slow approach only gave Kenzo more time to rise to a stand and peek around his own shoulder to find the location of the creeping Jason. Kenzo could see clearly Jason's approach, and the moment Jason lifted his foot to kick Kenzo, Kenzo rotated to face Jasonwith his right arm leading his body. Kenzo's fist would smash into Jason's legs, likely fracturing the bone within. Still, Kenzo did not anticipate the incoming Kunai. If it was thrown, it would hit though not in full, for Kenzo's reaction was simply slow. He had displaced his legs ever so slightly as the Kunai passed, causing the sharp edge to slice open Kenzo's leg as it past his body, lodging itself into the ground.

"this is gonna hurt..." Jason bent his knee to lessen the impact. as Kenzo's punch hit home, Jason screamed in agony as he felt his leg almost being fractured and collapsed to the ground and held his leg in pain.

Kenzo watched as Jason fell with his Kunai in hand. Kenzo didn't need to anticipate the Kunai because Jason had not launched it in Kenzo's direction. Kenzo crossed his arms over his chest as he glared down at the man that allowed himself to be bested by a child. Jason was a man, wasn't he? The fact that Jason fell so easily was an insult to all men! It was evident in the eyes of the young flame that he was judging the fallen Shinobi.
"Why did you fall? Get up."
Kenzo commanded, completely unsatisfied with Jason's performance. Kenzo wanted more. He want a fight. He needed to feel the adrenaline rushing though his veins as his muscles worked themselves to no limit. If Jason wasn't going to push Kenzo... Then Kenzo would push Jason.

Jason stood up, acting like nothing happened. "if it's a fight you want, it's a fight you shall get!" Jason opens his mouth and a mist envelopes them both. while being in this mist, Jason made a few basic hand seals for the hide like a mole technique and dug himself down to the earth and channeled 5 chakra chains that he placed 5 feet behind Kenzo. the whereabouts of kenzo's location was imprinted in Jason's mind as he has memorized the entire training ground and knows how big the area is. Jason then dug around until he was in front of Kenzo. Jason continued to dig around and place 5 more chakra chains underground. Jason dug around some more and planted 5 more chakra chains as a trap. jason then remained underground and waited until it was safe to get out.

Kenzo's expression never changed as he looked to Jason, whose visage was gradually disappearing from Kenzo's view as the mist grew thicker. It was then that the earth began to tremble beneath Kenzo's feet, but that feeling didn't last long. The moment that Jason's silhouette had vanished and the ground began to tremble, Kenzo began to run forward, wondering if this mist was a genjutsu, or something else...
Of course, he would never know, at least not yet.

As Jason dug away from kenzo, he knew where Kenzo was. Jason looked back and his eyes widened and his grin grew big. Jason activated the chakra chains that were 3 foot in front of him and the chakra chains sprung forth and erupted from the ground and were aimed in a way that it would force him to either block, duck, dodge, or jump up. Jason meanwhile was digging away from kenzo and got up from the underground and hid behind a rock and remained hidden behind the rocks and quickly moved from rock to rock until he got closer to him. Jason took out his sword and held it close to him.

Kenzo, the boy of flames would leap skyward. Being caught in the air was almost always fatal for a shinobi, or so the stories went, but not for Kenzo. Kenzo's elevation was potentially limitless. His skyward momentum never ceased, and his hands began to shift through a number of hand signs before a clone appeared beside him. That clone, at a speed of 70 flew towards the center of the training grounds before standing atop the very rock Kenzo was standing on when this battle had begun.the original remained 30 Meters height in the sky, and looked down at the mist filled area. It would have been almost impossible for him to fight like that while holding back.

Jason remained hidden and tried to relax. Jason breathed in and out to ignore the pain in his right leg. Jason moved slowly and hid behind another rock. He then peered carefully from behind the rock on the left side and focused his eyes and could see kenzo in the mist. "hmm.. it could or could not be kenzo. it may be a clone. i have to be careful." Jason thought to himself. Jason took out a kunai and threw it towards the person inside the mist. if it was Kenzo and didn't react to the kunai thrown, then Kenzo would take a hit and get hurt. if it was not the real kenzo then, Jason small theory would be correct.

Kenzo, the boy within the mist, turned his head to left to see nothing; then he turned his head in the opposite direction to see the same. His head turned skyward to view the sky above, but the mist blocked his vision completely. The young Uchiha male shut his eyes for a moment, listening for even the slightest sound, but what he heard was not to be expected at all: the distant clang of two weapons in the distance, sound stemming from an adjacent training grounds; a battle-cry, also emanating from an area that had no relevance to the current battlefield; and a whistle that tempted ever so sweetly to Kenzo's ears, and it was getting louder as time went on. Kenzo opened his eyes, revealing that divine eyes, and turned his head towards the origin of such sweet music. The world he viewed was blue, except for the small hint of black that grew bigger with every second. Sadly, the one targetted by the incoming Kunai had only a second to react. He had sadly spent that second trying to make sense of the world around him, and consequentially caught the thrown Kunai in the socket of his eye.
"Gaahh! Ah! Ahhhh!"
His facial features assumed a look that could be described as nothing less than terror as those small hands were lifted to cover the eye from which blood gushed. As the blood sprayed, the body of the small, broken child fell from the pedestal that held him above the ground, the rock. He fell onto his back, and laid there. Only after Kenzo was already laying upon the ground did his vision lock onto Jason's figure. Hopelessly, Kenzo reached out to Jason for help with one of his short arms as his other hand smudged blood across his face in an attempt to stop the pain and bleeding. Still, he cried out for help,
"Why? Jason!! JASON HELP ME!! Help me..."
The Kenzo soon grew quiet as his extremely short life ended. Wasn't it a waste for a Kenzo to fall?

Jason was cautious as he walked slowly to the body in the middle of the ground. Jason had his sword out and prepared himself for any hidden attacks. Jason got a bit closer to the body on the ground and prepared himself for anything. Jason looked around for anything. Jason breathed in and out to stop the pain from his right leg. the mist cleared and Jason saw kenzo's body on the ground. Jason approached with caution and looked down at the body once he was there. Jason's eyes widened as he covered his mouth in shock. "well, fuck. there he went." Jason took out the kunai from his eye and looked away. Jason waited until the mist cleared. Jason was still in shock but he was ready for any attack from anywhere.
