Steal back the gold (MIssion, IO, Kira, Youka

Mission details:

Maku, was a bit confused.  You go about your day, doing missions, and then bam the next one completely contraindicates the one you just did.  But what were you going to do, the life of a missing nin was constantly changing as the price did.  Perhaps that was a good thing as you were always going to get to get paid, sometimes for doing the same thing twice.  

Sitting in the boarders, he waited for Youka and Kira.  They ahd both been informed, and as such he was forced to wait for them.  He was not in the mood to take the lead, so he was hoping one of them would want to, after he gave them the details of the mission

Youka walked out of the distance closing in on Maku's location. They had just done a mission and his body was still resting, he didn't understand the need for another and why so close together. He figured it was all for the best though as they could always use more money and for what Youka was planning to make the money would be well placed if everything worked out correctly. The air felt the same way it did as always just a dry air with nothing really going for it that made you want to be out here. Yet a job was a job and he would have to do it without complaining even if he didn't think he should be doing one right now. As he reached Maku he would simply put one arm in the air and say "Yo" before standing of course waiting for Kira to join them so they could be told what was happening.

Youka just hoped it would be over rather fast so he would be able to get back to creating the special something that he had in mind. "I'm guessing we ae waiting on Kira right, unless she's on your back as usual" he would say laughing slightly as the words left his mouth.

"Hey! I'm not always on his back and it's not my fault you are both faster then me." She walked up right as youka spoke, deciding to listen to his statement in order to judge his actual thoughts about her. He didn't speak highly of her punctuality it seemed which was an unfortunate situation she would have to remedy though it may have just been suggested as a joke. She could talk to him about it, or just continue gathering information , and she knew between the two she would probably prefer the second.

As she waiting for them to be ready she slid her hand into the bag at her side to count senbon, almost absent mindedly. It had become almost a nervous or bored habit to inventory her things. She knew what was in there of course, but it comforted her to check in the event some magical force had changed something.she had counted each finally, the total ending at twenty three just as predicted, and then moved on. She could feel the cloth wrappings against her skin as she searched the large brown hempen bag, and honestly she didn't quite care enough to measure the length for the millionth time. She would wait until tonight before bed. She next out her hands against the wire, just to make sure the spool was still there before counting the strings stretched to five of her senbon to ensure they were properly placed and fashioned to her one Kunai.

Maku watched his friends arrive.  They were good friends, and he couldn't believe the fortune he had gained.  Here was a kid from the waterfall village, who now was partnered with two people who were nothing like him. It made an interesting group dynamic, but one he was pleased with.  

"So, lets get started"  He woud say cutting off the talk from Kira and Youka.  "Basically the other day we transported some gold, so great, but now someone has paid more money to have us steal it.  SO basically it was a waste of time."  He would stand now, and stretch out his back.  It still ached from when Kira had wacked him with her scythe, but it was finally starting to loosen up.  "Kira, would you like to take point again, and lead the mission? You did a good job the first time with the seals, so this might be good experience for you."  He would wait for her response before continuing.  "And if you would like to run yourself you can, or I can carry you, either way lets get going."

Maku was ready to get this mission over with.  All the extra ryo in his possession lately was helping him out, and he was sure there was more things he could buy if he had a little more.  If Kira decided to be leader, he would follow her direction, if not then Maku would assume the leadership role and lead them to move towards the last known location of the gold.

Was Youka just cut off from talking, did Maku really just shh him, was this the life they were living now? Youka would have to have a talk with Maku later that involved a very intimate time with his threads and being upside down. For now however since they were on a mission he would let it go and continue to listen to what his friend was saying about what they were doing. To Youka's much displeasure it was handling something he should have seen coming and was actually upset with that he hadn't seen it coming. Apparently it was time to steal all the money back that they had just put in a safel place like the day before. The only thing good about this mission that didn't make him want to find the shady guy that gave the mission was that they already knew where the money was so getting it back was going to be no problem in the least bit.

"I'm really upset about that , but ok, as long as they are paying let's get this ovr with" he would say. Maku had volenteered Kira to be mission lead again this time to which Youka had no qualms about he didn't really care who led, as long as the job got done. Kira needed the experience anyway so this would be the perfect way to get it. Youka would wait to see what the plan would be for getting all that money back and getting them back as well in one piece.

Kira was cut off mid sentence, causing her to trail her words from defiant almost child like disagreement to reduce until she was down to a whisper, her eyes following the trailing of her words until they were studying the small rocks and debris on the ground. she would listen to Maku talk up until the point where he suggested she lead again. Her eyes grew wide as her shyness slipped out. 

    "I um....Don't you think one of you should lead it? I mean i'm more of a support Nin anyway and you are both the super attacky kill stuff and i don't really want to kill anyone I mean i was glad to kill those jerks hurting the poor innocent seals, and bandits...Well bandits are bandits so it's like what can you do right? But this guy...Especially since we were protecting him before i would just feel super aweful. Also couldn't we just skip the middle man and keep the money?" As she spoke she walked up behind maku to prepare before climbing onto his back assuming he assisted her. She wouldn't mind walking, she supposed, but he moved significantly faster and it just made sense. The way she saw it they would zip there in a jiffy and finish the discussion on the way.

Letting her jump on his back, he would let her finish her talking points on how she shouldn't lead, and then he was going to ignore everything she said.  "I realize you are the support nin, which is why it makes the most since for you to lead, you are removed at times, at the back you can watch what we can't.  Differentiate the strategies you see, and announce when we over extend.  Youka and I both can over stretch ourselves, be reckless, and this is something we need you to reel in.  Usually we both balance each other, but there will come a time when we both are reckless are at the same time.  It is inevitable"  As he ran he would let that sink in.  Well it was the truth, even if Youka and himself didn't want to admit it. 

As they ran the trees passed in a blur, the wind whipped their faces.  Kira had brought up one important point, and one he would address as they ran  "Kira, we do not keep the money because of causality.  If we take the money of our charges, it will cause less people to give us money.  So we must restrain ourselves for now, so we will have more jobs in the future for more.  Though I agree, it is a bit frustrating."  In no time they had arrived outside of the area that contained the gold.  Letting Kira slide of his back, there were at least 15 men in front of them.  All with swords drawn, clearly guarding this gold heavier than when they had dropped it off.  Something was wrong, was this a trap?  They were covered by the bushes no one had seen them had they?

"I have a bad feeling about this, something doesn't feel...."  TWANG, the sound was of an arrow as it pierced Maku's chest.  The twang was made by it vibrating, as it sprung back and forth.  It had entered the 3 inter-coastal space on the right side of his chest, and had caused him to fall backwards, in shock.  Staring at the sky, he noticed the stars, and how they twinkled for the second time in a few days.  He heard only muffled sounds around him, and for some reason, he was     very     tired was it just the shock, or something else...

As they ran back towards where the gold had been stored the time before Youka couldn't help but shake the feeling that something wasn't right about the whole thing. Of course everyone was more than likely expecting them because only a idiot wouldn't expect someone to come back for the gold, or higher another team to steal the gold again. It was just uncanny that it was them again that had to go and get the gold back. The people that had been their support in the last mission that they had protected from dying were also now going to be the ones they had to attack and kill this was going to be very awkward for at least a few of the people that were dying today.

They had finally reached the location where everyone was and the men already had all their weapons drawn and were all looking in their direction. Yea this was a trap if he ever did see one "Ok guys thi..." before Youka could even finish his statement his friend Maku had been stuck with an arrow center mass as soon as they reached the area. Youka's mind went blank and his eyes fully opened showing their deep red pupils something that truly never happened. "Kira tend to Maku, NOW" was the only words that would leave his mouth till the slaughter was over.

He couldn't allow anyone to live after this, they would all die, and die in horrible ways. He rushed all of the men dodging arrows along the way, his threads finding their way out from his clothes and freely flowing towards different directions. The only way to describe what was happening was straight out of a horror film, limbs were flying everywhere and entrails were being strewn on the ground as he went on a disemboweling spree.

"Fine...I geuss. I just don't feel super comfortable About the whole leading thing, Especially since you guys are just so much more powerful then I am. It is true i suppose that You two do need some....." She paused the think of the right word for quite a while. It was a tricky situation trying to find a word that fit her purpose without saying something that would cause youka to take offense and possibly threaten or kill her. She cared about him but he was quite the short fuse when it came to an incredible amount of things. Babysitting? No that would absolutely get her killed. She tried to stray away from synonyms of the like that suggested she was over them, mostly out of respect. Ok, so watching was also out. maybe attending? no that wouldn't work. Over seeing could possibly work though it kinda sounded condescending, and chaperoning went back to the worries of babysitting. Sadly enough finding the right way to speak to them was usually more dificult then the rest of their interaction including the brutal murder and blood shed" 

   Right as the word blood shed passed through her mind she saw Maku go down. This was a trap and she wasn't happy about it. She dove downward, getting behind the cover of a large boulder just off to the side of them, dragging maku backwards. Taking a deep breath she extended her hands and summoned chakra. It flowed from her core into the suit, filling her senses with the overwhelming power of her energy. Once the chakra had reached her finger tips they began to glow with a soft white light. She stopped only a moment to rip the arrow from his chest quite a bit more focibly then she probably needed to, unless stopped, pulling a chunk of his flesh with it about the size of a quarter and then began the healing again. She prayed youka would be ok until she could heal Maku up but just in case she called out to her dolls. 

    "Daruku. Shuurin. go protect youka. " The two plant like pixies immediatly spawned, and zipped off to float just a few feet behind youka. They called out to their master, activating the soul link that would allow them to speak with her quickly and easilly and prepared to cause at least a disruption to anything that might overwhelm the strange threat using ninja.

Maku felt Kira pull him back behind some kind of rock, and heard the screams as Youka played his games.  Figuring he shouldn't be totally worthless, he opened up his chakra sense, while Youka was busy fighting the ground troupes.  He felt the archers moving into position, still a good ways from where Youka was fighting.  The man who hit him must have been one hell of a shot.  He felt his senses cut off for a moment as Kira removed the arrow and began healing him.  It instantly felt better, it wasn't as bad of an injury as it looked.  SO most of what he felt was just due from the shock that he took.  He let Kira only apply the healing for a little bit, until he felt good enough to go.

"Thanks darling, but I think it's traditional to give a kiss to make it feel better"  He would say smiling looking up at her.  As he spoke he activated his phase shift ability.  Instantly he would start looking hazy to Kira, as if all his molecules were shaking at an intense speed.  in a flash he would be gone.  (200passive speed+80from phase shift=280speed)  Forming the Yo-Yo on the way, he ran through each archer that were still 20 meters from where Youka was still fighting.  After he had cleared them out, he appeared near Youka, throwing his bladed Yo-yo out in the 5 meter range swinging it around, and people would be cut in half for no apparent reason.  The artistry of the combined efforts of Youka and Maku would be both impressive, and disturbing.  Youka could be seen moving with tendrils flashing from point to point spearing his foes, while Maku would constantly be appearing and seemingly dissapearing from point to point because of his speed, as bandit after bandit would explode from the buzz saw flashing through them.  Once the men were all dead, Maku would deactivate his phase shift, and look towards Kira.

"Guess you aren't finished."  The wound had reopened on Maku's chest, and he would wait and see if Kira would come up to heal him.
