His last attack had been much faster than the first.  The man was trying to gauge his speed then.  Arc knew if he went faster he wouldn't be able to keep up.  the man was obviously much faster than him.  His eyes picked up that the man's last attack was at Arcanis fastest recorded movement speed.  the field was laid.  Now he had to find the winning move.  Precise timing was required.  The entire field of battle was under Arcanis scruitiny.  The man began his pose which reminded Arcanis of a runner.  Arc felt his skin get warm.  The way it did when he used his bloodline techniques.  the Jiso held in his skin to activated.

Perfect timing.

As the man lunged forward so did Arcanis.  His Jisoku technique carried his body at a much higher speed. (140) and he felt himself rip through space itself dashing 3 meters to the other side of the man.  Continuing his momentum Arc would leap into the air reversing the direction he was faceing and throw the sword that was in his hands into the ground between the man and himself.  At the same time he would draw his third katana. He was hoping the sword would slow down his opponents next attack by making journey around it slightly. He would land 2 meters behind his original position kneeling while stabbing the katana in his hand into the ground.  "Let's slow him down."  Arc would say in a commanding voice as the airborne sword would fall very close but off to the right about .6 meters of Arc's previous position landing point down into the ground.  This re-entrance of the sword might cause Arc's opponent a moment of distraction.

Hunter would let loose as he would see his attack fail yet again.  Though it did not discourage him as the man might think it might, and this all made Hunter smile very big.  He saw the man move with unnatural speed, and grace.  All the while throwing his on blade once again, this however made Hunter a bit angry, and as a swordsman he would need to teach this man a lesson about throwing away his own extensions of his body.  Hunter was still watching before he jumped back as the man did at the end of his attack.  He tracked the sword flying through the air, calculating the exact time he had before it would strike the ground.

"I see you are a user of both Space & Time.  I am impressed to say the least, but...you threw your sword, even if it was to grab another, you threw away an extension of your own body.  Now allow me to show you why that is bad?"

Hunter's skin would flash red for a second before he would dash off into the air at a speed of 183, grabbing the discarded sword just before its tip would penetrate the ground he would be flying to the right of the man.  He would then slash the ground in a diamond shape 1 meter around the man.  This would be just to show how fast Hunter was before he stopped behind the man and redirecting himself at the same speed.  

If this was successful and the man would not be able to defend Hunter would stop short of the man with the backs of the blades against the neck of the man.  This would be to show there was no lethal intention.  From there Hunter would take the man's Katana and gracefully yet swiftly return it to it's own sheath on the man's body.  It would be done at the max speed, and probably go unseen, the only way to know would be to wait and see how the man would react to one blade leaving the side of his neck.

"Never...throw away your sword, you use it as you would your own body in battle, only when it cannot be used anymore do you put it away so that it can either be laid to rest, or reforged so that it may become stronger.  Now...continue."

Hunter would say all of this after everything was said and done, it was clear that the battle was in it's last stages, and even's Hunter's body began to react as if there was a massive amount of Chakra about to explode from it's depths.

Arcanis saw the blade falling and was preparing to begin his technique that he had practiced over and over.  But the swords man pushed himself to a whole new level.  Before his sword struck the ground the man comented about how his sword was an extension of his body.  His father had said something like that too.

Arcanis remembered back when his father had been teaching him to learn the way of the sword.  "Arc one day will come when your sword is tested for it's strength as well as its integrity.  do you know what that means?"  Arcanis had shaken his head, "It means that you will one day need to learn how to fight not just for strength but for a purpose.  That purpose is what will define you and you need to hold that dear to your heart for it will make your blows stronger and spot on."

His fathers words comforted him as the man accelerated beyond he perception.  Finally he ended behind him with a sword against his neck and one of his swords in his sheath.  Arcanis was sure he had just lost his life.  But the man continued telling him to never throw away his sword.  Arc knew he had a lot to learn.  then the man asked him to continue which confused Arcanis.  he stood slowly and faced the man.

Something caught his eye and made him chucke.  Kameron had made his way over to the man and slowly warped his body around one of the mans legs.  Kameron pulled at the mans shoelaces and pants trying to slow him down as his master had commanded.  Atcanis quickly responded.

"Sir it is clear that I require far too much training.  I yield.  you are the better swordsman.  please pay Kameron here no mind."  Arcans called Kameron back to his side.

Arcanis waited hoping the man would accept his defeat.

Hunter listened to the man and he accepted the fact that the battle was lost.  It did not stop Hunter from making a bit of a laugh as he felt a small tug at his pant leg and he looked down as he threw his blade up in the air as he allowed the Hammerspace Generator to suck the blade back into holding.  He would then reach down and pick up the small Chameleon and put it in front of his face.  

"Well this guy is funny, little too... looks like your gonna have to train him up Arcanis, should be good too because I have a familiar that could use some training as well, I will introduce you to him later.  I will accept you as my student, only under the condition that you tell me your business here in Kumogakure?"

Hunter would ask and wait for Arcanis to answer all the while he would pet the chameleon and make funny faces at it before finally giving him back to Arcanis with a smile. He was being genuine in the way he acted towards the man. It was not a win for him, there was not a contest to be won. All there was, was the beginning of a new chapter in his book.

Arcanis put away his sword as the man bent to pick up Kam.  Arc took half a step forward but relaxed when the man seemed to treat Kam gently.  Kam didn't really like other ninja but the man seemed kind making faces at Kam and petting him.

The man surprised Arc when he began to speak of his own familiar.  some kind of turtle thing.  "I need to get Kam trained up.  He's still pretty new to my type of fighting and he doesn't have many skills yet.  However it would be good to introduce him to people and maybe you can tain while I do Kam."  Arcanis finished directing the second part of his phrase to the Lizard making faces back at the ninja.

"as for my business I'm here to introduce a new idea to the Kage that is currently taking the Ninja world by storm."  Arcanis wouldn't go into it in depth but he told Hunter the basic idea.

Hunter listened to the man before he put away his own blade .  He would nod and begin walking towards the Village, knowing that something indeed was changing in the air he would turn back to Arcanis and smile.  

"You are to be my student, and for that I am proud to let you enter Kumogakure, but while you are here you are not to interupt anyones training,  go into the mountains, or see the Raikage without me being there to guide you.  Come I will show you to your room at the Inn where you will be staying.  Soon I will introduce to you a man whom I call Bob...he is my other student, and a deal older than I, but his skills need to be sharpened as do yours so I think you two will get along famously."

Hunter would then pass by the guards and wait for Arcanis to join him so that they may go and have a drink and discuss experiences and know one another before training is to begin.  The bond between Master and Student already beginning to form.

Memorized Arcanis Chakra Signature

He had welcomed him into the village and had taken him on as his student.  This made Arcanis quite glad but he still wondered if the man was going to stay a nameless entity through out his training.  Names meant nothing they were simply additives to a conversation.  Tags in which to grant understanding to those aroung who kne not who the speaker refered.  Arcanis name had meant very little to himself.  He found no recognition of selfworth in his name.  And yet he help onto his name with pride and dignity, for it was his parents that had given it to him.  The man had yet to introduce himself so Arcanis would just call him Master.  eh he didn't like it.  Arcanis felt himself too important to call someone master.  not that he did not respect the man.  He just felt like it was beneath him.  Arcanis knew his mind probably sounded aragant and cocky.  he was glad no one could read it.  He would have a lot of explaining to do if they could.  Arcanis smiled at his new master.  ugh he needed to find a different word.  Senpai?  the foreign word was nice but he had only heard it it a very degrading tone.  the tone of cute girls talking to their ruggishly handsome teachers.  Arcanis shuddered.  But Teacher might be best.  Teacher was a place of respect.  it admitted he had something to learn without becoming subservant as master conotated. Teach was a good fit too.  

Arcanis walked over to his final sword that he had yet to retrieve.  he pulled the blade out of the ground and wiped it off like he always did before returning it to his sheath.  the routine was habit.  he didn't even think about it anymore.   His father had taught him they if it be dirt or blood or water or really anything.  one was to clean his sword before returning it to it's sheath...it's home.  His teacher didn't understand how much he respected his swords.  He saw throwing the sword as a disrespectful act that a swords man should never perform.  It was the furthest from the truth for Arcanis.  His swords were an extension of his body and as such they obeyed him.  throwing the swords was a sign of trust that they would be there when he needed them.  They extended his reach and made him a powerful swordsman.  But his teacher didn't need to know that.  until he was done training he would hold his swords close and treat them as his teacher wished.  

Arcanis turned and followed his teacher into the city.  Kumogakure, it was an amazing site.  New cities always made Arcanis feel excited.  He had loved Amegakure the most but in the end every village had their own appeal.  He had wondered why he wasn't allowed to go into the mountains but he supposed it was fine.  He after all had now reason to trek up their if he were to be training with the sword.  he only needed open spaces when practicing his jutsu.  Arcanis wondered also who this Bob was.  he was another student by the sounds of it but more importantly Arcanis wondered how powerful he was.  Would he be enough to try his strength.  or perhaps he was still green with a sword.  didn't matter.  He would trust the man.  Arcanis was glad people found him trustworthy.  His thoughts may be sinister but in the end his intentions were pure.
