Yukigakure Chunin Exams
Sun Apr 06, 2014 1:04 am
Maku had put in a lot of planning and work, but with 4 genin, it was time to figure out a leader. One of them would be promoted to chunin, to lead the squad on missions, well if one of them could be deemed worthy. HE wrote up the official doctrine, and had Charlotte his read haired Eskimo assistant taking it out front and post it on the main bulletin board. He would also have individual carriers take the messages to all genin deemed worthy of participating. Grabbing a mug of dark beer, he took a drink, and waited. Things would surely kick off now, what all the participants didn't know was about the 4th test. It wasn't listed and wasn't something one knew about. No the fourth test, was how would they handle each other through this process.
YUKIGAKURE CHUNIN EXAMS
All Participants wishing to participate in the chunin exams of Yukigakure no Sato, must submit a letter of intent, and then begin working on the requirements below. There will be a time limit to ensure this exam will be resolved fairly quickly, no stragglers no special requests or exceptions. At the end of the allotted days, a tournament will begin with the leader, his awesomeness Maku Jemuzu watching and judging each match. His word will be final in all situations, arguing will lead to your immediate DBPB (death by polar bear). Below are the two requirements before the tournament, ensure you finish them quickly to show your commitment. They can be completed in any order, as long as they have at least started before the end of the allotted time.
Step #1
Test of Leadership Complete this mission promptly. It will be judged by Maku Jemuzu, and you will receive a letter grade and explanation between E-S.
Step #2
Submit yourself for a psyche evaluation. It will be performed in Maku Jemuzu's office. He will ask you several questions about your past and scenarios, judging on how you handle an interview and how quick thinking you can be. (Make a topic in my office titled whatever, and then (Psyche eval). The results also will be shared with you, along with a general impression.
Step #3
A small tournament displaying your fighting abilities will occur at a determined date after the first two steps are completed.
Any question, please see Charlotte Tudor, undersecretary of Maku Jemuzu, Leader of Yukigakure no Sato. It should also be noted, this is a complete evaluation on your abilities as a leader and ninja. Excellent performance in one field does not mean victory. Just because you win the tournament, does not guarantee you will be the one to be rewarded. Instead you must perform excellently all around. It should also be noted, if none are deemed worthy, it is highly possible that no one will receive a rank up.
(Ok, so respond to this thread with a general statement IC saying you will participate. As you complete one of the first two steps, edit your post with the link to that step. Everyone will have 7 days, one week to have at least started both the first two steps. The mission isn't that long, but do a good job with it. As for the psyche eval, just make sure you have started the topic before next Sunday and you will be fine. If everyone is done early will will start the tournament earlier. The time limit isn't meant to screw people, but to keep this from lasting forever and a day, cause well I like to get shit done.)

Kiru looked at the board, feeling pretty nervous. There really wasn't a reason to not try, but he knew he was probably one of the weaker genin. In the end though, he decided he might as well, and signed up for the Chuunin Exams

Daiyuki scanned around to make sure no one was looking, taking his kunai he nicked his finger just enough so a little blood would come through. He then sighed his name of the Chunin Exams.
