Battle of the Shadows

As Austin was walking through the murkey dry desert he felt like he was finnally alone able to go along and maybe have fun in his life but he was way to caught up by his ninja training and stuff he needed to do to have any sort of tine off at all. With austin walking he just wished he could have fun even with the fights he has with others they dont seem fun at all for him atleast sense hes always the one to lose and get his ass kicked but still he knows if he trys he will win maybe not physiccally but mentally his mom and dad are still with him in the dagger so that is why he shouls be happy but he only wished to have fun.

Walking with a smirk on his face, the man was clearly not in the mood to be bothered with. He was somewhat happy that is, with all of his life ahead of him, he didn't really know what else to do? A cigarette that hung from his lips, and a bottle of nice cold water that was held in his left hand. He was wearing a fresh white t-shirt, some baggy pants, and a nice hat that was flip backwards. The nara wasn't up to much lately, he only had yet a few thing's to do today, that was to: Train, eat, and get back home for bed! Other than that, he was super excited for today. The hot sun that was shining above and the nice clean cool wind that blew by. Today, the weather was nice. Walking at a nice pace, he was heading over to the desert, perhaps he'll find some competition there. Some circumstances, Zen doesn't really like going to the desert, it seems to be hot and the sand with the high hills is annoying, you never know when I fast wind might come by and that sharp sand hit your eye. With his backpack that carried his goodies, fruits weapons etc. Only a simple kunai that was inside his weapon pouch, his other weapon, which he is not finished yet, but is still working on it, was back at the house. The cigarette that was halfway done, but zen didn't even bother to finish it. Dropping down to the ground, the nara would step on it. Turning forward, he would spot the desert. He was standing among the hill, looking down. He noticed a boy that was standing alone perhaps lost? lonely? need some training as well? However, zen didn't know, but he would find out soon as he approach the kid. With the cigarette smell that was on the boy, but it wasn't noticeable or anything. Reaching  down to his weapon pouch, zen would pull out a single kunai. Lurking the boy, he would walk down the hill. The area only had one tree that was standing, a few citizens and students that was running around just to the other side. He also noticed some bushes, and huge rocks. But the rocks was mainly towards the boy side. They wasn't that huge, but a normal size to smash some brains out. After a few meters away from the boy, zen would step forward, and speak. " Who are you and where you're from?" After zen stated that, he would pause. He noticed the boy was wearing a sunagakure headband, perhaps he was a ninja? but still wanting to hear the boy side of the story, zen would wait.  with the kunai that was held in his left hand, both foots with be put together, the boy was standing there waiting patiently. No worries no anything. This was going to be like taking candy from a baby. As if the boy was hear for training that is, zen would send a simple kunai at the unknown boy stomach. He wanted to see if he really was a ninja, as soon as the kunai left, zen would quickly flip out another. As if nothing happened. " Hey, I'm waiting!" The Nara stated with a smirk on his face.

As austin now sees a man with baggy pants a hat flipped backwards and a simple t-shirt. Austin notices that the man asked what his name was  and where he was from austin turns to the man and says "its not polite to ask without introducing yourself first but ill tell you anyway" says austin "the name is Austin Nara and I'm a genin from the village hidden in the sand or sunagakure" "now whats your name and where are you from mr impolite" as austin studies the man he sees that he appears to be holding a kunai seeing it vanish and another reappear just as fast as the other one left but with austin listening to the sound the kunai makes he quickly side steps to the right and backs up 4 meters. Seeing the kunai cut through a tree amazes austin but worries him at the same tome what if that hit him he woulda died. But austin takes out a kunai for himself and places one side of a explosive tag on it so when Austin threw the kunai the tag would have been stuck on the man and blow up if it hit him. Austin carefully aims for the mans right leg and throws the lunai to the side so the tag can go and get stuck on his leg.

"its not polite to ask without introducing yourself first but ill tell you anyway"

Zen would cough at the boy statements:

"the name is Austin Nara and I'm a genin from the village hidden in the sand or sunagakure"

"now whats your name and where are you from mr impolite"


Zen would just wait for the kunai to his this kid and this fight would be over. But none the less. Of course the boy dodge the damn thing, but was he prepared for the butt whoopin?? Smirking seen saw the boy attack coming his way, a kunai attached to a exploding tag? Like that isn't new. A dash back, Zen would step to the right side, and dodge the attack, once the kunai made impact with the ground, it did explode. the sand that'll rush up into the air and the dark black muddy stain that was stuck on the ground. With a smirk still on his face, Zen would raise his left hand into the air. " That's all you got young man? I would take mr. impolite in consideration, due to you being a kid. But you sure you want this problem?" Zen would simply ask. It wasn't that zen felt like beating up kids today, it was just he was in a sort of bad mood? and now his opponent Austin, is just egging on to it. Waiting for a response, zen wouldn't even talk anymore, indeed the game face was on. It was time to lay down the law to disrespectful ninjas. They should indeed respect the elder, not act like they have a rule over them. The kunai that was in Zen's hand, he would turn down towards the boy shadow direction. The manipulation would begin, it'll only take awhile before Zen have full control over the boy shadow. As if that was going to be successful, the boy would have to indeed preform sewing technique, just to give his opponent a least chance to escape. On the other hand, The nara was paying attention on the surroundings as well. He already confirmed some stuff, but speculations indeed was understandable. While about any other attacks, but the only thing that came to zen's mind was use the kunai? he was already faster than the kid. Why not take advantage with this lead and clown this Austin boy. No time to waste, no time to bullshit around, the smirk was still on the boy face it was stuck there, to piss off his opponent perhaps make him feel bad of some sort? while looking at the boy, zen would stay still, his manipulation as still going on, and he didn't want to mess that up. Holding the kunai by the ring with his upper middle finger. He would begin to think once again. How should he beat this boy? Nothing came to mind though, perhaps it was just Zen! But yes, a few things came to mind, Run up to the boy and stab him up? but that'll only kill him, and zen didn't want the blood of another ninja on his hands, especially one of his own ninjas, he loved all of his ninjas, indeed since this is village now. His new home that is. Anyways, his other ideas was to put the kunai to work once again, but not run to stab him, he was maybe thinking throw the kunai at the boy stomach, just the right amount to paralyze the boy. Not only you had to throw shit at the back, if you know human bodies right, you can just hit the stomach a certain way and you can be on the ground paralyzed. But that was just some other lame stuff as well. The kunai was still held tightly by zen's single finger. He wanted to admire the kid. The way he acted. It was just to much hyper-ness that came from the boy direction, excitement? hell no!!!! The boy was ready to kill something that is, but that wasn't zen ideas. All zen wanted to do was find out the kid name where he was from etc. He was the only one that stood out from the other ninjas around here that is.  A few moments of freezing up. The boy finally came to a conclusion, he wanted to boy to feel pain indeed, but where at??? Where should this nice shiny kunai go? Up the butt? on the bit toe? whatever came to zen's mind first. But anything that was rarely that is. However, he wanted to go easy on the kid, zen thought he could teach the boy some lessons, perhaps a few pointers here and there. On some cases he was off, by the way he came at someone he barely even knows. For all zen could know, the boy would be a mask killer. Still holding his ground, he would still be admiring the boy, after dodging his first attack, and zen dodged his. The fight wouldn't even be fun or funny, it'll just be dodge on dodge action, which would piss zen off and cost him to leave with the pinky finger of the boy left hand.  Yes, zen had other thing's he could be doing in life, perhaps going to go visit around with the kage, watch over the village. make sure everything needs to be done right, but yet he is stuck here. But not understanding the whole situation. Was they fighting? training? who knows? no time to ask the boy, but yet, they wasn't even starting to fight yet, though zen was manipulating the boy shadow at the moment, but there wasn't much going on.  " So, what you wanna do? fight, train? up to you! whatever you wanna do I'm down for it!" zen stated, not even going to bother giving the boy his name, I mean who does that! But this was a new village, besides, he didn't want to boy to think he was stuck up of any kind of way. " By the way hello, I'm zen Nara, A new ninja here from a different village." The boy stated, with a smile still on his face, he would just stand there, with the attack already in his mind, he would dash forward towards the tree direction, that the boy was standing by, but currently he moved, while picking up the kunai, zen would place the other one inside his backpack. But while he was doing that, the manipulation was indeed still going, though zen would have to put in extra work. Ready to rock now, zen would leap back, and then throw the kunai at the boy upper left shoulder, with the upper hand, zen would wait to see if his attack worked. waiting he would sigh. " How troublesome" he stated. Waiting for the manipulation to get done, he would also wait to see if that attack was going to be successful...

With Austin standing near a tree but suspecting his surrondings he sees the mans name was zen could it be the zen the one who surely surpasses all austin with the smirk on his face runs right so the kunai misses and goes away from the tree. "so i see mr nara i can already suspect you have shadow jutsu but with the time it takes for u to manipulate heh i could be at 100 meters by now but what fun is that?" As austin goes and grabs a smoke pellet from his holster he throws it on the ground and sneaks up behind zen if it would work austin would sneak behind zen trip him to the ground and hold him down with trip wire with a kunai at zens neck austin isnt the killing type the only thing he killed was a giant scorpian and that almost killed him but if it worked zen would be done for.

Laughing at the boy actions, Zen noticed he didn't even dodge the kunai he threw at his upper shoulder. Of course this would slow the boy actions down, but obviously it didn't! Instead the Austin kid threw a smoke bomb on the ground, and tried to sneak attack him? what the hell? The nara was just to smart for such then, quickly reaching in his pockets, the boy would throw an explosive tag on the ground. With a body flicker forward, he would turn around. Of course the tag would automatically explode with no hesitations at all, that's just something zen didn't have control of. If Austin was still in the smoke action, he would be burnt up pretty could.


Taking notes, Zen just wanted to know how much of damage he did to the boy. First a kunai went clean threw his upper shoulder, then this explosive tag that is. As if that'll work, with other attacks that sat still in zen's mind, he would come to a conclusion. No more holding back on this guy, if he wanted a fight then he got one. With his other kunai that was in his right hand, zen would dash forward and charge at full speed, ready for action. Left fist was made. The boy really didn't care what kind of condition this Austin guy was in, he kept on trying to throw kill shots at zen, now he bout to catch this ass whoopin.

With Austin with a kunai in his tight shoulder Austin rips out the kunai and tosses it to the ground. Not trying to kill the man but worry him and as austin sees a explosive tag he quickly runs back ad the kunai explodes without hesitation. Austin reaches for his dagger and takes it out (+10 speed now) austin not wanting to use the magic power his dagger has untill really needed to but hes sure zen will make him use it. Austin now with more speed charges straight at zen looking to stab him in the left leg to hopefully worry him enough. As Austin goes after zen he places trip wire down in case he looks to run that way.

Both of the boys was indeed charging at each other, but with the boy that was seriously trying hard,  Zen would smile. He loved the ninjas that try hard and go all out, this fight was going to be the best thing ever. But with zen not wanting to end the fight so soon, he would try something. While Austin was coming straight ahead, Zen would quickly dash to the left, and while at the same time he dashed, he would slide back, the kunai that was in his hand would be placed in his pocket. Looking up straight to the boy, Zen would bust out and laugh. " Must don't know what kind of situation you just got yourself into boy!" Zen stated as he stood there, with a smirk on his face, now, lets both take a break before we get tired." Walking over to his weapons that was used, he would pick up the two kunais and place one in the right pocket, and the other one would still be in his hand.  He would then turn to the used exploding tag and kick some sand over the wrapper. Once that was done, Zen would reach in his backpack, pulling out a single cigar, and two bottle of waters. Tossing once to the boy, zen would keep the other one. Taking a seat on the ground, he would turn towards the boy direction.

" So, what bring you out here, you know, the desert?" The man asked with no hesitation, indeed, Zen was a noob around the village as well. He just wanted to get to know the boy very well, perhaps this could be his friend? who knows!

While waiting for an answer, Zen would take a swig from the water, and hold it up to the air. " You know, this is the best drink I ever had!" he stated, smiling, he would place the cigar on his lips, and wait for the boy reply. The training spar was going indeed well, but zen just wanted to take a break, relax a little bit before they started back up.

Hopefully, the boy wouldn't be hungry, then zen would have to walk him over to get some food, But not worrying about that at least. Instead, the two would just stand there. And in a deep conversation hopefully.

With the cigar that was on his lips, he wouldn't bother lighting it, instead, he would just place it there to make him look cool. Sunagakure was very relaxing, Zen Nara was happy that he got to choose this village to join. But with a lot of his things ahead of zen, this would only be the beginning...

As the man throws austin a bottle of water austin with a surprise look on his face catches the water and smiles. "I came to the desert to work on my skills and with this terrain it woulda been perfect but you came so it was more fun that way." Austin puts his dagger in his pocket and walks over to the man with a cigar in his mouth. Austin sees that its not lit but doesn't mind alot of ninja try to look cool but austin cant help it but laugh at them cause they look stupid. But zen was different he actually did look cool like that. "You know maybe some day we can be friends and team up one day wouldn't that be fun" austin then drinks the last drop of water and starts to walk back to suna. "Oh and btw i would be careful in the desert by yourself some rouge ninja live here and they will do anything for some money and food." Austin smirks at the man and walks back to suna. He might of just found a perfect friend.

The sunny sky and the nice wind, the boy would stand up and light the cigar to fire. A puff from it, he would sigh. " Yeah man, I know about the rouge's, and trust, they don't want the food, all they is interesting in is the ryo! But, us ninjas have to play safe. But with me around, I will for sure keep this village safe! it's my story and I'm sticking to it." Zen stated as he puff from the cigar again, with a another sigh, he noticed the boy walking away, why so soon? " Hey kid wait up, where ya going? I mean like we just getting started, let's get to know each other more, then we can start back with some training perhaps?" Zen asked with a smirk on his face, indeed no one could turn down the smirk, it was charming and beautiful. Once again, Zen didn't want the boy to feel all uncomfortable, but with none of this none since that was going on, Zen wouldn't mind keeping the boy company, perhaps they could explore the village together? who knows. " Alright kid, I guess we can go somewhere nice and perhaps grab some dinner? I've been around the village a few times, and I got this  place that sales the best food ever. Hot and ready, so we don't have to wait." Zen would then grab his backpack and his weapons, walking to the left side of the boy, zen would place his hand on his shoulder. " Prepare for the most fun you ever had!"
