learning basic aid

Kuro wandered into the hospital, looking around to see if there was anyone he knew within. He saw several grevious injuries, broken bones, stab wounds, burns of fire and electric variety. He looked at the people, smiling and waving at those who could wave back. But the ones who couldn't wave, the one's so in pain they couldn't even smile... he had to tear his gaze away from them. Being made of water he'd never had a real cut or broken bone. He'd always just splattered on the ground and reformed perfectly fine. Seeing these people less fortunate than him... ones who couldn't avoid injury as simply as he could... He couldn't keep smiling. These people were his villagemates and therefore his friends! He frowned and caught a nurse's elbow. "Excuse me ma'am, would it be possible for me to learn some medical ninjutsu?"
The nurse looked at him in surprise but smiled and lead him to one of the back rooms, giving him a small scroll to read. Kuro thanked her and sat down as he studied it. He smiled as he read about turning one's chakra into a healing aura around one's palms. Kuro took a dep breath and focused his free-flowing chakra. The basic chakra technique seemed to be similar to tree running or surface running. Instead of using the chakra around one's feet however, he had to focus it around his hands. He closed his eyes and imagained opening floodgates into his hands within himself. Opening his eyes he could see a small green glow around them. He smirked, it was just like the scroll said it should be. Now he just had to practice on something. He got up and returned the scroll to it's place.
He asked around the staff about practice, eventually they sent him to help out with children with minor injuries while the main staff focused on the broken bones and internal damage of other patients. He smiled and thanked them as he went to help his first patiant. It was a young girl with various small bites and scratches, apparently she'd been attacked by some kind of small animal. He smiled and told her not to worry as he carefully took her arm and activated the jutsu. He held his chakra against her arm and focused. He could feel the places where the skin had been forced apart and small blood vessles and capillaries had been forced open by a claw. He poured his chakra into the missing space and carefully tried to pull the cut back together. It was difficult to get the individual cells to stick because they were so small. That's when he got an idea. He ley his hand liquefy, causing the girl's eyes and anxiety to grow. But now he could feel it. His water cells could press right into every crack and crevice between hers. He poured his chakra into the spots and pulled it away to reveal a small white scar where the cut had been. The girl smiled in delight and Kuro smiled back as he began fixing up the rest of her cuts.
After ten minutes Kuro walked out of the hospital exhausted. "Oh my god. That takes... so much energy... gotta get home and... water." Kuro was then forever thankful he normally couldn't be hurt.
